Once Upon A Time...

A fairytale RP!

THE IC

"Fairytales do come true."

We all love the classic fairytales that both the Grimm brothers and Disney brought us. So I thought--what if I made a roleplay where people could be in their very own fairytale? So I decided to create this little RP. It takes place back in the medieval times with all the castles and cottages in the woods and the beanstalks. From here, your story is up to you--will you be the princess that finds her true love, the boy that climbed the beanstalk, or the boy who flew with pixie dust? The choice is yours!

1.) As always--don't kill others without permission.
2.) Be original! Try not to copy the fairytales that the world brought us. Make up your own!
3.) No metagaming, godmodding, etc.
4.) Don't make...explicit...romance scenes, please. If your gonna do that, censor it. (That doesn't mean just spoilering.)
5.)Refrain from arguing too much in the OOC.
6.) What I say goes.
7.) Don't be a jerk in the OOC. You can be a pain as much as you want in the IC.
8.) Break these rules once: You get a warning. Break these rules twice: Your character will be severely injured. Break these rules three times: Your character will be killed off and you will be banned from making a new one. Bye-bye.

Personality: Rather reserved and shy, mostly keeps to himself. He's polite and cordial to everyone he meets, though he expects everyone but himself to do any actual work. He can also act quite snobbish and doesnt really interact with commoners
Occupation: Son of the Duke of Kyrnera
Bio: Being the younger son of the Duke, Jasper wasnt really given that much attention growing up, attended by the workers of the castle while both parents remained distant. When he was 9 years old, the duke came into a disagreement with the king, and the young Jasper was sent to a manor in the Duke's rural estate. There, he was taught the ways of the court, though not much was expected from him as he was just the younger son, and studied multiple subjects including music, logic, mathematics, and art. He also learnt to use the bow and arrow, accompanying his father on hunting trips during the rare times that he visited. (not finished yet)

As for his wolf form, imagine a giant grey wolf with glowing green eyes. Can't really find any pics of that, unfortunately.
Personality: He trusts few, though he is naturally disposed more to wolves, as he understands them more than he does other creatures. He can be ambitious, manipulative, ruthless, bloodthirsty and calculating, though an element of kindness may lie beyond this, perhaps indicating that there is some light within the darkness, so to speak. It seems an inherited sense of humour and mischievousness is also present, and despite pretensions about not caring, he is not one to truly desire isolation, belonging in a pack as wolves are meant. At times, Julius can be quiet, shy and unsure of his place in the world. Though he tries to think before acting, he can sometimes be impetuous, with a certain degree of arrogance and pride. He also has a natural curiosity, and something of an inquisitive nature, seeking to know more about humans, despite their persecution of his lesser brethren, which is something he's not exactly fond of, and he is aware that not all humans are bad. He respects hunters, and being a fellow predator, tends to have little sympathy for prey, seeing the natural order of things accordingly. Of course, this is but a facet of his personality, and it may vary considerably. On an unrelated note, he seems to possess a surprising appetite. Which is less surprising when one considers his true form is that of a rather large wolf.

Bio (optional): TBA. For now, it can be said that he is of a noble family descended from wolves, though they often take upon the guises of humans, being of a supernatural nature as they are. They are something of a mysterious family, though there are some legends regarding descent from a trickster spirit from the north, and a snow wolf.

Have to admit, I did not make this image. It works pretty well as inspiration, though...

Personality: Though formerly embarrassed by his body, he now takes pride in it. He has a very distinct sense of right and wrong, mainly from doing wrong for a long time beforehand. He is a bit of a joker, but always sticks to a strict moral code. He'll happily punish those who don't follow the laws - but not too harshly, of course...
Occupation: Former; thief. Current; vigilante
Bio: It's never a good experience trying to pickpocket a wizard. During a show that had been put on as a distraction by his brothers and partners-in-crime, Harris inadvertently tried to pickpocket the White Wizard. Being an all-knowing wizard, Harris was chastised for his foolish behaviour. As punishment, he was turned into a centaur - of course, half-horse, half-man. His brothers sneered at him, mainly because he was struggling to walk. They threw him out onto the streets to fend for himself, and he walked out into the forest, trying to commit suicide. But before he could do the deed, an eagle came up to him and vowed to teach him to make use of his life. Soon, Harris learned to walk and run, fight with a bow and arrow, and make full use of his new body for good.
