No, but I'd be willing to play in a campaign. My writing skills (please don't laugh) have gotten rusty.

Also, you all might like Political Ideology Catgirls, a webcomic about political ideologies as catgirls. Unfortunately, syndicalism-sama hasn't made an appearance yet, but it is supposed to update today.

I love that comic.

I like Alunya even if she's an incredibly vanilla socialist.

Luckily for you, I'm reasonably sure all gamers in the modern era use Steam. I certainly do.

Steam is more of a medium in which people play games than an actual game company.

Yes. EU4, Victoria 2, CK2, and Steam games in general.

To be fair, not every modern game is available in Steam. Like Activision's Spider Man games and X-Men, for examples. Due to expired rights.

Just last week I bought a Paradox game pack on Steam that included Vic II, CK II, EU IV, and HoI III. For $27.

I felt proud.

And now I'm utterly addicted.

Popular time period, very lovecraftian I imagine. Steampunk often falls in around that time. Its the happening period of history.

My eyes always pop at the sight of an LOTR RP, then drop down when realizing my lack of time and my current absence from NS. Anyway...

The problem with LOTR RPs is not getting interest (from the several I've participated/OPed), but rather, maintaining the interest. I did, awhile ago, create a Tolkien RP Groupfor getting fellow enthusiasts grouped and such, but it has mostly fallen into deadness, though there was some talk a few days ago. I'll see if I can get the blood pumping again, and should give you a list of people to bug via TG or a more specific audience.

See you there, perhaps?

It used to be a very attractive period (you can have 10 different RP in between 15 - early 20th century at the same times). It was on...2013 till early 2016. Then it became niche.

You don't say, no wonder alt history RPs are so popular in NS nowadays. I know it can be fun to play as nations and empires.

Say, has anyone else here been to alternative history RPs in NS before?

They were all the rage back in the day too. Specially in the times the "Earth" RPs were popular.

I like the chocolate jam.

Guess there's no longer any Alternative history jam nowadays, not as many as before. I have the bread, and none of the jams.

Isn't there several "world in conflict" RPs going on in P2TM?

It's a pity that Alt. History jam is not there as they're used to be. I suppose people lost interests or more pressing matters in RL to worry about. :(

Hmm, I got a question, isn't it okay to include fantasy elements in Alt. History RPs?
