you must also be very confident of your good taste. (i do envy people with excellent taste) the reason people go with designer stuff is so that if it turns out badly they can always fall back on "its gucci" as a defense.

I live close enough to LA to take the trip for a good tie, and most dedicated custom tailors will make just about anything.
You can easily order one online, but I prefer to see how the tie would look on me before I commission it.you must also be very confident of your good taste. I'd like to think I have taste, though I generally get female opinions on anything before I have it done, clothing wise.

It's not entirely unattractive, but it's not worth $200, either.
