It's time for another edition of the world championship in basketball, the International Basketball Championship (IBC)! Signups are officially open and will remain open until the person elected host chooses to cut them off.

Puppet rules

Each user may sign up one puppet in addition to their main nation; ownership of the puppet must be declared. Entry of puppet nations into the tournament is at the host's discretion and it is advised that puppet nations may be the first excluded in the interests of keeping numbers to a workable limit. Hosts are not obliged to accept puppets in the order they signed up, however, and the in/exclusion of puppets is entirely their prerogative.
