- The GA does not govern regional matters. You can be ejected from a region for any reason (or no reason) by any regional officer with the appropriate Border Control authority.
- If this is instead regarding Cotydon's ejection from the World Assembly for rulebreaking (operating multiple WA nations), that is also not governed by the GA. Please review the Appeals process and WA multying in the site rules.
- If you would like to get into GA legislation, it is advised that you spend some time reviewing the Newcomer's Guide for additional information regarding proposal rules, as the draft you have posted would be marked illegal if submitted in its current state.

This is not about Cotydon's ejection in the WA, I didn't even know that happened. Who said I cared about the region? I said I cared about having a right and fair trial, have you not read, my friend? The region bs is one thing, the right to a fair trial is another. I care about the trial thing!
Are YOU from the region that accused him and assumed him guilty? Then why are you sweating so much, regional affairs isn't even on a thing I want to adress! Cotydon was banjected from the UCA for no reason, why am I adressing this, because regional affairs don't comply with GA stuff! I'm new but I studied the game!

So are you intending this as a mandate upon only national law in an IC context and simply calling it "law of Cotydon" as Cotydon was apparently ejected unjustly from his region? Or do you intend it as a mandate upon regions as well, that they shouldn't eject or ban anyone without a fair trial?
If it's the former, I think the last paragraph on Cotydon is unnecessary and irrelevant. If it's supposed to be about national law, why not just keep it at that? It adds unnecessary confusion as if you're trying to deal with regional affairs. You could rename the bill to "Right to a Fair Trial". Besides, I'm afraid a bill on fair trial is already being drafted![]()
If it's the latter, I'd say the GA shouldn't be interfering in regional affairs. People should be free to curate their region as they wish. Besides, I think this would also hinder R/D gameplay, because, while I've never done such gameplay, my understanding is that raiders and defenders try to get maximum endorsements to become delegate, and then eject and/or ban potential threats to them. For regions, there is also no way to ensure that a law is being effectively enforced.
But I'd like you to clarify if this is supposed to be only about national law or about regions as well.

If for every single invaders there must be a process, bye bye region!

Ejection/banjection is a game mechanic. A GA law cannot affect that, cannot tell regional officers or Delegates that a process has to exist before a nation can be kicked from a region.
This attempt is a waste of time.

Not studied it well enough if you are going against the advice of the Director Of Moderation.
Whichever way you look at it this draft is completely ILLEGAL, you know, against the rules. Nations are not people yet you personalise the WA cheat throughout the last part of your draft which I think is against R2(a).
For your info I’m quite handy at ejecting nations from my region without any sort of trial and that will continue. I particularly like getting shot of WA cheats.

Protesting and spamming the rmb with the same unfunny joke 20 times pinging the governor are not the same thing. The latter would be considered ejection-worthy in almost any region.
As for the rest, Cotydon was given the ability to come clean multiple times, and there was a lot of evidence for what he was accused for.
Please do not take this further for no reason.

This isn't about the WA Ejection, which was probably deserved, but he faced an unjust experience. I'm not talking about the regional affairs, I don't care about that, but this isn't about Cotydon. This is about the right to a fair trial. I called it " The Law of Cotydon" because he is one of the people who never got a fair trial. Cotydon, I don't even know him, but I heard about his story and the other stories of people without a fair trial, I decided to name this draft is his honor.
Some people can't read for their lives. If I put another nation's name, y'all would be fine! Why do you hate him so much?

Then you misunderstand. Trials are RP, and not the business of game moderators.
Regional Officers can eject anyone for any or no reason whatsoever. Still has nothing to do with game moderators.
Speak to the players who have been here longer than you. They will explain that regional affairs and GA 'stuff' are not related.
