"Mr. Speaker, this country has been shown to be at significant risk of radical terror both domestic and by organizations affiliated with groups like Daesh. We've had dozens of our own citizens fall to this threat, and have had an even large number, undoubtedly, leave this country to go travel internationally for groups like Daesh. What has this country's government, and the President done to address this serious threat of low-level terrorism among common people, and the recruitment of Elizians into this un-Islamic, murderous view?"
