I don't see the official ruling, however... Just references to such. And in light of even more recent developments, I think it's painfully obvious that the flag stands for something evil - as the swastika became a nazi symbol rather than the hindu one it used to be.

If there was such a ruling, I'd like to appeal to it and possibly overturn it. However, I don't know the official process for this...

Moderation is not the WA. You can add to the discussion, but the reasons we gave for not banning that flag are public.

So, if I were to successfully ban the flag via WA, that would be upheld by moderation?

I'm not sure if we're on the same page here...?

Either way - if you continue to allow this - it's no better than allowing the Nazi flag, that's all I'm saying. If there are other avenues to getting that flag banned entirely from NS, I'd like to explore those - but as I said before, I don't know what those are.

No. I am saying that you do not have the ability to overturn a policy you do not care for a la the WA.

The moderation and admin have discussed this and have concluded that at this time, this particular flag is not banned.

I thought so - that confused me.

And yes, I know that. What I would like to know is how to start the process in looking into overturning that. Not every decision is set in stone, especially in this world of ours.

Good sir, the flag it's self reads something peaceful and meaningful but a evil group is using it.

You may disagree with the policy, but it exists. There is no process into looking into overturning it.
