Players don't get lucky nations. Personally I like to get at least some of the AI the lucky tag. Usually when you go historical it hands it to England, France, Muscowy(sometimes novgorod instead,) Poland, OE, Austria, an Iberian, and Burgundy.

No, it was a few months later. Founded in March 2011, TET was begun October 2011.
