The request came into the air traffic control towers.

The plane landed safely and soon Two Black Cobra Soliders opened the hatch door and stepped out before the Kylarnatian Royal Family, who waited to be greeted.

The aide closed his briefing papers and looked across at the Minister. "Sir, did you get that?" he asked tentatively.

Harold Watson, five-feet-seven with a burly handlebar moustache and a missing left arm, snapped back into reality from staring out the window. He looked over at the aide as if remembering for the first time his accompanying entourage was seated next to him. "Sorry Peter," the Minister smiled slightly apologetically. "Lot of things on my mind."

Peter put his papers under one arm and looked concerned. "Anything I can help with, sir?" he asked worriedly. Peter had been the Minister's direct assistant for several years and was therefore as close to being a friend as the professional diplomatic service could allow.

Harold shook his head, raising one hand dismissively. "I'm afraid not Peter, but thankyou." The Minister suppressed a sigh. There was a lot of work to do in the upcoming months; the planned reforms, the complexities associated with moving a country out of diplomatic isolation in a large and vibrant international community, the reactionary elements within the Kingdom that disagreed. Making alliances and friends outside of the Kingdom was integral for accomplishing all of those goals, so the small diplomatic corps of Centeri was working overdrive on the limited resources they currently had. "Whatever deals we can get," Harold repeated, looking back to Peter.

His aide nodded. "Yes sir, especially with respect to trade and investment. We really need to encourage foreign investment in order to help our development."

Harold nodded, looking down at the ground as the aircraft descended. Here we go again, he thought wearily, adjusting his tie.

The Centeri aircraft landed smoothly and taxied to its designated area. The armoured limousine met the aircraft at its parking point and the Minister with his small staff of three diplomatic aides were transferred within a few minutes before the vehicle moved off towards its destination where assumedly a diplomatic envoy awaited them. They had a wedding to attend.

"The honours all ours, Comrade. There is no need to bow. We have just come here to celebrate the union of Siberia and Russia through the Imperial Wedding which is taking place here today."

The Tsaraviech laughed at the pulled face, as he and his mother and father stepped into the limousine.
"So, I hear they've known each other for awhile. They have much in common?" Empress Alice asked as she sat with Tsaraviech Kain now placed on her lap.

The limousine arrived at the church, pulling smoothly up to the front gates. Watson stepped out of the vehicle followed by his accompanying staff, looking up at the impressive structure in front of him. The group walked up the front steps and into the entranceway for the august church, awaiting their diplomatic envoy to meet them.

The Kylarnatian stepped out and looked to the church with keen eyes before looking to the Centeri diplomat and giving a warm smile.

"I shall show you all to your temporary rooms, these are the rooms you may change in if you are not already, you will be escorted to the church when the ceremony is soon to begin."

When Grigory was sure that everyone was ready, he walked across the street to the Imperial Palace. The rooms were lavish and beautiful - huge in fact. They were good enough for a Tsar, of course. It was a brief walk, just 30 seconds.

"I will show you your individual rooms, the Hyuga's are the first room on the right. He pointed to the door.
"Enjoy. The Centeri Delegates are the rooms from the left of that door all the way along, your names are on the doors."

When Grigory was sure that everyone was ready, he walked across the street to the Imperial Palace. The rooms were lavish and beautiful - huge in fact. They were good enough for a Tsar, of course. It was a brief walk, just 30 seconds.

The Hyuga family, smiled, nodded and walked into their lavish rooms. The Tsar took out a breifcase which he opened to pull out a very neatly compacted military-ish uniform, which he began to dress into. The Empress had a bigger suitcase, which held her Imperial Gown and her sons Linen clothes.

The Tsar too entered his personal quarters before dressing in his military uniform, rather than his royal attire. He decided to wear his officer uniform as he was proud of his past, it was in fact how his nation came to be. Besides, he knew his son would appreciate it more as his son too planned on having a long career in the military like his father had.

The Tsar eventually stood out, chest glimmering with medals and the Imperial Seal as a badge with a silver star sorrounding it. Anything gold on his body was...proper gold! He wore the Kylarnatian Imperial Crown on his head. The Empress then stood out in her dress, jewellry encrusted with many coloured diamonds. She wore the Imperial Consort Crown. In her arms was Tsaraviech Kain, in Linen threaded with gold thread. He held the Heirs septer in his hands.

When the Tsar stood from his room, he looked very similar to the Kylarnatian Tsar. Medals shimmering and glistening on his chest, proudly he bore them and the scars of his battles. His crown shone and gleamed on his head, reflecting the light around the halls.
