You mean like stopping it from raining? Not only should that not violate this resolution, but it should make you very valuable to the professional wedding circuit.

"He probably meant a microwave emitter like the one that Heir Industries sells, ahem, a bargain if I must say so for myself, it uses a focused microwave transmission which is indeed, quite versatile, its preferred usage is in desert warfare to vaporize the enemy's water supply." Eduard paused and then inevitably continued... "Wait, who was talking about weddings? Heir Industries is contracting weddings now too, we even have a limited-time offer for a seventh marriage free, and an emergency divorce legal services that will greet the newlyweds right after their honeymoon -- which is of course a part of the deluxe package. Many couples these days just want to get it over and done with so the basic package just includes a wedding reception, wedding and immediate divorce. Our services are fairly quick too, settlements usual takes between twelve to fifteen minutes depending upon your nation's divorce and torture laws, and if the spouse (the one who pays less than the other) has difficulty responding to electroshock. We're so quick that we can usually save the left-over cake, booze and hired actors for any other weddings that we have to conduct that night, *cough* week, month or year.. which means a fee-reduction for the newlyweds!"
Eduard looked around, "Ah, I suppose I'm a little off-topic, eh? Yeah, Access to Clean Water sounds fine I suppose. Access to clean water will be public, namely the waterparks we have for children, I mean, you could always stick your mouth into one of the sprinklers, however, to drink any water will cost my lower employees two day's wages. "

1) The intentional contamination of any water supply that may conceivably serve civilians is prohibited, for purposes military or otherwise, without exception.

Oh, and since I didn't see anything else in this proposal about water purifying chemicals, I take this to mean that their use is banned by this document since they technically contaminate water.

The new Russia was in trouble. Prime Minister Putin was concerned, and thus, through the ancient art of necromancy, he revived the great leader, Uncle Joe.
"Stalin!" he cried as the ghost materialised in his office. "The Motherland is in trouble, what do I do?"
Stalin looked grave for a moment before answering.
"My son" he said pensively. "You must round up all the liberals in the country and have them shot. Then, you must paint the Kremlin building blue."
"Why blue?" Putin asked, confused.
Stalin boomed with laughter "I knew you wouldn't as about the first part!"

Your answer can be found right here, "A resolution to reduce income inequality and increase basic welfare." Surely you'd agree that insuring that people have save water to drink increases theit basic welfare.

"But is the intention of water purification to contaminate or purify? I'd say the latter, in.. errr.. most cases." Eduard commented.

I agree, my economy rating has dropped from Powerhouse to Very Strong and my tax rate has risen to 100%!!! This act must be repealed to protect national economies

I'll second that if you write up the repeal......too bad I'm not a Regional Delegate - it would be through for a vote ASAP if I was

Countries that had their own clean water programs will be unable to even carry out this universal program as this act significantly decreases the economies of all WA member nations. This act should be changed so that it helps clean water projects already in position, this seems to work better as nations are guided in the right direction but still have enough money to maintain the project. As soon as the Kingtonian economy recovers or this act is repealed, our government has promised the nation complete withdrawal from the WA. Ona final note we find it wrong for a nation to put other WA economies at risk simply to maintain a delegatory position as quoted from the nation who actually thought up the act...Embolalia wrote:Minister Resal say the passage of this act may be enough for LLwyd to keep his job.
