So, I’ve seen this done in General a time or two, and I’m interested in creating some OOC demographic data for the GA. The most obvious demographic to start with: Age! Just post your age within the parameters of the poll. If you feel like you’re between categories (which you shouldn’t), just round up.
If you folks would be kind enough to fill in your age in the above poll, I’ll start generating a graph. I’ll leave this up for 28 days.
In addition to the poll on age, I’d like to collect some other information: Country of residence, number of active years in the GA, general area of profession, level of education…Just some things to measure the GA’s active population demographics for giggles and all. If you could post them here after voting in the poll, I’d be much obliged!

You don’t really need to post this here if you’ve voted in the poll, but it could help with any disparity in data. Just list which option in the poll you’ve selected (nobody needs to know the dirty details!). If you’re invested in keeping this quiet, just vote in the poll where its anonymous, but I’d appreciate you answering the rest of the survey. I only intend on using this to show the age spread here, I won’t be creating any Education by Age in the GA graphs.
Country of Residence:
Where are you living and working? Where do you call home when posting? List it here! It doesn’t have to be the country you’re a citizen of, just where you’re currently living. Please, don’t be any more specific than the nation itself, I’d rather not run into privacy issues.
Highest Level of Education:
Primary School (Pre-High school or equivalent), Secondary School (High school or equivalent), College/University (Associates/Bachelor’s degree education), Graduate School (Masters/Graduate level degree or equivalent), PhD or post-Doctoral (anything higher!)
