The Eon-Long Confederacy Of Aleckandor would like to extend the warmest of greetings to all Your Majesties, Excellencies, Sirs, Madams, Comrades, & Friends to you this day. We are a young - little over two decades, at that - but rather powerful superstate located on the northern Yervhennian continent. Our fledgling democratic realm was borne of the fires of the Founder's Revolution of the year 1992 CE, a Maeflowuhran slave rebellion against repressive foreign masters; we have since then built our land and people through period after period of strife and hardship, molding ourselves into the enormous and benevolent entity that stands before thou today. This Confederacy is a bastion of freedom, equality, and liberty for all who wish to be with us and/or wish us well in our endeavors. This Embassy Commission is for any nation-state to pledge forth their wishes to establish official relations with the Foundersland, and we hope to receive a great multitude of recognitions and receptions that the contemporary world's distant peoples have to offer. ~ RULES & REGULATIONS ~

• Ambassadors or any other equivalent to that of an ambassadorial officer, will be granted semi-extraterritoriality (e.g. they can't be given a ticket for speeding by law enforcement, but they can be peaceably detained for questioning) by the Master State Bureau and an identification card confirming this status. Should the something happen to said card, a verifiable claim can be field with the Foreign Relations Bureau, and they will re-run MSB records to create another, for ambassadorial positions cannot be exempted from situations concerning authority without the proper identification to cover them. Remember, the Foreign Relations Bureau does not grant full diplomatic immunity to anyone under any circumstances, in the name of national security.
• Ambassadors will be automatically granted 700,000.000 ALM by the State to support and sustain themselves while they reside within the country as part of the diplomatic mission.
• A private residence within the vicinity of the city where a chancery is located shall be provided to foreign ambassadors upon reception unto Aleckandor.
• A maximum of up to 30 guard personnel may be allowed in an Embassy, and there must be a minimum of at least 5. Weapons that are allowed include: electronic tasers, service handguns (calibers below .50 permitted), shotguns, submachine pistols, ceremonial swords, and flash grenades. Explosives, portable artillery, assault/battle rifles, sniper rifles, combat knives, light machineguns, and flamethrowers are prohibited from Embassy premises. Any other weapons not listed here that are wished to be within security armories must be positively verified and cleared by officials from the MSB and CS4 (Confederate Security: Level 4).
• The only vehicles allowed for Embassies are a maximum of two light utility helicopters and five registered SUVs/sedans. A chartered private jet will be provided by the Confederal Governance for each and every Embassy, and diplomatic staff leaving or coming into Aleckandor are only allowed to use this one plane. Permission needs to be obtained from the MSB to have possession of any other vehicle(s) for the representative Embassy personnel.
• A minimum of a dozen government staff workers and technical employees/servicepeople are permitted to be within the chancery of an Embassy on Aleckandorean soil, and only a strict maximum of 50 are permitted.
• A nation may only have up to 1 chancery in 1 different municipality at a time, operating within the jurisdiction of Confederate Aleckandorean sovereign soil. You cannot apply for an Embassy in a city upon which you have already established one.

Legacitus, Morast Province (MR) is a major coastal city, deep within the furthest enclave of the Reunaari Bay. Many munitions factories and oil refineries keep the iron hammer of the Aleckandorean war machine spotless and strong.
