He was awarded a Doctorate of Law after serving as a barrister for 16 years, upon receiving it he was given a seat on a state High Court (as is customary in Arvan Irawer). He sat on the High Court for 8 years, after which he decided to learn about law practices in other nations. He now holds a law degree in four nations. He has always felt a strong sense of justice for those who do wrong, especially against other sentient beings, and has prosecuted and presided over many high profile cases.

The Federal Police are hunting them down now."

The Eurumian representative got another notification on his phone, and when he read it, he gasped.

The Colonel sat in contemplated silence as he listened to the updates being spoken, as well as the additional condolences being given. It was refreshing to see the professional and cordial nature of the group being shown. Most of them worked together almost all the day. It was natural for them to be so expressive - expressive for diplomats, that was. The Colonel kept to himself typically, something he promised to change very soon since the Confederacy had attained full membership. Hiding in his office all the time due to "work" would no longer be a viable excuse considering the circumstances.

"The Confederate States is presently undergoing a crisis of its own," Colonel said solemnly. "We recently lost two of our most powerful military and political leaders, as well as over two-thousand five hundred civilians last count. It was a terrible tragedy, but out Number Three in charge used Constitutional Articles to take control of the military temporarily for defense of the nation. An OOC Complaint

Alright. I fully understand this is an IC organization, and we take IC actions. I also understand that our internal actions come due solely due to IC actions by members. However, I need to talk about something.

I would like to lodge an official OOC complaint against Zarnicovia Nova.

Recently, I decided to split off an arc of the South Indian Civil War it's own RP. I spent hours writing my OP, went as far as to make flags for the factions, and even made maps, an action that took me 2 hours to complete, as I have no way to do so in a quick and easy fashion. I had poured my RPing heart and soul into the arc, both in the SI arc and into this upcoming new RP. I truly loved it, and thought of it as a great conflict that I would've loved to make canon in my nation's lore.

And then ZN came.

I kind of expected him to show up, being an offshoot of his RP and all. But I thought it would be a lot more friendly, just a "Hey, can I join? Nice RP." kind of thing.

His first post hit me like a fucking truck.

I guess I am also here since I was the OP of the original thread. Also the constionists control most of the provinse of ukrum because that's where their monarch is from. Their constitionalist monarchists.

It annoyed me that he thought he could just waltz in to the RP and join without filing an application, but that was fine. He had also never mentioned the Constitutionalist's controlled area specifically in the past, and Ukrum doesn't actually exist, but this had become par for the course with him, so I let it slide.

So I gave him a polite response.

I'm fine with you giving commands for what the NF does, but I'll put the RPs for them up. Does that sound good?

I'm going to be honest, this was because I intended this to be a higher-caliber RP than the godmoddy, one-lining bullshit that's in II these days, and, frankly, I didn't like his habit of leaving out headcanon consistently and thought his RPs amounted to much to "X does Y" with insane amounts of time passed in them.

He complained, which irked me a lot, since it seemed like he expected better treatment than everyone else.

Also I love how the dalmania is like: Me need to support popular democracies meanwhile you shooting extremely popular democratic rebels because they want the get rid of your culturally incessifely named basically undemocratic puppet goverement. Also ZN would very likely intervein on the side of the constitionalists because they and the communists are the popular ones. (The communists because they we'ren't the ones bombing it was the nationalists also they've been popular since 1948)

He was, in fact, expecting better treatment than everyone else. He took an OOC potshot at Dalmanni (I, personally, hate stuff like this. Keep your IC disputes IC.) He also wanted control of both. This was a major problem, as I had already given permission to both command and RP the Constitutionalists to another player, who was coming in from P2TM and had begun worldbuilding his nation specifically for this RP. I didn't want to deny him that, and he expressed a desire to kill the constitutionalists, along with being utterly incapable of pulling off a policing-action/INDFOR style arc like the constitutionalists.

When I told him to pick one, he said the constitutionalists.

I, frustrated, gave him back a response.

I was frustrated, and asked him to do me a favor by commanding NF, and before he had responded again, I also offered him RP power over them as compensation.

Ok I play as the NF but ZN will probally send troops to help the constitionalists. Also ZN has 5 military bases in Sri lanka. Just so you know.

Now, he had mentioned bases in SI, but not their location. Pulling 5 military bases out of his ass was very alarming, as that would have entailed at least 20,000 troops, quadrupling the cap, and slightly over tripling the soft cap. Not to mention that he had, at no point, used those bases in the RP, despite the ICDN fighting against the SI Regime. This was beginning to get angering, and I told him what my unofficial policy on this stuff was, putting it down in writing once and for all.

At no point did you mention Sri Lankan bases, and even if you did have them, then why the fuck did I have to storm the beaches to take it over?. 5 bases also puts you way over the limit, with at least 20,000 troops. Look man, I offered you command out of courtesy for you being OP, but the handouts stop here.

From now on, anything you have not mentioned in the past is not canon.

Also, I said that I had 24/28(Don't remember) bases in SI(the country which then including sri lanka) but not(kind of) their location. And yes ZN has 5 bases their. To launch aircraft and deal with the insurgents who we're small but effective. Also I was the one who started this whole RP so I could make you non-canon in my RP. Which I am thinking of doing. Also no you didn' have the storm the beachs. You already had troops their and ZN bases.

Not only did he attempt to lie to my face about my own actions (Saying I already had men on the island when I stormed the beaches), he did the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in II.

Attempting to threaten someone with decanonizing them from an RP for their refusal to adhere to your requests in another RP is extremely unprofessional. Not only that, I was there as part of an ICDN Operation, decanonizing me from the operation by proxy, an operation I wrote and I got through the SC. This is completely disgusting conduct for any RPer, II, NS, or otherwise, to have.

I would like to request an official OOC Punishment for ZN due to his actions. Whether it be a short ban from the thread, a decanonizing of his SI RP, or a permananent ban altogether.
