Hirvania is planning to sign up to the next World Cup, which will be the first we participate in.

When will the World Cup sign ups and host bids start(approx.)?

As soon as we get the first host bid, which could be any day now (and, unfortunately, you can't bid because the World Cup's Constitution prohibits nations that didn't enter the last World Cup from bidding for this one).

Sir, I see this as a sign of disloyalty towards the only team that's brought Mr Di Bradini a World Cup winner's medal.

Surely you should be looking to get a Romanian national team kit* with Di Bradini on it?

Yes, yes, and while you're there pick me up an Argentina shirt with "Valrauncion" put on the back. It'd be calmer than THE SHIRT after all... ;)

Well, signups for the next World Cup and Baptism of Fire will open when somebody posts a host bid, which will likely be within the next couple of weeks. As for tournament timeline, you could reasonably expect the Baptism of Fire to start in the second week or so of September, and World Cup qualifying around two weeks later (a few days after the Baptism of Fire finishes).

There's both an IC and an OOC explanation of this pic, but for the WCDT it's Star and Mrs Star in Florence, being nerdy.

IC I expect it to be two average Starblaydi (for 'average' read impossibly good looking, stylish and modest, of course) somewhere in Jhanna.

Psh. I'm more of a Juve guy.

...

OK, OK, I kid. Sampdoria. But only because their shirt rocks. And I could use their crest to make one of my own.

I'm kinda jealous though, should've had an Allejo jersey when I went to the Olympic rugby sevens finals.

Image

But I did fool a guy into thinking I was from Canada due to wearing a Quebec Nordiques jersey so there were some good things. And GB losing was fun as hell too.
