Do you have any special requests or is there any additional information we should know?: There are several cultural concerns that the Party would like to raise; it is customary for the Captain of the Guard in Embassies to carry a Light Claymore (sword) on his person, and it is also traditional for at least one rifle from the Mainline Automatic Rifle of Timinsky-Boissonnealt Rifles to be present in the Embassy, as it is an important item of Glaswegistani History and Culture; there are three different models of rifle (a Bolt action, a Semi-automatic and a fully-automatic model), and any one of these is considered "proper" by the traditional culture surrounding the weapon; the main area of conflict with local law is that the TB-MAR series is chambered in 6.25x43mm, and so may require additional security consultation.
It is also traditional for the Party to hold a brief opening ceremony; It is traditional for the Captain of the Guard, and a small contingent of the security staff, to enter the embassy first in parade uniform, whilst carrying their armaments, before allowing the Ambassador entry to the embassy after the Ambassador dismisses the Captain of the Guard at the Embassy door; the Captain of the Guard then oversees the raising of the colours, if no flagpole is available; the flag is to be hung above the door of the building. This is usually done through the street of the Embassy, although the guns are unloaded we realize that this tradition may not be seen as local customs and law may not take kindly to the presence of weapons. It would be preferable if this tradition can be respected, however we are willing to conduct the ceremony without firearms (instead; the captain would be the only member of the procession armed, and would be carrying the customary light claymore), or to simply skip this stage of opening the Embassy if the local government objects to it being carried out.
We realize that the above issues may conflict with local law or customs, and we are perfectly willing to negotiate alternatives or to attempt to work without some of the above items or traditions being present if necessary.

1.The Ambassador is almost 79 years old and moves on a wheelchair.
2.The Ambassador's dog is obese.

1.Once the ambassador stole grapes from his neighbour's garden. The neighbour was left antagonised and she attacked the ambassador with her stick. The stick hit ambassador's head and for the time being he became "mentally unstable";so he attacked the neighbour's pet snake who stung the neighbour and lead to the neighbour's death.

Once the ambassador trained a mongoose for fighting a snake. Unfortunately, the mongoose lost.
