Then there's fan-made and user-created events that happen every now and then. In 2014 I had this idea that I just had to spend the time to create, uploaded it at the time to photobucket, and used it as part of a roleplay. Remember, this is a parody however given recent news this year I thought it would be frighteningly fun to upload it to imgur and re-share today.

I am thinking that the 2018 April Fool's day event will just be NS becoming a subsidiary of Cambridge Analytica and using our information to help advance their interests. :P

I noticed that the NationStates font now has a fan of cards: do you think this year’s mini-game is having a go at the skin gambling controversy? Pokémon Go is another possibility, but it’s two years since initial release.

Looking at the revised font (I know how web fonts work, thanks), the cards remind me of a board game that involves politics and war: it’s called Risk.
