A Game of Thrones: Dynasty(OOC/Open)

Postby Nuxipal » Sun Mar 01, 2015 11:47 am

It has been fifty years since the end of the Second Long Night. Forty-five years since the winter that is brought with it finally retreated back north. Westeros has been changed, knowledge regarding the Others, Giants, Children of the Forest, and many other creatures once thought extinct are now commonly known. This is the spiritual successor of the Game of Thrones: Legacy RP created by New Frenco Empire Maester Marwyn wrote down the stories coming from the Second Long Night and they have been transcribed here.

IC

The War of Five kings began anew with the landing of Aegon and the Golden Company in the Stormlands. Lords flocked to his banners or proclaimed him false. What was undoubtedly true, he was not leaving without pressing his claim to its fullest extent. Winning several small battles, Aegon was able to quickly subdue most of the Stormlords, who had suffered the most from the last few years of warfare. He brought his host to Storm's End to put the castle to siege only to find it already besieged by Mace Tyrell. Far to the north, with no knowledge of what was occurring in the Stormlands, Stannis continued to wage his War for the North against the Boltons. He had gotten the Northern Hill Tribes and the Mormonts of Bear Island to come to his side, but they were not the majority. The Boltons counted most of the North as their allies.

At the Wall, Jon Snow lay dead. Those who slew him go about choosing a new Lord Commander even before Jon is found by anyone. The first to find him is Melisandre, she used her magic to revive him, something she had never attempted previously. Feeling very weak afterward, she claims the fires told her that Azor Ahai was in danger. She found Jon while preparing herself for a journey south. She convinced Jon to go south and find Stannis, help him to gain the north before the Others come and consume the world. Jon takes one horse, Longclaw, and Ghost with him that night leaving none of his brothers with knowledge that he is alive. Melisandre and a group of Soldiers leave to find Stannis the next day, hoping to catch Jon as he fled south.

At Winterfell, Stannis and his army were under siege themselves. The Bolton men in the castle had chosen to try and fight a battle, however, the veteran soldiers that Stannis had with him were too much for the Bolton forces. Two days into the siege the event known as the "Great Betrayal" took place. Ryswell and Dustin Troops turned on the Boltons as a full sized Umber army bore down from the north, only discovered because of an Umber scout accidentally being captured while trying to make his way back during a snowstorm. The next several days the walls of Winterfell ran red as Stannis and his army attacked from the outside with help from the Umber Army, which proclaimed that they would fight for the true lords of the North, the Starks, whom the Boltons had murdered.

Once the gates were breached and the armies of Stannis began their assault into the keep, warhorns blew from the south as several thousand troops under the Ryswell Banner were approaching. Mostly made up of cavalry, the army set Stannis under siege while he was finishing his own assault on the keep. Without knowing how many Boltons were left in the Keep, Stannis and the core of his officers pushed into the great hall and the bloodbath began. Bolton men fell by the hundreds as Stannis pressed his advantage. By the day's end Stannis and his army were victorious over the Boltons and had found the body of Roose, but not of Ramsay. It seemed the Bastard of the Dreadfort had made off with Arya to the Dreadfort and would need to be chased there.

Far to the south, the Ironborn were celebrating their conquest of the Shield Islands while the main Tyrell forces were occupied with Dragonstone and Storm's End. Not since the days of Harren the Red had the Ironborn had this much success against the Greenlander armies. Euron had devised a grand scheme. Without the Redwyne Fleet the Arbor was free for the taking and Oldtown open to attack for the first time in thousands of years. The Ironborn shifted south and started probing attacks at castles near Oldtown while the main force launched a massive invasion of the Arbor. An island without its navy, the Arbor fell. Fortunately for its lords, the Redwyne children were already in Oldtown before the attack started. A raven had arrived three days before the attack warning of the Iron Fleet's plans. Irked by the lack of defenses to give his men a good fight, Euron looked to Oldtown and began planning an assault into the city's harbor to seize the Hightower and the other key fortifications before forcing his way to the Citadel.

In the Stormlands the stage is set for the return of the Dragon. The Tyrell army is but a shadow of what it appears to be. After a short morning battle the camp is captured and its commander, Mathis Rowan is taken prisoner. He cooperates fully explaining that Mace Tyrell was moving on Kings Landing after learning his daughter had been imprisoned. Because of this there was anger between the Lannisters and Tyrells. The Golden Company, plus the now three thousand Stormlanders, assaulted the walls of Storm's End, only hours after taking the Tyrell camp. The defenders were unable to keep the Targaryen host at bay as ladders rose across the wall and the 200 defenders were forced to fall back. The rest of the castle fell shortly afterwards as the castle was woefully under equipped to withstand siege. It was then that Arianne arrived. Targaryen Banners flew from both the Camp and the Keep. Aegon, Jon Connington and Harry Strickland were in the Camp's command tent when the Princess of Dorne was announced as having arrived in camp. A meeting was arranged and Arianne met with Aegon and Connington.

Far to the East, with little knowledge of the ins and outs of the renewed War in Westeros, Daenerys was alone on Dragonstone with Drogon. Here, while she felt a prisoner and the most powerful woman in the world at the same time, she was utterly lost. That is when the Khalisar of Khal Jhaqo appeared on the Horizon. As they came closer, she recognized them. Remembering their treatment of the girl Eroeh spurns her to walk out from the rocks where she is visible, vulnerable, and more importantly, recognizable by the Khalisar. She speaks loudly as they approach, "Khalasar, I am your Khaleesi. Give over the traitors Mago and Ko Jhaqo for they are to be punished." A traditional punishment was being thrown beneath the stampeding horses of the Khalasar, but Daenerys had another thing in mind. When Jhaqo and Mago, one of his bloodriders now, rode their horses up the hill to either kill or rape her, she called for Drogon.

The Dragon crawled out from the rocks and launched himself at the two Dothraki Warriors. Within seconds, the Dothraki ancestral fear of dragons returned. They were too close to safely run and the screams of their Khal were very unbecoming of a leader. Mounting Drogon Daenerys spoke again, "I am your Khaleesi. You will follow me and we will subdue the Ghiscari Legions and prove that the Dothraki are a greater people than they ever imagined." With this she had gained herself a full Khalasar and rode south, flying above the army as they approached the mountains that would lead them to Meereen.

The Battle of Meereen rages on as the Yunkai and their allies fight off Barristan's attack. In the bay, the Iron Fleet has attacked the Slavers. All the while the Dragons Rhaegal and Viserion are in the sky causing a great deal of chaos for the attackers. In what seemed like an act of providence, VIserion dives on Wicked Sister, a trebuchet outside the walls of Meereen. Golden fire consumes the land around it spraying both the Slavers and Barriston's men alike. In the Harbor, Rhaegal is tearing up ships from both sides, acting much more wildly than his brother Viserion. Ironborn and Slavers alike wash up on shore and continue fighting there. An ironborn ship does make contact with the Meereen harbor claiming they came to help under the orders of King Euron Greyjoy, Lord Reaver of the Iron Isles. However, not all is as it seems. The Ironborn also bear the dragonhorn, which the Red Priest Moqorro prepares for Victarion. Before he starts to bleed Victarion for the ritual however, Victarion stops him and says the Dusky Woman will do it. Unnerved by this Moqorro tries to convince Victarion otherwise. When the Dusky Woman makes the cut and drops his blood onto the horn, Victarion's blackened hand that Moqorro had healed flares.

Moqorro acts quickly, putting a knife through the heart of the Dusky Woman only to have Victarion grab him by the head with his still burning hand. Victarion falls shortly afterwards dying. With the crew not present Moqorro performs one more ritual, he burns his soul for Victarion's. Victarion comes back to his feet, his hand still burning, but the poison of the Dusky Woman's knife dripping out of the wound. His blood had already marked the horn and he used it. It ensnared the dragon Rhaegal, which had just torn through the ship next to his own. The Iron Fleet had been heavily damaged, but so had the other fleets there. As the Battle at Sea dies down, thanks to Victarion riding Rhaegal, attention must be turned to the main battle.

Barristan's attack has damaged the Yunkai and their allies. So much in fact that two trebuchets had been destroyed, not counting wicked sister. It was then that word from the Bay arrived for Barristan. The Iron Fleet had defeated the Slavers with the help of a dragonbinder horn and now Rhaegal was ridden by the leader of the Iron Fleet, Victarion Greyjoy. Soon after, Viserion made another pass on the Yunkai camp, a shimmer of metal from setting sun caught Barristan's eye. He now believes that another dragonrider has emerged and is keeping themselves hidden until Daenerys returns.

Back in Westeros, the Tyrell/Lannister alliance is in shambles. On Dragonstone the "injured" Loras goes to plunder the vault of Dragonstone. He finds it bare, no gold, no eggs. Perhaps it was true that the Targaryens had tried hatching every single egg they had before the Rebellion. Without dragons, the possible invasion by Daenerys and her dragons. He however had faked his injuries and had to stay on Dragonstone for a longer period of time to "recover". He sends word to his family about his discovery and receives word that a new threat emerged in the Stormlands.

The thousands of men that were now sworn to the man who claimed to be Prince Aegon Targaryen. Some 15,000 men now marched west towards the Stormlords who were gathering near the boneway to fight back the Dornish approach. When they were attacked in the rear as this occurred the Sand Steeds of the Dornish assaulted them. The two sided attack ended the last resistance to Prince Aegon's rule in the Stormlands. In addition to this, the second Dornish Army that was in the Prince's Pass pushed north and entered the Reach. Their entry came at an opportune time. As they moved on Highgarden, they intercepted a raven bound for Kings Landing. Oldtown was under attack by the Ironborn.

The Dornish army of 11,000 marched south and avoided the Tarly holdfasts and appeared north of Oldtown a fortnight later. Lord Hightower was absent. He was, as usual, hidden in his tower. Instead, his son and heir, Baelor Hightower, known as Brightsmile, arrived to negotiate with them. The commander of the Dornish Army was Obara Sand, eldest of Oberyn's Sand Snakes. She was born in Oldtown many years ago, and had finally returned to save it. After brief negotiations she managed to convince Baelor to switch sides and fight for Aegon, who would free him from the Ironborn invaders. The Sand Snake was true to her word. A week later when the Ironborn landed they fought both Reachmen and Dornishmen in the now infamous Battle of Oldtown. Euron Greyjoy's last major battle before retreating from the southern Reach. During a duel with Obara Sand, he was cut by her spear. It was a minor thing, but after the defeat of his army and destruction of most of his fleet by the ships hastily assembled by Baelor he fell ill. His men returned him to Pyke where he would never leave again. He survived the illness, but it claimed his chances of having a Kingdom like that of the old Iron Kings.

With the Hightowers now an ally of the Targaryens and Dorne, they marched north with intentions of putting Horn Hill to siege. Instead, they fought two pitched battles with Tarly men before being forced back towards Oldtown to protect their supplies. Using ships they circumvented the Tarly army and instead laid siege to Highgarden following a quick reconquest of the Arbor and the Shield Islands.

In the North the Ryswell army attacks Stannis. The Ryswell forces fight valiantly, but ultimately fall beneath the walls of Winterfell. With his base of operations secure, a raven arrives from the Night's Watch. The New Lord Commander has received word from a mysterious "Last Greenseer" reveiling the parentage of Jon Snow, who had been killed but whose body was missing. After reading through the message and the apparent wedding that took place before a Weirwood Tree, Stannis knew who would be his Lord Paramount of the North, should he be alive. Several days later, Jon Snow arrived at Winterfell to find Stannis waiting for him and greeting him as Lord Paramount Jon Stark.

Back East, Daenerys arrives north of Meereen with her Dothraki Khalasar. Riding Drogon high above them. In the city they are fearful of a new army arriving. Soon after the other two dragons took to the sky. One from Meereen, Rhaegal ridden by Victarion, and one from the mountains, with a mystery rider. As the host made camp beneath the walls of Meereen, the three dragons land and the riders parlay. Here Daenerys meets Victarion and immediately dislikes him for his demands she become his salt wife. The other rider removes his helm and reveals himself to be none other than Dornish Prince, Quentyn Martell. Victarion immediately made clear he too, due to his brothers both being Kings, was a Prince. After long negotiations it was decided they would finish defeating the Yunkai by burning the city to the ground. Then they would turn to Westeros upon the fleet that Victarion had left.

The march south was uneventful. Daenerys had freed her husband, but then divorced him. She named him King of Meereen in his own right. Her army of Unsullied, freedmen, and Dothraki numbered nearly 40,000 at this point and steamrolled the remaining slaver armies. At Yunkai, the army assaulted the walls as dragonfire broke through the city gates for the second time in its long history. As in the days of the Old Ghiscari Empire, the Dragon burned the city to dust. Daenerys had freed its slaves a second time and sent them to Meereen if they could not fight. She detatched 5,000 Dothraki to escort them and began the trip across the sea, her Dothraki Khalasar included. A fleet of nearly 1000 ships set sail from Yunkai. Merchant ships, Ironborn galleys, Yunkai and Meereenese warships, and even a few dozen Sell Sails who were in port made up the fleet that the Queen Claimant took to Westeros.

In Kings Landing, news struck that the Boltons fell and that the Ironborn were sent away, not by the Redwyne Fleet, which was still on the Dornish Coast, but by an army of Dornishmen led by a Sand Snake who was now besieging Highgarden with the aid of House Hightower. The Tyrell army arrived at the city and took control of it from the Lannisters. It was now that Cersei's trial by combat began. The Faith chose as it's champion Lancel Lannister, who confessed as a former lover of Cersei. Cersei herself chose Robert Strong as her champion. The fight began and Robert Strong swung his blade and nearly ended it there. Lancel was knocked off of his feet and scrambled to his feet in time to avoid the next attack. Lancel moved in and put his sword into the giant's arm. No scream of pain, no slowing down, not even recognition of the sword in his shield arm, Robert Strong swung again, this time connecting with the young Knight. Lancel fell to the ground and had to again avoid a killing blow. Pulling his sword from the giant's arm Lancel then ducked another blade and sent his own into the giant's neck. Feeling he had won he pulled the sword and the helmet off at the same time. The face was none other than Gregor Clegane, the Mountain. His face was discolored, but it was immediately certain that he was not dead. The fight continued still, Lancel then fought twice as hard to kill the mountain as before.

After another ten minutes of fighting the battle ended. As the mountain impaled the small knight through the gut Lancel finished beheading the giant of a man. As the mountain fell first to the ground, the High Septon announced that Cersei was guilty. Lancel fell a moment later and died believing he fulfilled his duties to the Faith. Cersei, distraught immediately tried making her escape only to find her path blocked by the Kingsguard. Mace Tyrell had taken control over the Red Keep and therefore Tommen. On the day of her execution the most bitter feelings within her came forward. She could not let herself allow Margaery to win. She confessed to all of her crimes, her sharing of a bed with Jaime and her three children by him. Joffery, Myrcella, and Tommen. This shook the crowds, she was executed minutes later, but this left a poor taste in the mouth of everyone there.

Suddenly Tommen is a named bastard of two Lannister twins. Unsure what to do, Mace Tyrell does his best to contain the situation, but he is no expert diplomat. Margaery is beyond comprehension. She had wed three kings now only to learn that none of them are truly to be the king. Panic in the city ensues when they learn of the approach of an army waving the flags of the Stormlands, Dorne, and strangely, the Targaryen Dragon. Trying to save their own lives, the Tyrells quickly abandon the city only to be caught by the sand steeds and cornered on the Blackwater River and destroyed. Mace Tyrell dies in the fighting and Queen Margaery was captured. The Siege of Kings Landing began from the land as more ships were arriving to put the city to siege from the sea as well.

In the Vale, Lord Paramount of the Trident, Petyr Baelish, along with his entourage begin discussions regarding the succession of the Vale once more. Harold Hardying is the best suited candidate, however he wishes to be renamed as Harold Arryn should he be given the titles. Sweet Robin lay nearly motionless as his body was failing him after all this time. Sansa had yet to be named as his wife and Petyr still had his own plans for her. Harold would be given the titles and lands belonging to House Arryn and he would be legitimized as a member of House Arryn upon Sweet Robin's death. Petyr had to go look after the Riverlands from Harrenhal. The night before they left however, Sansa decided she would no longer sit to the side and let Petyr take her as a prize. She smuggled herself into his room and pretended to be there to give into him. While he undressed her she put a dagger into his throat. Decades of preparation. Years of Planning. All ended in one mistake. The Next morning when the Vale Lords found his body and Sansa admitted to the killing they instead decided that she was not to blame. She pressed them to aid in regaining the Riverlands for House Tully. With this, the Vale Lords, led by Harold Hardying went to war.

They swept out of the Bloody Gates and into the Riverlands like a storm. So swift were they that the Riverlords either were too slow in reacting to save themselves or simply surrendered to the fresh armies of the Vale. Upon arriving at the Twins they find the Northern Army and the Burning Stag of Stannis. The Northmen, Crannogmen, and Stannis' sellswords besieging the northern keep, the Vale lords were on the opposite side and set it to siege. The greatest strength of the Freys was turned against them. They had no where to escape when the armies broke through and slew all men named Frey within the castles.

The combined armies turned south to gain the Iron Throne for Stannis. They however were met with news that Kings Landing had fallen to the Targaryen Prince Aegon who was now crowned as King Aegon VI. Highgarden had fallen to Hightower and Dornish forces and those armies were marching to meet with their King. One final battle would be required before anything was settled. The armies met, on the banks of the Trident where Robert's Rebellion was decided the War of Five(seven?) Kings would be decided with only one of its original contenders left. The battle was fierce and the first day ended with no clear victor and each side retreated to opposite banks of the river. The Next morning, news from King's Landing arrived stating that a Targaryen Army had landed north of King's Landing and had taken Rosby and was encircling the city with ships and men. They estimated the size of the army at 40,000 and it had three Dragons. It seemed that Daenerys had arrived in Westeros. Aegon sent messages to Daenerys asking to arrange a meeting with her once he had dispatched the Usurper's army.

The second day of fighting ended with no victor and news from the north this time. The Night's Watch were overrun and the Others were spilling into Westeros. Stannis sent word over the river to Aegon about the invasion. The next morning the two were encamped north of the river when a raven from the Twins arrived saying that the Others were there. Rushing north to stop them they fought an army of wights and were forced back to the Trident near the original battle spot. Here they chose to make a final stand. Stannis, Jon, and Aegon stood against what seemed like an endless horde of white. As snow fell and the Trident froze, three men strode forth with their blades drawn and their armies at the ready. For three more days they stood their ground. For three more days the Others were held at bay. Fire was used by the armies thanks to the few red priests accompanying Stannis and his army. On the fourth day there were tens of thousands of wights wearing black cloaks. Fallen men of the Night's Watch. They charged with the Others and wights Here again, the combined armies withstood the attack. They learned then that Daenerys was coming north with dragons and her army after capturing King's Landing through diplomacy.

A week of fighting and the first Dragons appeared above the battlefield. Immediately Daenerys met with Aegon, Stannis, and Jon. In a day long conference and with the battle still raging not more than a mile away, Daenerys agrees to aid in the fight should she be named Queen instead of Aegon. He agrees to set aside his crown for the good of the realm. Stannis is named as Lord Paramount of the Stormlands and Jon as Lord Paramount of the North. The next day Daenerys and her dragons move to begin fighting again. With the aid of dragons the Others are pushed back far enough for a celebration. At this celebration, Jon uncovers the identity of one of the men working in the camp of Daenerys. It was Tyrion Lannister, who had escaped into exile. This news brought tears to Sansa's eyes knowing she would now be stuck with him. The two of them both asked for an annulment of their wedding vows from Daenerys. Daenerys agreed, the wedding was made null and void.

After this, the next day of battle started. Reports from Quentyn was that a large group of Others had crossed upstream and were going to be flanking them. He and Victarion flew off to try and slow them down. The fighting resumed at their present location with Daenerys and Drogon blasting away the Others until Quentyn returned that afternoon. He claimed that Victarion was diving on the horde when the others seemed to rise from the frozen soil and attack him on dragonback. Victarion fell from Rhaegal who disappeared beneath the horde of Others. The first dragon had fallen.

However, the next day, it rose again. The Night King had risen the dragon as a wight and rode it into battle. WIthout dragon support the armies of Westeros were in a troubled position. Daenerys and Quentyn fought to keep the Nights King from attacking the united armies with Rhaegal. The dance began with Drogon and Rhaegal colliding and Rhaegal falling back and Viserion there to blast the wight dragon with a blast of fire. This was met by a blast of ice, the Others had risen Rhaegal as an Ice Dragon on their own side. The legends of the Others were terrible and the legends regarding Ice Dragons were just as terrible. Rhaegal and his rider struck Viserion with great force and nearly knocking Quentyn from the saddle before Daenerys and Drogon arrived throwing the Nights King and his beast from Viserion and Quentyn. However, this would not last long. Fixated ont he weaker appearing of the two Rhaegal again slammed into Viserion from above this time, they all spiraled towards the ground only separating a hundred feet from impact. Rhaegal rose, Quentyn fell from Viserion and the dragon righted itself and landed in the camp where Quentyn died on impact. Standing nearby, Aegon rushed to the dragon and leapt onto its back, forgetting that the beast could harm him out of fear of what a rogue dragon could do to his men.

He rose and found Drogon and Daenerys fighting desperately to defeat the Nights King and Rhaegal. Coming from behind and below, the Nights King didn't see Aegon approach until it was too late. A steam of golden fire rippled across the saddle. The Nights King died and with him, the magic that kept the wights moving. They fell where they stood and many simply turned to ice and snow.

Over the next several months they fought their way north to the wall and then across it. There, they eventually found Bran who confirmed several parentage of the people. Aegon was who he claimed to be, Daenerys was in fact the child of Rhaegar and Lyanna, not Aerys and Rhaella. Jon was the true born son of Brandon Stark and Ashara Dayne, who had wed before a Weirwood tree, as had Rhaegar and Lyanna. He also directed them to where the Others remained and they set off to try and defeat them completely. However, they were unable to reach them with the winter growing ever more harsh. They turned back south, vowing they would never forget the needs of the Night's Watch.

In the end, Daenerys was still crowned Queen, per her agreement with Stannis and Aegon. Aegon, named Prince of Dragonstone and Heir to the Iron Throne. Stannis regained Storm's End, but soon learned that his wife died at the Wall when it fell. He would remarry easily thanks to his heroics at the Trident. Jon Stark spent much of the next several years searching for Arya and Rickon. He would find Rickon within a year and Arya two years later. In the Westerlands, Jaime was eventually tried for Treason against the Iron Throne. He was found guilty and sent to the Wall. He eventually was named 1000th Lord Commander of the Night's Watch. Tyrion then took over as Lord Paramount of the Westerlands and had his hands full with his Warden of the West position trying to keep the shores safe from the independent Ironborn raiders. In the Reach, House Tyrell maintained their Lord Paramouncy under Willas Tyrell, however, the Hightowers were in a stronger position than they had ever been and had the Arbor added to the territories which bent the knee to them.

In Dorne, the death of Quentyn was mourned heavily. He became known as the Sand Dragon. Stories are told to this day about how he secretly tamed a dragon and fought for Queen Daenerys. Arianne would succeed her father as Princess of Dorne. In the Vale, Harold Arryn became lord Paramount and married Sansa Stark cementing the long friendship between the Vale and the North. Edmure Tully and Roslin Frey were eventually reunited with their baby boy, whom he named Robb. In the Crownlands, castles lay bare and coffers even more so. The castles were garrisoned by the Unsullied. Unfortunately for Queen Daenerys, the High Septon refused to crown her Queen. Upon threats from Aegon to change his religion if he did not, the High Septon said, "It will be the damning of your own soul then." On that day, Aegon no longer prayed to the seven. And on that day, Viserion and Drogon both laid a clutch of Dragon Eggs.

Thus ends the events of the 302nd year since the Conquest of Aegon. It is now more than fifty years later, the year is 353 AC. The realm is drastically changed from what it had been all those years ago when the Second Long Night came and the winter that followed lasted five years. Now we are nearing the end of another winter, six years long. The Maesters said the days were growing longer last year, but only now has the temperature started to rise and the Reach been able to replant their fields.

The resulting peace lasted several decades. For a time, Essos and Westeros were brought closer by trade and mutual respect. Aegon married Arianne and had four children. Daenerys had four children of her own. The Targaryen line would never again be extinguished. Several new, younger dragons have been hatched since then. Targaryen children are once again presented with a Dragon Egg in the cradle. Harrenhal has been awarded to a member of House Targaryen to keep it within the Crownlands. Many of the Lords have died since the War of Five Kings. In the East, Freedman's Bay was conquered by the New Ghiscari Empire. The Old Valyrian cities in North Valyria have banded together for protection and the Kingdom of the Three Daughters was once again created when Volantis attempted to seize the Disputed Lands. The Iron Islands have never been subdued again. They have been kept in check by Wardens of the North, West and South. Each working to prevent pillaging the best they can.

The Rule of Queen Daenerys the Good has been a fair one. As the third winter of her reign is coming to an end, her close friends look to her to name a new heir to the Iron Throne after disagreements with Aegon have turned their relationship sour. She had named Aegon her heir upon sitting on the throne and has not changed it. However, they are both old and many expect her to give her son, Aerys, the title of Heir of the Iron Throne, but not Prince of Dragonstone. Only time will tell what happens in House Targaryen, but everyone knows one thing. When dragons squabble, it's the small folk who pay the price.

The Rules are fairly straight forward:
1. No Metagaming, godmodding, etc.
2. Respect other players, there will be disagreements. I want those disagreements to be handled like adults. Co-OPs will be charged with solving problems between players.
3. Battles do not have to be planned out, but they will be moderated by myself or a Co-OP, so I will need to find a Co-OP relatively quickly.
4. Travel times in the ASoIaF world can be difficult. Travel times will be accelerated so the story doesn't drag as it has previously. As such, a Walltofell (Wall to Winterfell) will be two weeks of marching or one week of riding. You may factor in terrain, but if there is a disagreement, then we will sort it out via TG.
5. Reservations last 48 hours. After that they will be put up for grabs again.
6. Activity will be loosely enforced. However, after one week your house will be put under OP jurisdiction. After two weeks, someone else can claim your house.
7. Do not play any faction further east than the Free Cities. I know we have several people who like the Dothraki, however, they are east of the Free Cities and will be of minimal relevance to this RP.
8. Limit your house to either one Queensguard position or one Small Council Position. There will be an app for characters wanting to be on the Small Council, similar to the App for a Dragonrider.
9. Have fun. I'd prefer that everyone get along while we trample the small folk of Westeros beneath our Silver Studded Boots!

House Name:House Targaryen of Dragonstone

House Sigil:Image

Head of House: Viserys Targaryen-
Age: 38

Viserys Targaryen is the eldest son of Aegon Targaryen and Arianne Martell. He was born with distinctly Valyrian Features. This was a delight to Aegon, whom knew he had a possibility of his wife never giving birth to a son of Targaryen Features which he could name a Targaryen. Viserys was brought before Queen Daenerys for her blessing and received it. He was raised as a member of House Targaryen, but was not given a dragon egg as a youth. He never became a Dragonrider and upon marrying his Cousin's daughter Rhaenys, he knew he needed to father a son early to get him an egg. Within a year of their marriage they had concieved and upon the birth of their child, Viserys was overjoyed. A boy, with distinctly Targaryen features.

Viserys and his wife have remained on Dragonstone, with Viserys currently acting as his Father's Regent ever since Aegon started to weaken.

Relevant House Members: Lucarys Targaryen - Son of Viserys and Rhaenys Targaryen- 18 - Dragonrider of Fyrax - On Dragonstone

Rhaenys Targaryen - Daughter of Rhaegar Targaryen - 33 - Married to Viserys Targaryen on the evening of her Grandmother's 50th name day. She bore a son the next year. - On Dragonstone

Aerea Targaryen - Daughter of Viserys and Rhaenys Targaryen, Twin of Jacaerys - 16 - On Dragonstone

Jacaerys Targaryen - Son of Viserys and Rhaenys Targaryen, Twin of Aerea -16-

Septon Tommen -56- Septon of the Dragonstone Septry
Stormsinger Aelix -49- Stormsinger of the Old Valyrian Faith on Dragonstone
Maester Halys -30- Maester of Dragonstone Castle

House Seat: Dragonstone

House Faith: Faith of the Seven/Old Valyrian

Sworn Houses: House Velaryon, House Celtigar, House Sunglass, House Bar Emmon

House Strength: 3500 Men, 160 Warships(100 are Velaryon)

House History over the past 50 Years: In the years after the second long night, Prince Aegon took command over Dragonstone. House Targaryen was once again in power in Westeros and he was its named heir. However, as time went on he became more fearful that Daenerys would give the title to her own children. He served as Hand of the Queen for several decades years(303-323) before retiring back to Dragonstone to oversee the renovations to the fortress. A large central spire had been added to the fort as well as larger walls and a greater space for housing a garrison. When his oldest son produced a son of his own, Aegon was more than pleased.

In 345 when the renovations were completed and Aegon flew Viserion up to the top of the Spire, he was more than proud. The spire was constructed to rival Hightower in its height, but also provided a place for the Prince of Dragonstone to house his personal Dragon somewhere accessible from his own bedchambers. The improvements became of use when a Pirate Fleet, likely from one of the free cities, had come to pillage the interior of Blackwater Bay in 348. He rode to meet them and found his grandson following. Without a great deal of issue the two men were able to take down the lead ships of the fleet and keep the others from venturing close to the islands for long enough that the Driftmark Fleet arrived and was able to defeat them.

In the year 351 AC Aegon received a wound which made it difficult for him to ride again. It is at this time he passed off Blackfyre to his Grandson, who was twice the warrior of his father. His words where recorded by Maester Maelor as being "Bring this with you Lucarys. You have a good sense of how a fight is playing out. This sword will let you alter that fight more to your advantage. Your father isn't the idea warrior, nor is he a Knight. You, are both. Blackfyre is the sword of the Conquerer. He created Westeros and the Iron Throne. Go and protect it."

Lucarys then went on his tour of the southern portions of Westeros from the Westerlands to Dorne. His return in 353 was considered a perfect opportunity to find him a wife to continue the Targaryen Line. At his own request, he did not wed his sister. They first looked to other members of House Targaryen or Velaryon. Lucarys himself was usually busy whenever the Sunglass family came to present their daughter and son to match to the Targaryen children.

RP Example: I respectfully, decline.

Notes:

S13

Character Name: Ser Lucarys Targaryen

Age: 18

Physical Description:Lucarys Targaryen is of average height with a strong sword arm.

Dragon Name: Fyrax

Dragon Age: 17, hatched in the cradle

Dragon Description: Total Length(including Tail): 25m
Wingspan: 50m

Coloration: Silver Scales with Bronze Wingbones and Blue Eyes. Breathes fire of Bronze coloration

Dragon Acquisition: Lucarys was given an egg as an infant. It hatched in the cradle with him and he grew up with his dragon by his side throughout his entire life. Growing up on Dragonstone Fyrax was allowed to roam free giving him a high rate of growth near the Dragonmont. At age 7, Lucarys first mounted his dragon and rode it into the sky becoming a Dragonrider. Thanks to his already familiarity with the dragon, its constant companion since birth, he had little trouble taming it. He gained several riding lessons from his Grandfather Aegon before he ever left the Island on his own. Lucarys has been a dragonrider most of his life and it is one of his defining attributes.

EDIT: Can I have a House member be on the small council, or is having a House and a character on the small council mutually exclusive?

You can have a House and a member on the small council. None of the Apps are mutually exclusive. I created a separate one for the Small Council members so that people weren't simply claiming them and then filling it in later.

Already have a player doing Targ of Kings Landing, a carry over from the last RP.

I can reserve Piper for you if you wish.

House Name: House (Nymeros) Martell

House Sigil: A Golden spear striking through a red sun upon an orange background

Head of House: Elia Martell, aged 49, Princess of Dorne, Lady of Sunspear and Starfall.
Elia Martell, born Elia Targaryen, is the daughter of Arianne, Princess of Dorne, and Aegon Targaryen, Prince of Dragonstone, and was the eldest of her siblings. As the eldest daughter she stood to inherit Dorne, though by Andal law she would not inherit Dragonstone, and this was seen as a good thing by her parents and by Queen Daenerys. She grew up in Dorne, not in Dragonstone, along with her younger brother Oberyn, both named after their tragically killed great aunt and uncles. While Oberyn was a striking image of "the Red Viper", Elia was very different to "Gentle Elia" as she is now called. Arianne died giving birth to Viserys Targaryen, and therefore Elia became the Princess of Dorne by the time she was twelve. This gave her an independent streak, and a stubbornness that she has kept to this day.

Her rule of Dorne has been erratic, as he doesn't have the personality which allows for a focus on administration on the realm. Instead she leaves most of the work to her castellan, Lewyn Martell, and her husband Treymond. She is very fond of parties, orgies and anything fun. She has a plethora of lovers, much to her husbands chagrin, but the most prominent are Daena Allyrion, known about and approved by her brother Oberyn, and the Galgaren's in her court. Her Eldest son Quentyn is said to take after his father, and not her, and is one of the finest swordsmen in the realm. Her daughter Obarra takes after he stubbornness, and has trained herself to fight. Her youngest daughter Arianne has taken after her playful side, and is already showing the signs of being a wily seductress.

Elia currently resides in Sunspear with her court, having sent Oberyn to King's Landing to become Master of Whisperers a while ago.

House Seat: Sunspear

House Faith: Faith of the Seven

Sworn Houses: Too lazy to type them out

House Strength: 15,000 - 20,000 troops. However, it is believed that Dorne has up to 50,000 troops by the other regions. Up to 15 ships, mainly used for travelling.

House History over the past 50 Years:
At the end of the second long night, Arianne Martell married Aegon Targaryen, and they both resided in Dragonstone. They had five children, but two, Elia and Oberyn, would carry on the Martell name. Elia was the eldest of them all, and as such was set to inherit Dorne, while Viserys would inherit Dragonstone. Arianne died giving birth to the final child, and Elia was sent to Dorne and was raised by a collection of advisors. Eventually she married Treymond Dayne, out of convenience and not love. Though they have grown affectionate towards each other, Elia's constant affairs keeps things awkward. They have had three children, with Quentyn soon to become the Sword of the Morning, being a Dayne and an expert swordsmen. Meanwhile Trystane and Myrcella had a son, Lewyn Martell, who married into the Velaryon family and had twins, though he resides in Sunspear as castellan.

The current Princess is Elia Martell.

RP Example: Game of Thrones: Legacy, Gaea, Pax Per Bellum

Notes: I have taken control of House Dayne as well, simply due to her marriage to the current Lord of Dayne, I can make edits if necessary.

S13

Character Name: Oberyn Martell

Age: 42

Physical Description: Male, spitting image of his great uncle Oberyn except he has violet eyes, like the Targaryens from his father.

Seat Desired: Master of Whisperers

Qualifications: Widespread network of informants through Westeros and Essos, related to Royal family, Eagerness to do things considered immoral

Short Bio: Oberyn Martell is the son of Prince Aegon of Dragonstone and Princess Arianne of Dorne and the brother of Elia Martell, Daenerys Targaryen and Viserys Targaryen. He was born taking after the Martell side of his family, except for his lilac eyes which betrayed his valyrian heritage. He is often compared to his great uncle Oberyn in both looks and personality, though unlike Oberyn he has not dedicated himself to martial prowess, but instead to 'The Game'. He has hundreds of informers across Westeros and Essos, and it has been said that his 'Vipers' as he calls them, reach further and hiss in his ear far more than Varys or Petyr's informants ever did. He has no qualms about killing those who stand in the way of the Targaryens and Martells, and is very promiscuous like his sister.

Hmm, that's a good question. However, the High Septon's name is just High Septon. They are meant to throw away any identity and be the Voice of the Seven on Earth. You can create a character for it, but remember. No house ties at all. They do not favor one house over the other. They likely only have loose command over the Faith Militant unless a Crusade-esque War breaks out. Say Fot7 vs Red God or some other religion.

Sure thing. Working right now to organize the Targaryen Family Tree. I have already expanded it to five children for each Daenerys and Aegon. So far, I have it where Aegon(Dany's third son, was given Harrenhal. He does not have to be alive at the start of the RP however.

App is finished, it is a bit barebones for anyone who isn't Oberyn or Elia but they haven't really had interesting lives as of yet. I can add in the fifth child of Aegon to my family tree, if needed.

House Mouton of Horn Hill

Postby Slakonian » Sun Mar 01, 2015 2:37 pm

Image

House Name: House Mouton-Tarly

Head of House: Lord Edmyn Mouton-Tarly, Lord of Horn Hill, Patriarch of House Mooton, High Marshall of the Reach:
Lord Edmyn is the reincarnation of his great-grandfather Lord Randyl Tarly who was known for his military prowess and his service both to the Realm and the Reach. After the confession of Cersei, it was official that Tommen wasn't a Baratheon but a Lannister; a bastard of incest between the former queen and wife of King Robert and her brother Ser Jaime Lannister "the Kingslayer", after Lord Tyrell left with all of his forces and the Lannisters where on dissaray he decided to arrest first King Tommen rather the High Septon. After his arrest, the siege in King's Landing was lifted by the besieged when they gave Tommen Lannister to Aegon; so that he can judge him. Lord Tarly kept his position of the Master of Laws while Aegon named High Marshal of the Reach, heretained his position for a year after he was killed by the Brotherhood Without Banners on Lady Soneheart's orders. His son Dickon took the lordship but thankfully he was a capable ruler until the Second Long Night came, many northfolk took refuge into Horn Hill while Dickon was on the Trident fighting the White Walkers when he fell in battle; hisreign was almost ten years at the time(don't know how much time passed). His son Randyl took the lordling at the age of ten and ruled for 20 years both as Lord of Horn Hill & as High Marshal of the Reach while he was for two years Master of Laws when his wife Serra Frey died.

Grief sticken, he left to join the Night's Watch only to die three months later. During those terrible years Edmyn was a squire to House Blackwood were he converted both to the old Gods and married his wife Mellissa, and thanks to this marriage & connections truth be told, Lord Balckwood arranged the man being knighted by Lord Paramount Hoster Tully himself. During his time as a squire he followed Lord Blackwood to tourneys at Lannisport, before his marriege of course where he a "affair" with a commoner who would give him not one but two sons; twins that decided to join the Night's Watch long beofre they knew who their father was but they were aknowledged as his sons. While his last bastard but youngest child happened to be concived from wenching endevours and that was a bad start from it's own.

Tall and handsome, Lord Edmyn Mooton-Tarly is a cunning man but a bit iron-minded as he is constanly prepares of war rather enjoy the fruits of peace. Edmyn shows compassion to his closer relatives but generally he is a stoic man, calculating, intelligent, politically astute, ruthless, and controlling man. He dedicates his life and efforts towards maintaining House Mooton's prestige, and ensuring House Mooton is feared from the houses of the Reach. He is a proven battle commander and politician, and has a very powerful presence combined with an intimidating gaze.

Relevant House Members:
  • Arwood Mooton, Lord of Maidenpool, vassal to Harrenhall.

  • Ser Patrek Frey, another personal bodyguard.
  • Ser Nymeros Raddeck, Master-at-Arms of Horn Hill
  • Maester Harregg, formely house Harlaw, maester of Horn Hill
  • Cotter Sprack, Castellan of Horn Hill

House Seat: Horn Hill, obviously.

House Faith: Faith of the Seven officialy but most of the people are following the Old Gods and even lord Edmyn himself who happened being squired to House Blackwood brought the old gods with the men of his who came with him on the Riverlands. But a long time ago, when Gilly; the apparent lover of Samwell Tarly brought her northern customs to the smallfolk who were sick with the Faith Militant who wanted more wars against the infidels of the Stormlands, the Iron Islands and the north, the last straw was when a bunch of Poor Fellows attacked & lord Edmyn's grandfather Dickon Tarly and his soldiers after refusing to burn the weirwood tree in Horn Hill. Ser Aemon Snow gathered the troops and extreminated both the Poor Fellows & the Sons of the Warrior alongside much of the priesthood either they had a connection or not with the incident, he confiscated much of their land while he barred ever again military forces of the Faith ever enter.

Sworn Houses:
House Hunt is extinct with most of it's land being taken by the Tarly's except a small piece of land given to Sir Aemon Snow; bastard of Samwell Tarly whose son Torrhen now owns. Ser Walder Frey also has few lands as well.

RP Example: The Chronicles of Syanlins will show you that I am a good rper in some degree, hope you will be satisfied mate.

Notes: I have eyes and ears everywhere muhahahahaaaa, a bit bad app i know but I am good rper I promise.

House Name: House Lannister, Hear Me Roar!

House Sigil: A lion, rampant-and-golden, on a crimson field.

Head of House: Jaime Lannister, Lord Paramount of the Westerlands, Lord of Casterly Rock, Lord of Castamere, Warden of the West, Ser, the Golden Hammer, four-and-forty. Though he once bore the graceful face of his namesake, and the charming appearance of him as well, Jaime Lannister's lips have grown tight, his skin bears the marks of stress, and his hair has been shorn from his head so as to hide that it grows white. His emerald eyes, once so bright, are now dull with an unending ruthlessness. It is only his stature that remains to him, for he still towers over men at six-and-a-half feet.

Jaime was born in 308 AC to Tyrion Lannister and his wife, Senelle of Lannisport. A distant Lannister herself, Senelle was a massive woman, and it was for this reason that Tyrion Lannister chose her--he knew a line of dwarfs could not rule in Casterly Rock. It was a relief, then, that Jaime was born at an incredible size, and it would be for this reason that Tyrion encouraged him to pursue a martial lifestyle, as he was never able to. Jaime did not favor the sword, however. Instead, he chose for his weapon an massive, two-handed hammer inlaid with gold and rubies. When Tyrion heard of Jaime's choice from his master-at-arms, Tyrion confronted his son and told him, "Take care that you do not become your weapon; too strong, too blunt, lacking in grace and lacking worse in restraint."

Jaime's childhood was a deeply social one, made more vigorous by his father personally assigning him histories so that he might appear more intelligent. As the dashing, intellectual heir to Casterly Rock it is no surprise that he had many suitors lined up to be his wife. Though Jaime is said to have preferred a marriage to a Hightower, his father made the interesting choice of wedding him to the eldest daughter of Rolph Spicer, Lord of Castamere. When Jaime asked his father why, Tyrion replied, "My father broke the first rule of warfare: never give an inch."

Jeyne Spicer would bear Jaime no children, nor would she share his bed for long. Less than a year later Jeyne Spicer died mysteriously; when her father, Lord Rolph, made the daring accusation of insisting that she had died by malicious means, and demanded that Tyrion investigate, Tyrion took his chance and sprung.

Lord Rolph was arrested for treason against his lord and his sister, Lady Sybell, prompted the Westerlings into rebellion with the forces of the recovering Castamere. Tyrion quickly raised an army in response, and gave the lead to his son Jaime, whom was only nine-and-ten at the time. It made little matter, however, for Jaime showed himself to be a brilliant tactician and leader. He wore elaborate armor during the rebellion, called the Spicer Resistance, and ended the year-long strung himself when he crushed Tywin Spicer's chest with his hammer. He would earn his name as the Golden Hammer when he had the Crag torn down, as punishment to the Westerlings.

Castamere, however, he seized on behalf of his father. When he returned, Tyrion remarked, "How kind of the Spicers, to rebuild Castamere for us." The ownership of both Casterly Rock and Castamere, both functioning as the richest mines in the Westerlands, under House Lannister set them squarely as the wealthiest House in the Seven Kingdoms, without peer.

This wealth was only inflated when the hero of the war one a prestigious wife in Cyrelle Hightower, the younger sister of the original Hightower Jaime had desired. Within a year, the two had sired their first child, a girl named Marianne.

Jaime's popularity only continued to rise. His influence grew in Casterly Rock with unstoppable momentum, and at two-and-twenty Tyrion gave him the lordship of Castamere so that he might call himself landed in his own right. As Lord of Castamere, Jaime did much to advance his own wealth, and all take he did he reinvested into the castle. By the time he was done with it, he had raised it to the grandeur of the modern Casterly Rock, which had one notable change: a resistance to dragons.

Indeed, both Tyrion and Jaime focused on raising defenses resistant to dragons. They constructed ballistae and reworked the water systems of both castles, ensuring that water could be conveyed quickly through them. Tyrion also designed a five-point catapult, which featured weights on each corner of a net while a heavier ball sat in the catapult's cup, theoretically ensnaring anything it hit squarely.

Tyrion died when Jaime was nine-and-twenty, and his last words to his son were, "Take care, Jaime. History is in your hands now."

Jaime took those words to heart. A dour man now, nothing can stop his ambition. He will be what is his, by right.

Relevant House Members:

-Marianne Lannister, called the Lioness, is known throughout the Westerlands as being a seductress. Though none would dare say it before her father, Marianne is said to have lost her maiden head at four-and-ten. What's more, she is known to employ an entourage of ladies-in-waiting whom scheme for her, though the most complicated schemes she leaves to herself. Though she has no knowledge of martial practice, she is a master of court etiquette and intrigue, as well as well-learned and beautiful. Her beautiful, however, is considered to be harsh, and some have compared her and her sister Joanna to Visenya and Rhaenys respectively. Her name she earned when she found her brother Tyrion beating Tion horribly in a duel. When she ordered him to stop, Tyrion asked why he should listen to her. Before half of the knights in Casterly Rock, Marianne seized her brother's neck and replied, "Take care that you heed me, brother, lest this lioness raise her hackles."

-Ser Tyrion Lannister, twenty, is a dashing figure just under six feet with a mane of golden hair and eyes more jade than emerald. Tyrion has the build of a strong knight, and he fights without peer with his Valyrian steel sword, Lion's Wrath, though some consider him less of an opponent than his father, whom is famed for his skill with his hammer. Where his father is dour, however, Tyrion is lively; he excites the courts of Casterly Rock with his festivities and amusements, and the wide extent of his taste is known. Though some have compared Tyrion to a fat lion content to dine on the amusements of life, Tyrion has gone far to prove them wrong. Those that have called him unfit have often found that their stay with the Lannisters has come to an end, and Tyrion makes shows of passing judgment for the smallfolk around such events. For this reason, Tyrion is regarded by the smallfolk as a grand heir. They do not see in him, however, the way he treats his family. He regularly ridicules his brother Tion, and has no problem embarrassing his cousins Lancel and Loren. Though he sometimes makes poor jests about his sister Joanna and his cousin Lya, he has the tact to avoid insulting his sister, Marianne. He dares not provoke the Lioness.

-Tion Lannister, eight-and-ten, is nothing like his brother. While Tyrion wears his hair in a golden mane, Tion keeps his just to the shoulders. Where Tyrion is outgoing and exciting, Tion is shy and dull in conversation. Though he is by nature bookish, his father has forced him to learn to become a warrior. In reply to this, Tion demanded from his father that he be made a braavo. Though Jaime is said to have charged from the hall at this, Tion's grandfather, Tyrion, laughed and clapped for his grandson, ensuring that the boy would learn from a braavo. By this way did Vyr the Braavo arrive at Casterly Rock, and Tion took quickly to the braavosi's teachings. Though Tion is regarded as not being as capable a fighter in battle as his brother or father, he is a more effectively fighter when alone, due to his proficiency at water dancing. For this reason was Vyr the Braavo, only five years Tion's senior, so interested in him. And for this reason did Tion discover that, while his brother had lain with many, many women, he would be laying with none.

-Joanna Lannister, six-and-ten, is the last child born to Cyrelle Hightower by Jaime Lannister. She is described as being tender of heart but comely, and nice to those around her, both male and female. At her age, her sister Marianne was much more daring than she, but she is true to her father's will and she does not make dishonorable talk with those around her. She is also devoted to the Seven, and is said to have her chambers blessed by seven prayers by Septon Reginard daily.

-Margaery Lannister, beautiful but aged, twin to Tywin, a woman of incredible wit and grace. Wed to a Stark to improve relations between the Lannisters and the Starks. Upon her birth as a twin to Tywin, Tyrion is said to have laughed uncontrollably and wept at the same time. Author's Note: If the person playing House Stark would like me to explain on Margaery further, or would not like to have her as a member of House Stark, then I'll change readily.

-Tywin Lannister, the Second Dwarf, twin to Margaery, unwed. See below.

-Ser Tygett Lannister, a martial man of eight-and-thirty, commander of the Golden Fleet, wed to Lora Crakehall. Since Tygett was born Tyrion's third son, it was ever unlikely that he would inherit the Westerlands, Casterly, or even Castamere. For this reason, his father assigned him the task of defending the Westerlands as no Lannister had done in recent history: as a sailor. Though some mocked him for it, Tygett spent time with the sailors of Lannisport and learned their trade well. Though he trained to be a knight as well, he showed more promise scrapping on the decks of ships, and when forced to take command of a sea-battle against the Greyjoys at seven-and-ten, Tygett showed remarkable skill, damaging the equally-seized Greyjoy forces and seizing a handful of ships. It was then that Tyrion truly invested himself into his third son. Tygett was given thrice the income of Lord Farman and told to make a navy worthy of the Lannisters. The fleet that arose, the Golden Fleet, is comprised of one hundred-twenty galleys and ten dromonds, all of the finest quality, with sailors of strict discipline at sea. Though it was not cheap, the Lannisters never lack for money. Nor has the memory of the Burning of Lannisport completely faded. Mayhaps there 'ought be vengeance.

--Ser Loren Lannister, a man of nine-and-ten, son of Tygett and Lora. Born the first son of his father, Loren is a bit of a disappointment to Tygett. His father had expected what he had always been: humble, loyal, dutiful. There were no thoughts of ambition. And family always came first. So when Ser Loren, as an anointed knight, began to question his cousin Tyrion in his dishonor actions, Tygett was shocked. All the same, Loren continued on his path. Though he is not an outstanding fighter, he fights well, and refuses to fight dishonorably. He dreams of one day serving in the Queensguard, so that he might fight beside the noblest men in the realm and fulfill his duty as a knight, to protect the queen, whom protects the people.

--Lya Lannister, a girl of five-and-ten, daughter of Tygett and Lora, twin to Lancel. Lya spends most of her time with her cousin Joanna, and, somehow, is even more naïve than her. Perhaps her elder brother, Loren (whom she idolizes), has worn off on her; or perhaps Marianne has not affected her as much as she has affected Joanna. Is it her father's quiet humility and constant praise of family that has led her to expect everything will be well? One cannot be sure, but one knows that she is not a player . . . yet.

--Lancel Lannister, a boy of five-and-ten, squire to Lord Jaime, twin to Lya. It would be unfair to say that Lancel has had a good childhood. Mocked by his cousin Tyrion and ignored by his brother, scorned by his uncle Jaime and disconnected from his very twin, Lancel has found himself quite lacking in social relations. Nor does he study well; for him, the letters can never seem to land straight on the pages. There is only one place that he excels, and it's what makes him his father's pride: ships. Like his father, Lancel is being groomed for the command of the Golden Fleet when he's older, and he already shows an aptitude for naval maneuvers. He falls behind his father, however, in how he inspires. While Tygett Lannister's roaring voice sounds commands across the waves, Lancel's barely stirs the heart of the cooks below deck.

-Ser Gerion Lannister, the Exile, a man of six-and-thirty, in Lys, wed to whores. It's not hard to guess how Gerion Lannister got his name. When his brother came to power, Gerion was one-and-twenty, the youngest of Tyrion's children, and the rashest. When his father asked his sons to leave the room, so that he might speak only to Jaime, Tywin gave him a struggling smile and Tygett a quivering nod--but Gerion seized Tyrion's goblet and threw it across the room with such force that it smashed against the wall. Gerion then stormed from the room, and a fortnight later his brother . . . requested . . . that he leave for Essos. Gerion had no choice, and he left the next morning. He would land first in Pentos, then ride to Myr, and then to sail to Tyrosh, and then to Lys. Though the first parts of his journey to him some years, it has been for the last decade that he has stayed, stirring uncountable bastards and fighting with distinction for the city when he requires the money. Usually, however, the Lysene are willing to give him loans that eventually repay themselves. Those merchants that don't find themselves dying come the morn.

Other Household Members:

-Vyr the Braavo

-Maester Lumen

-Septon Reginard

House History: WIP

House's Military Might: 50,000-60,000 men, though wealth can swell those numbers. Historically, Tywin Lannister preferred two-to-one, foot-to-horse, but those numbers have been lessened so that there are about 17,500 cavalry out of 60,000 men. The Lannister armies are the most well-equipped in Westeros, and the pikes are exceptionally well trained, being able to wheel on command.

The Lannisters possess a navy of 120 galleys and 10 dromonds of superb condition, raised recently to help defend against the Greyjoys.

House Seat: Casterly Rock

House Faith: The Seven

Sworn Houses: Crakehall, Swyft, Payne, Marbrand . . . everyone part of the Westerlands

Notes: Will finish later.

S13

Character Name: Tywin Lannister, the Second Dwarf

Age: Forty

Physical Description: A male dwarf, golden-haired and emerald-eyed, with an easy smile and an easier laugh.

Seat Desired: Master of Coin

Qualifications: Tywin is a member of House Lannister, politically astute, and excellent with figures, having been his father's steward for a time.

Short Bio: Tywin is the second son and third child of Tyrion Lannister, born as a twin to Tyrion's first daughter, Margaery. Being a dwarf, Tyrion named his son "Tywin" in a mocking testimony to his father. For the same reason did he name his daughter Margaery, due to her resemblance to his sister Cersei. When the two were born, Tyrion's laughter was heard ringing throughout Casterly Rock, though at night he wept at the living reminder of who he was and what he had done.

Tyrion went far to treat his second son well, unlike his own father had to him. He entrusted Tywin will a large allowance and, when Tywin turned eight-and-ten, gave him control over some of the finances at Casterly Rock. Tywin displayed incredible skill at this task; Tyrion once compared him to Littlefinger, though, as he put it, "not half the bastard nor quite the player." All the same, Tywin is still considerably skilled at the game, and his prestige as a member of House Lannister has only reaffirmed his position as Master of Coin, due to his House's vast wealth.

Tywin has been Master of Coin since he was five-and-twenty, just after his father died. His elder brother, Jaime, had become Lord-of-the-Rock and, wishing to advance the Lannister position, had sent Tywin to King's Landing to bring news of Tyrion's death to Queen Daenerys. He had also instructed been instructed to impress Her Grace with his skill at figures . . . while also making sure that House Lannister had a firm hold on the treasury.

Numerically, Tywin has divided the royal treasury into four parts: one part in King's Landing, one on Dragonstone, one in Casterly Rock, and one in the Iron Bank of Braavos. The portion in the Iron Bank especially has a pass-phrase known to Tywin, and Tywin alone.

"To protect the royal treasury," he has assured his queen.

Character Name: Ser Tavion Waters, otherwise know as The Bastard Dragon, The Rouge Dragon, or The Knight of Scales

Age: 30

Physical Description

Dragon Name: Raeghiys

Dragon Age: 10

Dragon Description

Dragon Acquisition: Tavion Waters was once a simple small folk boy, being sired by an unknown nobleman and his prostitute mother in the City of King's Landing. He showed a natural talent for survival and this was absolutely necessary when his mother died in sickness and he was forced from their modest room in the whorehouse. From age 10 to age 15, Tavion grew up in the streets of King's Landing. He learned to steal, knife and loot, all to survive in a world that did not care for him. On his Sixteenth nameday his fortunes changed. While working on the docks, a shining emerald washed upon the shore. To his surprise, no one seemed to notice, and he acted as if he saw nothing as well. But time wore down on him and as he worked, the sea-emerald called to him, demanding more and more of his attention every time he caught sight of it. Eventually his labor for the day ended and he descended to the sea-emerald. As he approached, he noticed that the sea-emerald was way bigger than any gem he'd ever seen. He also noticed steam rising from the gem. Tavion continued to approach his sea-emerald until it was at his feet. The sea-emerald was a scaly green egg, not a gem. Tavion snatched the egg into his arms, knowing that it was something more than just a gem. All knew that dragon eggs were scaled and steaming, fire made flesh.

He didn't know that this was the dragon tossed overboard by Euron Greyjoy. An egg that was caressed by the waves for over a decade. It took half as long to hatch.

After decades of neglect under the waves and five years of slow incubation, Raeghiys was born. He was small at first - much smaller than the dragons of the Targaryens - but it didn't matter to Tavion, Raeghiys was his path out of the slums. At first, Tavion was able to hide Raeghiys in his small room. He fed the little dragon whatever small morsels of meat he could buy or steal, and Raeghiys fed itself to an extent, catching and roasting the rats that plagued Tavion's room. It grew quickly however and to avoid being discovered, Tavion was forced into the countryside, smuggling Raeghiys inside a wheat wagon.

Out in the countryside, Raeghiys continued to grow, eventually learning to hunt on it's own. The dragon favored livestock over wild game, and this often lead to the pair fleeing from an area when too many farmers' animals were found burned to the bone. This period was largely uneventful outside of the moves they had to make, and it ended the day Tavion rode Raeghiys.

The day the Tavion ascended into the skies, he knew his life as a smallperson was over. With a dragon, he could have a kingdom. But, he didn't wish to have a kingdom. Tavion instead chose to officially reveal himself and Raeghiys to the Seven Kingdoms in King's Landing and asked for an audience with the Queen.

It was here he pledged himself to the kingdom, and was knighted as Ser Tavion Waters, the Knight of Scales. He was 25, and his dragon was 5.

Since his knighting, the Knight of Scales has served the Queen loyally and diligently, often acting as an official emissary who none would dare to attack. This outside loyalty disguises his inner conflict, between his present and past. His past self would desire a title and a family, his present self is pondering joining the Queensguard when one of the current members dies. As the Queen ages and cracks start to show on the outside, Tavion must decide whether his past or present shall lead him into the future.

House Name: House Targaryen of Harrenhal

House Sigil:
Image

Head of House: Aerys Targaryen, 42. Aerys is a dour, grim and cynical man; the fourth-born of Daenerys Targaryen and named Lord of Harrenhal shortly after his birth in 311, with the crown ruling it until he came of age, Aerys has always been extremely envious of his elder siblings and their descendants, viewing Harrenhal as a bone to be tossed to content him. However, through luck, or perhaps the curse of Harrenhal, depending on who you ask, Aerys has never been able to attend court for any lengthy period of time, and combined with a recent onset of illness which he shows no signs of recovering from, he may very well fall victim to the curse he disregarded as mere superstition.

Relevant House Members:

Daenerys Targaryen (nee Velaryon), 39. Aerys's wife and mother to his two children, she has a deep-rooted sense of loyalty to those she cares about and will protect them from anything. If the rumours are true, this may include themselves, as it is possible (and entirely probable) that she has prevented Aerys from remaining in King's Landing for any length of time.

Rhaenys and Aegor Targaryen, 19. Aerys's twin children and both currently unmarried, they are polar opposites to one another. Aegor is a brute, wielding a two-handed flail as his weapon of choice, a short temper and even shorter patience. His only redeeming features are a skill in combat, and, strangely enough, being extremely good with money from his time spent with a Braavosi banker when he was younger. Rhaenys, meanwhile, is quiet and docile on the outside, extremely shy and rather lacking in self-confidence and as such is easily pushed around, but is the diplomat of the two, watching and rarely slipping a word in here and there. They are fairly close, but no one is sure which of them is the leader of the two.

Other Household Members:
Tristan Wode, Sworn Shield to Rhaenys Targaryen
'Big Ben' Flumett, Blacksmith
Rhys Sessern, Castellan
Maester Kysen
Marq One-Eye, Gatekeeper, Jailor, Headsman and Captain of the Guard

House Seat: Harrenhal

House Faith: Faith of the Seven

Sworn Houses: House Wode

House Strength: 11,000 men, no ships.

House History over the past 50 Years: The history of the Harrenhal Targaryens begins with the birth of it's founder and current head, Aerys Targaryen. As Daenerys' fourth-born, his prospects of inheriting the throne were extremely low and following Harrenhal passing to the Crown after the Second Long Night, Aerys was named Lord of Harrenhal and the surrounding lands, to be ruled by a castellan until he came of age.

Aerys grew up surrounded by others, and was constantly over-shadowed by them; they were better fighters, more intelligent, better looking, more cunning... While he was simple adequate, but exceptional at nothing. This, combined with his knowledge of Harrenhal and it's history, led him to believe that he was simply a spare, to be tossed Harrenhal to keep him content and then be a loyal bannerman to the Crown.

After coming of age, Aerys slowly began to rebel. He married Daenerys Velaryon almost immediately after they were both of age to prevent him having his wife chosen for him. Although the Crown, during it's 16 years of stewardship of Harrenhal had begun to restore parts of the castle, Aerys took it further, stripping parts of the castle that had been abandoned for so long as to fall into disuse in order to repair others, intending to rebuild it to somewhere near it's former glory. Alongside this he attempted numerous schemes, all of which met with failure, at discrediting his brothers and other relatives.

RP Example: You know me, but I can probs get a link if needed.

Notes: Aerys may or may not be dying of unknown causes near the start of the RP.

S13

Character Name: Aegor Targaryen

Age: 19

Description: See Relevant House Members.

Dragon Name: Crawemax

Dragon Age: 19

Dragon Description: Crawemax is a dragon of larger than average size, with grey and orange scales along his length. Hatched in Harrenhal after being placed in Aegor's cradle, it is widely believed that the Curse of Harrenhal has contributed towards his temperament being so terrible that only a man of comparable anger and rage could ride him, which Aegor happens to be.

Dragon Acquisition: Hatched in Aegor's cradle at Harrenhal. Widely believed, but unproven, that Harrenhal has some link with the dragons on a divine/metaphysical level.

(DONE)

House Name:House Magnar of Thenn and Karhold.

House Sigil:http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=i&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=images&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CAcQjRw&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.reddit.com%2Fr%2Fgameofthrones%2Fcomments%2F1umd7k%2Fadwd_i_havent_seen_any_renditions_of_house_thenns%2F&ei=uY70VO2GCcbd7QbC0YCYDw&bvm=bv.87269000,d.ZGU&psig=AFQjCNE65-mnbdajMNArV6ScGAdRnaYelw&ust=1425399847562741

Head of House: Magnar Sigonnson Karstark is the son of Alys Karstark and Sigorn of Thenn, born of the Union built by Jon Stark, and confirmed by the will of Melisandre and the Red god. He is a tall man, strong in psyique and powerful in frame. He is the third of three sons from that union, and the only that remains alive to this day, his brothers and great uncle Harrion being taken by the second long night, while he was whisked away first to Skagos, and then to the south. As Harion Karstark died, House Karstark fell to the child Sigonnson, along with the lands of Thenn, beyond the wall, though none wish to return to the frozen land. He has since grown, and rules alternatively from the heavily fortified keep of Thennholt or the similarly fortified keep of Karhold, both vastly improved over the years since the second long night, built to hold off all assailants, especially the others. Both keeps are surrounded by braziers, torches and fiery beacons to keep the cold at bay, and to burn the wights should they come again. Thenn remains as an oasis of Volcanic warmth far off from the wall, which has allowed farming and the discovery of pockets of Dragonglass.. Karhold is not much different, but in Karhold farming is easier, and the area is more heavily populated.. Sigonnson is a warrior, as Sigorn before him, and millenia of Thenns before them, but he is coming to terms with the politics of the south, and does not see himself as a wildling much longer, though he holds the Children of the Forest and the Weirwoods in great regard, obviously worshipping the old gods. He is vassal to the Starks in Winterfell, whom he is a devoted servant to. He is 40 years of age, but still vigorous, arming himself with a Steel Greataxe, or a Dragonglass Waraxe.

Relevant House Members: Magnar Sigonnson Karstark, Lord of Karhold, Thenn, and the Fist of the First Men.
Lady Marys Karstark is the daughter of house Magnar of Skagos, who paid a dowry of a single Skagosi Unicorn, a large goatlike creature with a single horn. Many attempts at domestication have been made, all have failed, but the beast is a pet to the familly. Marys is the wife to Sigonnson, gently and kind, but stern to a fault, she lost much of her familly in the long night, and her eyes are clearly marred by grief. She is 37 years old

Harrow Karstark, named for his great great uncle Harrion Karstark, is the first son of the Magnar, and heir to Thenn, Skagos and Karhold, and a very bright child. He is bookish and intelligent, but weak and entirely unlike his forefathers the wildlings. His father has forces him to train with the Axe and the Shield(He Wields a Waraxe of Steel, and holds 4 Dragonglass throwing axes) so he will at least earn the respect of Thenn. He is studious and enjoys learning, while also being rather good with numbers and accounts. He is 17 years of age.

Anniyn Karstark is the young daughter of Marys and Sigonnson, 13 years of age and very free-spirited, like the wildlings before her. She, as her mother, has deep red hair. She is a rebellious child, roaming wherever she will, and having stolen more than once. She is, however, very devout to the gods of the Weirwood trees, and is fascinated by the stories of the old people, and the higher mysteries. She is a fighter, which is encouraged by her father, despite what is normal in most of westeros, and she fights with a waraxe, albeit a small one, for now.

Other Household Members: (Example: Aero Hotah for House Martell, Hodor for House Stark)
Mul-Ka-No-Vahk-Tra-Bal A Giant, one of a small number that remain in thenn, Mul lives alongside the familly, guarding the gates of the keep. He is good friends with Anniyn, but is notorious for being expensive to provide for, arm, and armour. He wields a Warhammer, larger than most men, and a Giant Longbow with a quiver of Steel or Dragonglass arrows.
Sall: A Single Skagosi Unicorn, of the few remaining Unicorns. It is a large white goat creature with a single spiralling horn.
House Seat:Karhold/Thennholt

House Faith:Beyond the Wall old Gods

Sworn Houses: None Swear fealty to House Thn

House Strength: 3000 Footmen of Karhold, 500 Longbowmen. 400 Riders of Karhold, 8000 Wildlings of Thenn, 75 Wargs of Thenn, Small clan of Giants.

House History over the past 50 Years: The long Night left Sigonnson alive and dwelling in Braavos, but the only one of the familly but his mother still alive. He returned to Karhold as it's lord, asserting his control with the assistance of his mother. He consolidated himself in Karhold, being educated by a Wildling warrior and an architect from Pentos, Learning fortification and warfare. He travelled to Thenn as his 15th nameday passed, expecting to find war, but instead finding a few survivors clinging to the Volcanic pockets that kept Thenn alive.Thenn is the only hospitable place North of the Wall, at all, as it is the only place with ground that can be easily farmed, and is warm enough for comfort.Sigonnson is the Magnar of Thenn, and is regarded as a God by his people, as all Magnars are, but he is the first to be kind and to build warm, walled in dwellings for them, He had Thenn improved massively over time, rebuilding it with precautions against the others, building large pyres along the wall and a chain of beacon towers. Trenches of pitch have been built, and burnable materials are piled around the area, to be set alight when attacked. If the beacons are properly lit, the braziers will go up, and the pitch will detonate, along with the flmmable materials. The tunnels under the castle are packed with pitch and tar, and pots of tar are ready to be used to repel invaders. The castle itself is intimidating, a stark stone affair, a great grey monolith, surrounded by fire, pikes, and fortification. A Stockpile of Dragonglass is kept in the keep, and small Dragonglass daggers are gifted as sidearms to every few soldiers to repel the Others should the need come. If such a dark day does come, and the other's threaten to overrun the keep, the pitch under the castle will be detonated, hopefully incinerating the attackers, or at least propelling fire and Dragonglass onto the others. It is for this same reason that at least one Thenn dwells in Karhold at all times, in case the other's should come and the keep should fall. He returned to Karhold once more, and then to Skagos, to meet with a potential wife, as it is rare to find a wildling noble, in all places but Skagos. He found his wife in Marys, and the two were quickly wedded, the Lord of house Magnar glad to have secured his daughters place, and the thenn's happy with the new wife, and the Unicorn.
He has since had two children with Marys, and continues improving his castles as the resources come, building them up as he may.

RP Example: First post on this account, so have a paragraph or two.
The Great Bull stands very still, javelin raised, the Chosen one 50 Feet back, readying another javelin, the two titans, lean back, and the entire tribe stomps on the ground, making a sound akin to an earthquake. The Javelins are thrown with ungodly force, and the chosen runs forth, charging upon the Great Bull, whom tosses another Javelin, this one hitting a glancing blow to the chosen one. The two meet with a great crash, tusks parrying one another. The spears meet, and blows of earth shattering force fly between the two. The Chosen suffers a blow from the red spear, leaving a smoking red wound, one among many, but the Great bull has been battered and cut with three blows. The spears meet in mid air, the chosen's wooden spear hilt snapping, and the Great bull driving his spear forward at the Chosen's chest, the hilt snapping off as the blade embeds in the chest of the chosen, blood spraying out. The two draw their third weapons, fishing spears. They clash, ripping skin from one another and coating the battlefield in burning hot blood. The Great bull is hardened, flesh having held many a wound, he remembers a particular wound, a tusk to the chestm right where the Chosen has torn flesh, he remembers it from his first quarrell, over Vana, the matriarch, he had fought and lost that day. He grinned at the memory, even as the chosen rises up, and brings the fishing spear down. The Great Bull brings up his own spear, and the two snap on contact. Now, they fight as the Great Bull did when he was leaving his mother for the first time, the rise up, front legs forcing against one another, and copper clad tusks slashing at one another with ferocity unbounded, shockwaves form in the earth, stone and dirt cracking under the strides of the two, even as tusk meets flesh, and one deals a devastating kick to the other. The Great bull falls upon one knee, the other shattered.

The Great bull forces up, slamming his tusk into the underside of the Chosen's arm, breaking skin and dealing a savage cut, the Chosen faulters, and the two fall back from the melee, only for the chosen to dodge below the Great Bulls javelin, and the two launch back together, a shockwave rippling through the dirt, and their tusks meet in a horrible, slashing parry, the Chosen is larger, but the Great Bull far more experience, feinting and doing every trick known to him to try and force the Chosen back, anything, The chosen is bleeding heavily, the blood steaming in a pool, but the two remain in this melee, both slamming hands into one another and forcing each other back, before slamming forth with full force, tusks parrying one another, and the two against one another. The Great Bull grins, as does the Chosen, The great bull surges forth, earth rising in a wave with him, he slams a kick into the knee of the Chosen, and forces all of his weight onto the Chosen's injured arm. The Great red beast collapses back, and the Great bull raises his head, before bringing his tusk down, and laying his entire weight onto the chosen's chest. The tusk blade buries into the Chosen's head, and the Chosen slouches back, the Great bull slamming his fist into the dieing champion, and the slouched form of the Chosen falls back, burning red blood pouring from all over. The Great bull slouches back, knee shattered, his weapons lieing in a heap beside him.

House Name: Tully of Riverrun

House Sigil:
Image

Head of House: Lord Robb Tully. Robb Tully, Lord Paramount of the Trident, Lord of Riverrun, the Muddy Knight, born 300 AC. Robb was born at Casterly Rock, both his parents prisoners of House Lannister. The Tully's were soon restored to Lords Paramount of the Trident and Lords of Riverrun. As such Robb grew up the son of a High Lord and it showed. His mind was tutored by a learned maester and wise tutors, his ability with sword and bow were honed by masters-at-arms and great warriors. His dual learning had made Robb a well rounded ruler. Wise and understanding yet unafraid to mete out justice as needed.

When he came of age, Robb was fostered by Lord Patrek Mallister, one of his father's closest friends and most loyal bannermen. It was here that Robb met Livia, his future wife. She was a few years younger than him, yet the two got along famously. Despite their best efforts the two could never seem to elude Livia's chaperones.

It was a fifteen, while still a ward of Patrek Mallister that Robb earned a knighthood and the moniker "Muddy Knight". As a squire to Lord Mallister, Robb accompanied him in the administration and defense of his lands. It was during one such journey to a fishing village that they encountered an Ironborn raiding ship, beached on a secluded inlet. Together Patrek Mallister, Robb Tully, and Lord Mallister's sworn swords slew the raiders in a short, yet bloody battle. At the end Robb was covered fro helm to boot in a thick layer of mud. Patrek Mallister couldn't help but burst into laughter at the sight. When he had finally composed himself Patrek knighted Robb on the spot and dubbed him the "Muddy Knight", a title Robb proudly bears.

Robb returned to Riverrun the next year where he remained, ably serving in his father's absence and name. In 321 AC, Robb and Livia were wed in the Sept at Riverrun, him one-and-twenty her seven-and-ten. They had their first child, Edmure, five years after the wedding.

It was in 326 AC that Robb ascended to Lord Paramount of the Trident. His father having died of illness. Robb proved an evenhanded ruler, balancing the demands of his lords and smallfolk. Since then Robb and Livia have had four more children in addition to Edmure. The twins Willerd and Minisa, Brynden, and their youngest Rebecka.

Robb knows the riverlands are the heartland of the realm, but he also knows they are hoe to the bloodiest battlefields in history. But he intends to endure any hardships as Tullys and riverlanders always have.

Relevant House Members:
Lady Livia Tully(Mallister)-Six-and-forty, Lady Livia is the beloved wife of Robb Tully. She is regarded as a paragon of a noblewoman, though she has a fierce streak.
Ser Edmure Tully-Four-and-twenty, Ser Edmure is the heir to Riverrun and takes after his father in appearance and mannerism. He is one of the premier knights of the Riverlands. Unwed.
Minisa Tully-Twenty, Minisa is beauty of a woman, with long brown hair and vibrant blue eyes. Her distract from her powerful intellect. Unwed.
Ser Willerd Tully-Twenty, Ser Willerd is Robb and Livia's third child and younger twin of Minisa, by a matter of minutes. He is brave and his aim is true with bow and crossbow. Unwed.
Ser Brynden Tully-Seven-and-ten, Brynden is a knight in name only. He prefers the quiet of the maester's library to they sounds of battle. Unwed.
Edit: Brynden received an unhatched dragon egg on his last nameday. As of yet he has had no success in hatching it.
Rebecka Tully-Four-and-ten, Rebecka is a mostly unremarkable child, though only time will tell if this holds true. Unwed.
Edit:Ser Hoster Tully-One-and-forty, Hoster is the brother of Lord Robb, the second son, and youngest child of Edmure and Roslin, named in honor of his grandfather. As a youth he was squired at the Red Keep, to a former member of the Queensguard, a man from the Riverlands whom Edmure had befriended during the Second Long Night. Hoster served the man ably. He tended the knight well, tending his horse, cleaning his arms and armor, and aiding him in battle. After several years Hoster was knighted and departed King's Landing to return to Riverrun. At three-and-twenty Hoster received a raven from the Red Keep. The knight he had squired for was dead from an infected wound. Hoster was well remembered at the capital and offered the man's spot on the Queensguard. He accepted and has served ably for nearly two decades, he is fully devoted to the queen.

Robb had three sisters: Emila(47), Maralynn(44), and Jeyne(43). In traditional Tully fashion they would have been wed off to form alliances. If anyone is interested in having any of the three in their families let me know.

House History over the past 50 Years: Edmure wholly believed the Tully's reign as lords of Riverrun were at an end. However, at the revelation that Others had assaulted the Realm and the Riverlands were the central battlefield Edmure was released from imprisonment at Casterly Rock to rally the remainder of the Riverlands. The Riverlords, who held no love for house Baelish or Frey, welcomed the return of a Tully. He managed to unite the broken lords into a single force to join in the defense of the realm. With the end of the Second Long Night, the Riverlands already battered forces were decimated.

Victorious, Edmure returned to Riverrun with his wife and son. He found the castle in disrepair. Emmon Frey had neglected to see to repairs and upkeep following his siege. Edmure made good use of what little manpower remained and sought about to repairing his lands and those of his vassals. Despite the massive destruction the hardy riverlanders rebuilt, as they always had.

Edmure was conflicted over the fate of the Frey's. On one hand he desperately wanted to hunt them all down and line their heads from Riverrun to Winterfell. Yet the love for his lady wife tempered his anger. He instead chose to execute those involved in the plotting of the Red Wedding. All other Frey men of age were sent to the Wall, scattered among the various castles. The unwed women were married off to loyal bannermen of house Tully. The widows and wives of the men at the wall were brought to Riverrun along with any children to young to be separated. Finally, Edmure stripped house Frey of their titles and holdings. In their place he named his uncle Brynden Tully as Lord of the Crossing and head of House Blackfish of the Crossing.

In addition Edmure restored the lands and titles of house Darry. With Lancel renouncing lands, titles, and marriage Edmure was able to arrange the legitimization of the murdered Lyman Darry's bastard cousin. Though not a trueborn Darry, Edmure found him preferable to Freys and Lannister bootlickers.

The greatest challenge of house Tully's recent history is resisting the raids of the ironmen, which they have done ably. Robb, like his father, continues to petition the crown to bring the Iron Islands back under control.

Notes: Would it be possible for the Tully's to have an unhatched dragon egg? Perhaps something Edmure Sr. found while fighting the Others?

I'll have to ask the player who is playing as Targaryen of Kings Landing, as this is meant to be played as a House, not just an individual. If you want, it'd be easier to have you play as a Noble House and this person being a member of that household.

Just reserving this space for House Baratheon and an application for a Hand of the Queen, it'll be up tomorrow morning.

I'll have to ask the player who is playing as Targaryen of Kings Landing, as this is meant to be played as a House, not just an individual. If you want, it'd be easier to have you play as a Noble House and this person being a member of that household.

Alright. I'll do that in the tomorrow. Would Duskendale be alright for a House location?
