I am currently in a WWI RP and I am RPing as Poland. I have included Lithuania and parts of Ukraine so I would like a flag that would incorporate colors from all three's flag.

Here's the flag! I took the blue from the Ukraine's flag, the green from Lithuania's flag, and the white from Poland's flag, and combined them in a tricolor; then I added the seals of all the countries. Poland's is of course the largest seal, and its part of the tricolor is on the top.

Is this along the lines of your specifications? There's some minor artifacting along the edges of the eye, but other than that I belive the specifications have been met.
