Greetings on behalf of the Royal Commonwealth of -Bederich-. The Ministry of Defense has been in look of both tanks, and other armored vehicles for the -Bederiche- Royal Military. After much searching, and comparing of products, we determined VMK was the obvious company to place our trust in. However, at this moment we will be only purchasing tanks.

Nonetheless, after much deliberation we have determined that the Royal Military is need of an extremely high quality tank for use in the -Bederiche- Riviera, the -Bederiche- areas near our city Elsworthing, in our region Bohemia, and in any overseas operations, as well as a lesser but still very effective tank for use in the majority of -Bederiche- mainland if necessary, and finally a smaller tank to aid in the constant defense of the northern borders.

We believe, the obvious tank for use in the Riviera , Elsworthing area, Bohemia region, and overseas operation would be the Pz.Kpf.W AY2-1E 'Panthera Tigris' main battle tank. Although this tank is the most expensive of all offered by your company, it appears as the right tank for use in the -Bederiche- Riviera. As if a mainland attack of -Bederich- occurred, due to the very cold climate of the rest of our Royal Commonwealth, the Riviera would most likely be attacked. Also, in any overseas operation, the best of the best would be an absolute necessity. The -Bederiche- Ministry of Defense would like to place an order for two hundred (200) Pz.Kpf.W AY2-1E 'Panthera Tigris'.

The tank we have chosen for operation in the colder, and more mountainous areas of -Bederich- is the Pz.Kpf.W AY2-1G 'Panthera Pardus'. Although not quite as well of a tank as the Pz.Kpf.W AY2-1E 'Panthera Tigris', it would serve the mountainous parts of -Bederich- quite well as there is little chance of it these tanks ever being needed to be used, as enemy land forces reaching more central -Bederich- is almost impossible. Hence, the Ministry of Defense would like to place an order for fifty-five (45) of the 'Panthera Pardus'. These tanks will most likely be kept in storage at New Prague and Plzen military bases.

Finally, we have chosen the Pz.Kpf.W AY1 'Acinonyx Jubatus' as the optimal tank for securing the northern -Bederiche- border. As the border is in essence under constant, but mild attack. The 'Acinonyx Jubatus', although smaller than other tanks produced by VMK would be quite fine for the northern border. So, we would like the place an order for fifty (50)Pz.Kpf.W AY1 'Acinonyx Jubatus'.

That would make out total order be two hundred (200) Pz.Kpf.W AY2-1E 'Panthera Tigris', fifty-five (45) of the 'Panthera Pardus', and fifty (50)Pz.Kpf.W AY1 'Acinonyx Jubatus'.

As VMK is an exceptional manufacturer of tanks and armored vehicles the -Bederiche- Ministry of Defense will most likely be purchasing further military equipment from your company. These further purchases would most likely be in all categories of equipment produced by VMK. We may also be interested in purchasing the domestic production rights of several products offered by VMK. Protocol of the VMK has stated that while any future modification made by your represented entity, once the battle system has been cleared, granted, and payment wired, would be categorically regarded as that of your represented entity's full right(s).

Previously we have purchased the domestic production rights of the AY2-1G "Panthera Pardus" Main Battle Tank. We are very satisfied with our purchase and feel the the AY2-1G is a very good tank. However, we were hoping that we could purchase the domestic rights products of the more advanced AY2-1E "Panthera Tigris" Main Battle Tank. We understand that this is a restricted vehicle, but if recalled correctly, VKM gave us permission where we could purchase the AY2-1E freely.

Moreover, our current military forces lack a sufficient engineering/support tank, since we use only primitive "Pioneer" vehicles used by our Pioneer (Engineer) brigades. We were hoping to inquire the domestic rights product of the AY2-AVEE "Asquith" Engineering Support Tank to effectively give us a leap forward into proper Engineering vehicle standards.

Finally, we would see it in our best interest if we purchased 10 Sd.Kfz. AY151C Missile Ordnance Vehicles. Long have we been searching for a suitable replacement to our aging Rakatenwerferpanzer I Ausf. C "Lanze". However, we have not done as thorough investigations on the AY151C as we have done on the AY2-AVEE and AY2-1E, hence why we are not purchasing the domestic right product license right off of the bat.

The Ministry of Defense would like to formally thank VMK as well for ammunitions and spare parts' manufacturing license. As said, they will only be produced domestically, and used only for the -Bederiche- Royal Military, and by no means be exported. Ammunitions and spare parts will be produced by either the -Bederiche- company, Národní Ochrana and/or Plzeň Vojenská Corporation.

The Ministry of Defense would like to inform VMK of information regarding purchasing domestic production rights for the Pz.Kpf.W AY2-1E "Panthera Tigris" Main Battle Tank. At this moment, we have determined that it is not an absolute necessity for our nation to acquire the domestic production rights for the Panthera Tigris. However, we were hoping that we could purchase the domestic rights products of the more advanced AY2-1E "Panthera Tigris" Main Battle Tank. We understand that this is a restricted vehicle, but if recalled correctly, VKM gave us permission where we could purchase the AY2-1E freely.

Moreover, our current military forces lack a sufficient engineering/support tank, since we use only primitive "Pioneer" vehicles used by our Pioneer (Engineer) brigades. We were hoping to inquire the domestic rights product of the AY2-AVEE "Asquith" Engineering Support Tank to effectively give us a leap forward into proper Engineering vehicle standards.

Finally, we would see it in our best interest if we purchased 10 Sd.Kfz. AY151C Missile Ordnance Vehicles. Long have we been searching for a suitable replacement to our aging Rakatenwerferpanzer I Ausf. C "Lanze". However, we have not done as thorough investigations on the AY151C as we have done on the AY2-AVEE and AY2-1E, hence why we are not purchasing the domestic right product license right off of the bat.

Battle networking systems will be set at default so as to promote ease of integration towards any domestic networking and battlefield integration of your own alternative choosing. Electronics and sensory, together with the pre-packaged advanced fire control system may be changed according to alternative utilisation, however VMK will not claim any responsibility in the case of any possibility of negative performance as a result of such an initiative.
