I actually think being small isn't really a bad thing. It doesn't technically mean you have disadvantages. Shaun Johnson, an American Olympic Gymnast, was about 4' 9" when she won 3 silvers and a gold medal at the 2008 Olympics, and she was only 16. Then you got Maisie Williams who is 5' 0" and she's 16, and quite the talented actress for her age. You can do great things, no matter your height.
