Gavin: Hello, I am your host, Gavin Marone and this is Live From WorldVision 52! The show is going to be a bit different than the WorldVision 50 and 51 editions. In those editions we just let you watch all the performances and announced the winning votes from Kannap. This edition, we have commentary for you to listen to as the performances go on. Let me introduce you to our two guests. First, we have Cindy Clengin. She is the president of the Federation for International Representation of Kannapian Culture. Welcome, Cindy!
Cindy: Hello Gavin, thanks for having me. It is truly an honor to be here.
Gavin: Next, we have Jackson Cullowee. He was one of the Kannapian representatives for WorldVision 51! He performed a duet with Brett Valdrell and the two placed 13th in the competition. Welcome, Jackson!
Jackson: Thanks for having me, Gavin, it's interesting being on this side of things. Not being on the stage, that is.
Gavin: Yes, it is very interesting indeed. We were informed, until just a few days ago, that you would be performing in this edition of WorldVision. However, you came to use about being a guest on the show and Joyelle Cadencia will be on the stage tonight. How did that happen?
Jackson: Well, Gavin, I thought I had the song all planned out for WorldVision 52, but I determined that the song I had been practicing was not right for this edition. I will be releasing the song in Kannap and Ultimaverse soon and will write a new song for WorldVision 53, where I will be taking Joyelle Cadencia's originally planned spot.
Gavin: Interesting, well I am sure she will wow the audience tonight. Cindy, how did the 52-53 compromise come about and how is the committee taking the sudden last-minute change?
Cindy: Firstly, we fully support our representatives in these competitions. So when Jackson Cullowee came to us a few days ago and told us he was not right for this competition and would wait until the next WorldVision, we supported him entirely. He also recommended that we let Joyelle Cadencia take the stage in this WorldVision and we told her and she was up for it. She was ready even when we thought she wouldn't be, I think she's had a song in the works for a few weeks now. She probably didn't intend to debut it at WorldVision 52, but all the better to do so. We're going to be proud of her tonight.
Gavin: Great! Well, without further ado, let's view some performances!
