Description: The Security Council,
Asserting that through the following actions, Ralkovia has acted against the World Assembly's principles of promoting international peace, goodwill and harmony between nations, and therefore warrants condemnation.
Acknowledging Ralkovia (Known as 'the Empire') is a major proponent of the International slave-trade with over one billion men, women, and children enslaved
,
Noting that the government of Ralkovia has successfully ordered the deaths of thousands who protested against the government for personal or political freedom -- which is a gross violation of both human rights and the freedom to assemble without reprisal,
Recognizing that the Empire neglects the human rights, dignity and security of its people by actively preventing medical or food supplies from reaching those in need in addition to committing large-scale government sanctioned massacres it calls “Population Control”,
Horrified at the war-mongering and death caused by the Empire, including but not limited to:
• Annihilation of the nation of West Troptopia through the use of nuclear weapons,
• Sabotaging peace conferences between the two major alliances of ODECON and the Conglomerate in order to cause conflict for war profiteering,
• Extermination of countless “undesirable” populations in the name of genetic purity,
• Subjugation of a multitude of nations and alliances such as the Confederation of Allied Governments, forcing conquered nations to pay huge tributes to the Emperor,
• Proliferating the slave-trade and supporting slave-trading nations through the use of armaments, escort ships, WMD’s, and military involvement,
• Use of the Ralkovian Special Forces known as “Death Guard” to destabilize democracies, assassinate and kidnap foreign political leaders in Clamparapa, and assault anti-slaving ships in Mount Shavano and Concordeia,
• Complete disregard for any conventions or rules of war, including the use of chemical weapons on fleeing refugee’s,
• Televising live torture and execution of foreign nationales who have been kidnapped from their own homes as punishment for revealing the crimes committed by Ralkovia or its allies,
• Forcing male prisoners of war into death marches to reach unsanitary labor camps while female POW’s are kept in brothels for the use of Ralkovian soldiers
• Censoring literature and foreign news,
• The enslavement of conquered nation’s women for use as “Birthing Vectors” to produce additional Ralkovian soldiers,
Concluding that Ralkovia is deserving of condemnation because it directly opposes the World Assembly's principles of promoting international peace, goodwill and harmony between nations, by committing itself to a doctrine of slavery, genocide, and unjust war.


Hereby Condemns Ralkovia.
