Regarding your request for a tilt-rotor aircraft, we are unsure if we will be able to accommodate landing space for such an aircraft at an Embassy City location. We have accommodated standard-sized helipads in the past, though only on rare occasions and for nations with whom we have had significant relations in the past. You are welcome to have such a vehicle, but we will not be able to accommodate landing space for it within your embassy grounds. Hangar space is available at both Dryden International and Caridd LLyryw Airports.

Your application for an embassy in the Embassy City area of Caridd has been approved. However, your vehicle request for seven bicycles has us concerned. Embolalia is a fairly sizable nation. Furthermore, restrictions on bridge traffic mean that is in fact not possible to traverse the nation by bicycle. While our public transit systems do a decent job of providing access to major cities, much of Embolalia is rural. In many areas, even a chartered automobile will be hard to come by. We worry that a lack of viable long-distance transportation my hinder your embassy's ability to fulfil its duties in any number of rare but possible circumstances.
We must note that chartered and public transit do not carry the guarantees of diplomatic sovereignty that your own vehicles would. Additionally, you should be aware that Caridd law allows property owners to not only remove, but seize or destroy bicycles illegally chained to their property. As such, we will also be unable to guarantee diplomatic protections to your bicycles. Lastly, you should contact the Greater Caridd Department of Transit regarding transistors to help Caridd's traffic signals recognise the presence of your bicycle for their automated multi-modal optimisations.

It is delightful for Tuthina to hear that the embassy in Embolalia is established without much trouble. It should be noted that our tilt-rotor aeroplane, as one of the proudest achievement of Tuthinan science and engineering, would not take up notably more area than a large helicopter. Therefore, our diligent team of diplomats and assistants should have enough ingenuity to reduce such concerns into non-existence. The unfortunate fact is that it would be very irresponsible to give a license to most Cliffian residents, many of them have never even see a motorized vehicle. A decent substitute might be a motorcycle, but that would be something they'd need to adapt to over time.

You'll find that the ambassador and his entourage can cope with the increased size.

As for towing, The Academy has cleared for the release of seven conditional lodestones.
