Now that's just asking for bias
Here's my nominations if you want to get a few ideas

Well it's either biased votes or no votes.

I wear teal, blue & pink for Swith
There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears, and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination.

My suggestion?Vote Swith for Best Worldbuilder:
PL City, nation, pantheons to pebbles, it's a cleverly crafted entire setting.
PL Wiki (new)
Gallimaufry
Demens She was behind the design and layout for the Klausterfokken as well as adapting a 40K setting to fit an "insanity thread".
She's also assisted countless players in developing their worlds, cultures, technology, page layout, etc.
Our Region is also a form of Worldbuilding. The entire OSF is set up around the PL concept, allowing region members to function as inhabitants of "the Building".

Kudos.

Vote Agritum for best worldbuilder. Italians do it best. I'm not biased about this in any way.
