Speak! Or I shall slay thee!
The Prince shouted.
There the Oracle lay, in grime and defeat,
Before the saber's point. He spoke:
O wanton prince, heed my words as truth.
There, in the horizons beyond,
The army of Solomon*,
Shall befall thy ever glorious state.
For I see within the mist of uncertainty,
Blood that shed upon the meadows of Asymtine*!
[Song of Gilead, Epic of Erosia]
*Asymtine - ancient name of Erosia
*Solomon - "void, abyss, night" (Old Erosian dialect)
On the ground, in the native realms, words spread that the people of the sky has came to exact annihilation upon every last Erosian. The higher echelons of the numerous empires and republics that rule the vast populace of the planet has gathered together to formulate a solution to this newfound crisis.
In the chaotic standoff that occured after first contact, factions formed within the force of both peoples. Ambitious warmongers urged their citizens to rise in arms for the glory of their nation, while peace-seeking diplomats carefully traded words with distrusting strangers. In between all these, merchants and thieves flourished, charging exorbitant prices for their know-how to both sides.
It is yet unclear what consequences will result from those interactions, but one thing is certain: a new age of adventure and oppertunities has begun...
This scenario, The Dream of Flight, is the combination of Roleplay and RPG. In it, players, bound by the rules of realism, make their moves easily and efficiently without the hassles of much flowery writing or the constant ambiguity of moderators. Through a specially-designed series of maps, you will be able to see your nation grow in size and height, see your army march to the foe's flank, and witness the united effort of your people overwhelm your enemies, all in the form of visuals and data.
The game rules are inspired by the mechanics of the Civilization series and the Hearts of Iron series. More rules can be added by player suggestion, and rules can be removed by player complaint, so tell us if you have any ideas. Any post that is an infraction of game rules is voided by default, and a player may be asked to stop posting if such infractions repeatedly occur. Ask a moderator if you're unsure about any rule.

There are four maps that would serve as the visual indication of everything that is being played. The Map of Territories shows the space occupied by each nation and how it changed overtime. The Map of War shows the movement of armies and the shape of the terrain. The Map of Resources tells you the distribution of resources and their amount in each acre of the world. The Map of Factions is a simple map that shows the affiliation and alliances of the players. The maps are usually updated at the end of every week, so make sure that you check it then.
*All nations that are not a player shown on the players list will be considered as a NPC nation
Below is a list of all the active players who are participating in the scenario, you may aquire useful intelligence of their status through these data. The factions chart indicate what nations are members of which faction in the scenario.
