Okay, so, Sicilian is your culture. It's totally legitimate to be proud of that, Sicily has done lots of great things. It's reasonable to talk about Italian culture, too, that exists as a discrete set of ideas and behaviors. Like, there's tons of stuff that someone from Sicily does, and someone from Rome does, that nobody from anywhere else does. It's just that when you try to apply it to all of Europe, or, still more, all people even tangentially related to anyone from Europe, you're not talking about a real cultural group anymore. "White people," as a group, just don't have more in common with each other than they do with non white people. But Sicilians totally do.
