Rules

No unjustified war - PVE or PVP
* No OOC in the IC chat
* No unrealistic invasions. Also, keep them at reasonable length
* Keep use of WMDs (Weapons of Mass Destruction) to a minimum
* NO GODMOD
* No apocalyptic or galaxy destroying weapons
* You can't PEACEFULLY annex a country that belongs to someone else unless you both agree.
* You can't annex countries without a break.
* No stealing another nation's technology without you occupying all of their major nations, or reverse engineering unless it is reviewed by Cascadia or CO-OP
* Let war build up before it breaks out.
* No using multiple accounts,
* If you are quoting someone, only quote the part that you are commenting on.
* No halting the expanse of other unions into neutral territory.
* State your war goal in a declaration of war.
*Peacefully Annexing countries/planets is allowed, but you will need to cool it if i tell you too.
* All other common sense rules.

ANNEXATIONS

Peaceful Annexations: You have to hold a conference with the country you are annexing and give realistic reasons why they should join you, it may fail depending on the significance of the country. This is very hard to do, and should only be done to nations which have the same type of culture.
War Annexations: Send a realistic amount of troops, may fail depending on the significance of the country. You don't take the whole country, you have to take regions. Just google the regions of the country you are trying to invade, you can take several provinces at once for weak countries. TAKING THE CAPITAL DOESN'T MEAN YOU'VE TAKEN THE COUNTRY. You have to take most of the economically or territoriality significant parts of the country you are fighting for them to surrender.
Annexations shouldn't be unrealistic. Obviously, annexing nation after nation will sour your reputation in the international community. Also, there is a cultural section based on annexations (beneath IE)
Please keep these realistic for the time period.
INTERNATIONAL ENTITY
The international entity is an unbiased person who does not control a nation, but works on behalf of uncontrolled nations. In Modern Warfare, Germany could say "Sicily wants to join Germany". This is way too overpowered and makes the player control more then just their nation. Terrorist attacks (Or something like a trade embargo) are also controlled by the IE, one can be launched on a nation that has a very sour international reputation. You can TG the IE and request something like a terrorist attack, but it will only be put into place if the recipient has a bad reputation.
CULTURAL
Another part of annexation is the cultural differences between nations. Some nations (such as China and Vietnam) are grouped under the same while Japan and South Korea are different enough to be classed as different cultures. The more cultures you absorb, the more authoritarian your government has to be to hold on to it.
