I do not know if this question has been answered, but for the benefit of anyone in the future who might see this and wonder, my personal view is that it would be a lot simpler and easier if you keep to one code. This is not because of any IFCF rules - which don't directly apply to the transfer spreadsheet, in any case - but simply because it's easier for the rest of us to understand "whose" player that is.
Be aware that if you do submit a multi-associational league with four accounts, you will have to identify two "primary associations", one of which will be the main nation with your one allowable puppet. This will put constraints on your league, as you'll have to make sure "a primary association must have at least as many teams in the league as it has UICA places" (meaning at minimum 4 teams each at all times, which might be awkward to explain in-universe as some years certain teams can't be relegated). The best teams of the two primary associations will always be in the Champions League, as well, which again might not make IC sense in some situations.
