I'm completely stumped on my character's history.

I aim for a paragraph of dialogue, or two-three or actually doing something.

To everyone who says there isn't much to post about, post about your surroundings, your character's internal monologue, what they think of that person, why they say what they say... etc.
I could go on. There is never nothing to post about.
