Since there are no priests, no religious doctrines, no holy places etc. It does not fulfill the requirements of a religion but rather a spiritual alliance of nations. I am however a bit confused as to why you want to register an inactive alliance?

I'm doing this in the hopes that it will once again become active. I will soon begin to contact the several members of the alliance and hope that it will return to its previous state of activity.
There are very many Catholic, Islamic, and Jewish alliances, but there are none for Protestant nations... as most actual nations who claim to be Christian nations REALLY are.
