I promised I would do this but I forgot to it until now. And if I remember correctly the region I'm trying to save is not problematic (if it is, please tell me why).

The Security Council,

Introducing the region of Algerheaven, a region that once had a prosperous community but was then raided by Lone Wolves United (also known as LWU) for no reason,

Noticing that even though Algerheaven's “successor”, The Grand Patriot Empire of Algerheaven (also known as TGPEoA), was also raided for no reason, but liberated to become a community once again,

Saddened that LWU might raid TGPEoA once again,

Praising the former residents of Algerheaven for forming a vibrant and patriotic population, with some former residents still being patriotic for Algerheaven many weeks after TGPEoA was raided,

Acknowledging that some Algerheaven natives still wants the original region back,

Hereby liberates Algerheaven.

A region founded by a player that has lost, what, four or five mains due to their inability to follow the site rules? Nah, nothing problematic there at all.

For the record, Algerstonia refused help from defenders after being offered it, which is why they did not go liberate it. Could be wrong about this, though.
