Gore/PG-13 violation

This person linked to a gore image that is disrespectful towards the Care Bears. An image depicting decapitation is not PG-13, and is also pretty trollish.

No. Even RP posts that are overly violent violates the rules. A gory or sexual drawing violates the PG-13 rule just like a photograph.

I can't tell you the number of 13 year olds who play stuff like GTA and COD, but ok.
