Getting to third base on the first date

Ok so here's the scoop, rather then to tell this dirty little slur to my best and dearest friends i'd rather be sharing this with complete and utter strangers, maybe it's the fact that I can't bottle this up anymore or that my judgement completely stinks, I ve met this girl who turns out to be my collegue at work ( Nice move slick ) and since a couple of weeks we have started dating, now I only heared that she liked me about a week ago so after our second date we already ended up in bed playing doctor and what not ( would love to tell the raunchy bit but I aint no stranger to this site and I do realize that younger public will be reading this topic,

so I wanna know if you guys ever went to third base on one of your first dates with one of your collegues,
