Etla continued looking at Helen as she waited for the woman to give her an answer to her question, her constant, unblinking and unwavering stare, coupled with the Rainborn's seemingly artificial eyes providing an effect that would have likely unnerved or at least caught the attention of any regular human being. Whether or not it would unnerve the Rabbit Girl was anyone's guess, but one way or the other, despite the strange, pointed look, it was not difficult to see that there was no malice or mischief in her eyes. She was just curious, though her curiosity was quite great, her hunger for information tugging at her and yet not altering her behavior as she simply continued staring and waiting for an answer.
Hearing Helen continue speaking about Dallen and the rabbits, Etla took in this information as well, storing everything she heard in her very core for future reference. It seemed that rabbits could indeed speak, but the way they spoke made it so that only a select few could understand what they said.
"...Oh." She mumbled when she understood this, glancing at the rabbits that accompanied Helen. She couldn't help feeling a bit disappointed that she would not be able to communicate directly with the rabbits and would instead need the assistance of someone like Helen if she ever needed it, but at the same time she understood why Dallen had not been able to speak to her, she understood that they were quiet creatures. She supposed, then, that it was a good thing that the rabbits of this world had someone like Helen to watch out for them. They really were fortunate to have her around.
"I'm sorry for scaring you, Dallen." She said afterwards, looking at and addressing the small white rabbit she had hoisted up from its ears earlier. She did not genuinely regret pulling the thing up and attempting to communicate with it, as she didn't think that she had caused any real damage either way, but still, she knew it was the right thing to do, to apologize.
Then, she turned her attention back to Helen, finally receiving an answer. This... place... was called Earth. It was a planet. She knew what a planet was, thanks to the teachings of Father Sky, even though such knowledge was not very useful to her, and so, she understood what Helen was talking about. Planets... they were great masses of matter floating in the void, like stars, but not quite as bright. She wasn't really aware of the meaning of many of the words she used after mentioning the planet, but she got the general gist of it: Earth was a planet, and it was big, with lots of living creatures. Helen called it beautiful, and Etla felt inclined to agree with her, as she took a moment to glance at the dancing emerald leaves of the trees once again, her lips forming into another faint smile. She looked back at Helen, however, when the woman uttered a question of her own.
"Me?" Etla mumbled, pausing for a moment before speaking. "I am a Rainborn. I come from the Skyworld, a place where my brothers and sisters live with our father. It is... ah... very far away from here, very far away from Earth." She explained. The Skyworld was in a different dimension altogether, after all. "It is a place where stars are everywhere in the black sky, and it is always raining softly. We live on the great fountain floating in the middle of the void. I... I fell of the edge while I was dancing with my siblings, and I ended up here." She looked down after sharing her story with the human, feeling a bit silly, and a bit angry. All of this would have been avoided, had she not been so clumsy at that moment. But alas, there was nothing to do about it now, no point in regretting it, and so, she looked up at Helen once again, slowly approaching as she continued looking around.
"Could you show me Earth, then?" She requested of the human. "I am lost. I have no idea of where I am, of where anything is."
