Before we commence the formalities of an official business transaction, We would like to preface this document with a warm greetings to the diligent and hardworking men and women of the Janpian International Workers Union Exports program.
The Koyago Defence Force seeks to modernise its aging arsenal of military hardware. We are an island nation, and access to the sea is crucial to our economy and way of life in many different ways. it is not within our best interests to allow our ability to secure our territorial waters to be impeded by a lack of technological prowess.
Therefore, the Koyago Ministry of Defence has set aside a considerable sum of 10.5 billion NSD$ of our currency, the New Ryo 両 , to secure new equipment for our nation's armed forces. Our standing army sits at a total of 16,000 personnel, with an additional 20,000 part time reservists. We hope to equip this entire force, as well as allocate a certain number of guns to our law enforcement.
After much deliberation, and at the recommendation of several foreign contacts, we have deemed Janpian hardware to be of superior quality and craftsmanship compared to that of any of its competitors in the field. As such, we would like to place an order for a relatively small batch of weapons for subsequent field trials by our armed forces. If we are pleased with the products, we then would like to persue the possibility of purchasing the licence to produce such weapons domestically.

We are glad that our export program has been put up for deliberation for your forces' modernization! As such, after a vote done by the respective worker's council, the Stork labor union has accepted to produce and provide 2,500x SAR-5 Rifles, 450x SP-7 Pistols, 1,000x SPR-F PDWs, and 100x Stork Modernized Rifle (SM92-M), for a total price of 8,915,000 NSDs, which is also accounted for by the recent price changes on to the SP-7 Pistol. The weapons would be delivered in two batches to the Port of Tokachiho, along with an additional nine hundred thousand 5.45x39mm rounds, six hundred eighty thousand 7.5FK rounds, and eight thousand 7.92x57mm cartridges. Each individual weapon also includes the user's manual, a cleaning kit, extra spare parts such as the trigger box, bolt carrier and a firing pin, which would be important during the trials and weapon analysis. As for the domestic production rights (DPR), the total price for the SAR-5, SPR-F, and SP-7 DPRs would be 29.6 million NSDs, which also includes the setting up of facilities, blueprints, specialized machinery, assistance, and other necessary requirements to establish a complete production line. The DPR price and methods of payment is negotiable, if you choose to accept. We hope that the field trials run smoothly, and may it be for the defense of the people.

The JaRail Transportation Union, the one responsible for the construction of the trains, has voted and accepted to produce 14x JRM-2 EMU trains, to be sent in batches to the beaurucratic centers of Acrab for the transfer. The acquisition cost amounts to a total of 42 million NSDs, which also includes extra bogies, operators' manuals, maintenance documents, and spare parts, along with extra circuit boxes and other necessary equipment that the operators may need. The trains will be manufactured in railyards 42, 45, and 36, where they will do a trial run before being exported. The trains will be painted in stock livery, allowing the end-user to apply their own. May our trains serve the people well on the sectors of transportation.

After a vote by the worker's council, the acquisition order of 1x Avescho-Class Battlecruiser, 2x Union-Class Destroyers, 4x Militarized Krobaschna-Class Cutters, and 4x Voloklava-Class Frigates has been accepted by both Maricha and Munschen Shipyard Union for a total price of 3,048,164,000 NSDs. However, given that Neo-Korea is a KTO member-state, the price would be discounted, making it a grand total of 2,400,500,000 NSDs. Furthermore, with the Revolutionary Council's special recommendation, the price would be further reduced, making it a total of 2,000,000,000 NSDs. The ships will be jointly constructed by the unions and their facilities, prioritizing the production and allocation of resources for the development in a quick coordinated manner. As part of the acquisition, we invite the future sailors to learn how to maintain and operate the ship's systems, along with keeping it shipshape and combat ready. Following the recent electoral decision by the Worker's Council of the Maricha Shipyard Union, the Project APV62, or known as the Dabun-Class Hovercraft, is now available to acquire in our export program after the approval of the Revolutionary Council and the Ministry of Economy and Trade (MEAT). The Dabun-Class can perform mine-laying and amphibious assault operation, making it perfect as a coastal defence or as part of the landing force. It can carry of up to 4 main battle tanks, or more specifically, 600 tons, making it functional as a sea-lift vessel. The hovercraft has 2x Phalanx CIWS configured to the Mk.92 FCS, making it reliable and accurate in all sea conditions, providing better tracking on to its targets. As for its defense, the Dabun-Class has a standard NBC protection system, which protects the crew or cargo from the effects of WMDs. After a decision done by the Revolutionary Council and the elected worker's councils of Stork Armaments Union, the Janpian export program presents the SMR-5 Marksman Rifle for acquisition! The SMR-5, or Stork Marksman Rifle, is a marksman derivative of the SAR-5 Assault Rifle, chambering 7.62x51mm NATO or 7.62x54mmR. It has 2 firing modes, that being single or 3-round burst, and also has an effective range of 800 meters. Like the SAR-5 rifle, the SMR-5 is ambidextrous and easy to use for both left and right handed users. It is a gas operated, short stroke piston, with recoil focus on to the stock. As stated in our memorandum, the Livonian state gets an additional discount, marking the total price to 350 million NSDs. The worker's councils of Maricha and Munschen Shipyard Union have voted in favor of constructing and lending the Federation of Greater Malaysia with 11x Voloklava-Class Stealth Frigates for a total price of 4 billion NSDs. The frigates would be built on Maricha's dry docks 11, 12, 13, and 14, as well as Munschen's dry docks 7, 8, and 12. Prior to the delivery, the ships will be put through a rigorous sea trial to check their combat readiness and seaworthiness before being sent in batches to TLDM Tanjung Gelang, Kuantan, Pahang, for the transfer to the Malaysian Navy. As included in the acquisition, we would like to invite future sailors to train at Janpia during the ship's sea trials for free, in order for them to learn how to maintain and keep it shipshape and combat prepared. The Stork Carbine Rifle, made by the workers of Stork Armaments, is now available in our export program! The Stork Carbine Rifle is a derivative version of the SM92 Rifle with a 26-inch barrel. The rifle was made to save resources during the 4th-era civil war, where it was produced in mass numbers and to meet the demands of the Janpian Imperial Army. Nowadays, it is produced by the Stork Union for recreational purposes or for reserve armory. Like the original SM92-R, the Stork Carbine uses a straight-pull action which shortens the cycle, making it fast and efficient to reload the ammunition into the chamber. The rifle uses 7.92x57mm ammunition, which provides a flat trajectory and an effective range of over a kilometer, making it deadly and versatile.
