today I had porridge with honey and nuts for breakfast, is there a tastier breakfast? I am on diet without sugar https://betterme.world/articles/no-sugar-diet/ now it's really a challenging, that's why honey has become an indispensable ingredient for all breakfasts

Mmm, french toast, waffles, or pancakes with fruit, and whipped cream are always a nice sweet start to the day.

A comment from TET has me thinking about whipping up some potato cakes with a bit of caesar dressing in the batter as my next experiment.

Different veggies and avocado toast make for a perfect breakfast for me. Along with that, I make sure to take some vitamins from the Canadian Pharmacy. These supplements help boost my immune system and provide the extra support I need to get through intense times at work. Do you guys take any supplements and /or vitamins and how do you decide what exactly to take?

My breakfast is often times just a packet of Milo (I know... Nestle, ugh).

Other than that, I quite like McDonalds' breakfast - I usually go with a crispy chicken sandwich + hashbrowns. Just shove them into my face, please.

I tend not to eat big breakfasts. A nice piece of toast with tomatoes or avocado is what I tend to eat. Sometimes I do indulge and have eggs Benedict.

I love McD breakfast.
Especially when you sit in late, and they offer your crew leftover items before tossing them.

Meanwhile, am I the only one who like sweet heat bbq potato chips?

All those colonial nations wanted a quick route to southern Asia so they could get the tangerine :p

It is a huge thing in SE Asia. Maybeeee too huge.

We also have this...

It's hard to describe taste, but apparently it's different in the way you get it too. I have:
- Gotten it as a paper/plastic carton. Simple and easy, also delicious.
- The one from McDonalds in Singapore - it's a hit or miss, but when it hits, it's amazing! When it misses, it's really just brown-colored water; no taste.
- You make it at home with the Milo powder. Not really a fan of this one.
- You get it from those Milo vans, especially during school/race events. It actually tastes different and pretty good on its own!

Hot/Cold chocolate of sorts but from Australia, and super popular in SE Asia.

Also from TVTropes: Australian-made chocolate energy drink Milo is practically a national icon in Malaysia, and is also popular in the rest of Southeast Asia, especially the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand, and also popular in South American countries such as Chile and Peru.

I won't call it a healthy drink of sorts as they claim it to be. I mean, relatively healthy if you take out sugar (for example), yes, but as much as I love them, I would not drink barrels of it!

Same during my short travels to US (specifically, LA) as well. It can only be found in those Asian supermarkets.

Not that I was actively seeking them out but as we are looking for some ingredients for home cooking, I found a big tin and I'm like "That will do."

-----

It's something I drink occasionally there because as my family says, "When in other country, just try their food and stuff that you won't find in Singapore." On that note, I love the orange chicken, which is a bit like the larger version of sweet-and-sour chicken/pork/fish/whatever in Singapore.

I find that the best way to take milo is to pour the milo mix into a cup with no milk or water, grab a spoon, and start munching.
