Los Angeles
He raced his way to the downtown, where apparently most of the aliens were there. He fought them off while on his way, but to be frank, he's having issues. Lacking firearms to shot them while on a bike made the journey harder than it ever should be. Although soon enough, the aliens retreated. He slowed his bike, "Um...what? Why...are they fleeing?" confusedly asked Rex to himself. He looked to behind him. No one there, he looked to the sky, no one as well. He scared them alone? Unlikely, but possible.
But still unlikely.
It was only a matter of time before the air siren was heard across the city. "Siren! Aircraft bombing!?" he immediately turned his bike around, but then he hears something more.

Next came a broadcast, blaring over everything that could receive a signal and make noise. "A Kaiju has been spotted awake in the Pacific Ocean. It is currently 90 minutes away. All Combat capable superhumans report to the north end of the city. All combat capable superhumans report to the north end of the city." No one was required to actually show up if they didn't want to. But everyone, even villains, were welcome. Even they understood the threat the Kaiju posed.
What? Kaiju?
This is an even worse threat. He is ready to kick aliens out, but to face against a Kaiju that is very giant, he wasn't sure if he could hit them hard. Pretty much he directed his bike to the location, anyway.
I guess I should go, but I'll wait a bit.
