These meteors give me an idea of how to introduce a character I've been mulling over and thinking about creating. Okay, I may as well:

Name: Smoliin Loral, though he will take the human name "Peter Corinth"

Age: Unknown

Gender: Assumed Male

Race/Species: Unknown, though he calls himself Corintian.

Appearance: This pretty boy right here is the human form he takes on. This is his true form. His eyes are generally green, but can change color depending on which emotion is the most prominent, much like his true form can.

Personality: He is very shy and unsure of himself, especially as he finds himself on a new world with very few memories. Peter tends to put other people first. His personality can change depending on which emotion is the most prominent.

Biography: Born on a planet far from Earth, which he recalls as 'Corin', Smoliin Loral was a great warrior, a meta-Corintian with the unique power to assume the form of a planet's dominant species. Using this skill, he became one of his planets greatest spies. During a routine espionage mission, he discovered a plan to destroy not only his people, but also his planet, which would cause the Crintian Empire to crumble. He attempted to inform his people, but before he could he was captured and tried as a spy. Being found guilty of espionage, Smoliin was imprisoned inside an asteroid, one which is now heading towards New Delhi on the planet Earth.

Powers/Abilities:

• Shapeshifting: Peter can shapeshift into the dominant species of any planet.
• Hard Light Constructs: The ability to create tools, weapons, armor, and even appendages out of light. The color of these constructs are generally an emerald green, but can change color depending on which emotion is most prominent.
• Aura: An aura of color (depends on which emotion is most prominent) allows him to fly, as well as to breath underwater and in space.
• Rage Plasma: ONLY WHEN FUELED BY RAGE, Peter can vomit plasma, which has been described as napalm and acid mixed together, it burns away at anything.
• EMOTION MANIPULATION: ONLY WHEN FUELED BY HOPE, Peter can take away ones fear, greed, or anger. He can also boost their willpower. ONLY WHEN FUELED BY FEAR (note, fear is unique in that when he is fueled by fear it doesn't mean he is afraid, it means he can use fear as a weapon), can instill fear in others, by delving into their deepest emotions.
• Crystallization: ONLY WHEN FUELED BY LOVE, Peter has the power to crystallize others with the power of love. This power is not fully understood but they apparently put the person in a form of suspended animation. There is a limitation which will be added in the 'Weaknesses' section.
• Secret Light Beings: Within Peter are two dueling entities made of pure light: The White Light of Life and the Black Light of Death. Both are fighting for control of Peter, and whichever wins will grant unique abilities to him.

Weaknesses

• Vibrational Interferance: Using vibrations and sounds on the correct frequency will destroy all contructs.
• Emotional Loss: Some emotions have a strong effect on Peter, almost taking him over completely. These are 1) Greed 2) Love 3) Rage
• Crystallization: This can only be done to those who want to be crystallized, and it can be broken with "true love's kiss".

Additional information: He has few memories of his past life and isn't sure if any other Corintians are left.

It seems strange to me, because you would think that as he is more damaged, the less enhanced/weaker he would become, not more. The weaknesses you have right there aren't sufficient at the moment, I'm afraid.

Well he is empowered by Damage and closeness to death, and the more damaged he is the more powerful physically he becomes, though he gains in raw power, he loses it just as quickly. I will be adding more to the weaknesses.

Name: Director Clark White

Superhero Name: N/A

Race/Species: Human

Personality: Strict when it comes to doing his job. Since the incidents in Washington and Pandora, he will make sure he gets things his way. White is also shown to be a little cheap and a little obsessive, especially when it comes to certain events and in the capture of Agent Spider respectively.

Biography: Clark White, much like Aegis, was a military brat. His father was an American Air Force pilot during his youth and was an inspiration for the young man. Though at times a bit rebellious, overall he was an obedient person and did what he was told while also being his own person. Upon turning 18, he followed in his father's footsteps and joined the military. Unlike his father, he joined the Marines, as White thought it would be tougher on him than being in the Air Force. During the almost 20 years he was part of the military, Clark toured the world and participated in the Gulf War and Iraq War. As he went across the world, he learned different forms of fighting, as he wanted to improve his skill.

It all changed when the box opened. Multiple people in the Security Council looked over many records, and White caught their eye. He showed the most improvement out everybody in the almost 20 years he served. As such, White was appointed Director of the UN funded agency that was tasked with hunting down evil metahumans. His job became more complicated when the invasion of Earth began. He begged the UN to let the Agency fight amongst their fellow men and women, and it was granted. Thus, the secret agency was revealed to the world. The Agency was then tasked with protecting people from evil metahumans and any aliens who would threaten Earth.

Eventually, White recruited Aegis' family upon hearing and reviewing their background. When Aegis was bitten by a spider, that was when he began the young boy's training. However, relations turned sour when he authorized the killing of his parents. So secretly, White took a blood sample of him and started a cloning project. A project that the UN had not sanctioned at all.

Powers/Abilities:

• Peak of human abilities
• Military training
• Skilled in several forms of combat outside of his military training (ie, karate, Tai jitsu, etc)
• Tactician
• Mastery of weaponry and vehicles

Weaknesses

• Still human
• Has an obsession with spider based heroes. On a more serious note though, White can't seem to accept the fact that Agent Spider is a hero and will go to great lengths.

Culture/World:The Fae exist on a world of dreams, formed of the hopes and prayers of all beings in the universe. A world with a cycle of nature which mirrors that of our world, with predator and prey and various seasons. Naturally benevolent (Though not always, the fae can sometimes be somewhat tyrannical and almost puritanical.), the fae do tend to be rather stringent when it comes to following oaths and rules, honour bound to their word. A Fae differs depending on the season in which they were born, the Svartalfar are a hard and cold subrace born in the harsh winters of the Feaweld, though they are loyal and fiercely intellectual. The Bluumenfar are a joyful and excitable race born to summer, yet often rash and irrational. Widenfar are the treelike humanoids born to spring, a caring and nurturing race, though often either neurotic or annoyingly coy and playful. Faleenfar are the produce of Autumn, and typically they are most mercurial and woeful, often somewhat decietful, yet usually very erudite too, like the Svarts. Faerienfar are very diverse and likely the most individually powerful of all the races, their main linking trait being their wings and their magical size changing abilities.

Ultimately, the Fae exist to, in one way or another, keep the balance of the universe.

Biography/Lore: Long ago, in the first few eons of a chaotic universe, two dimensions formed. The Vibrant Faeweld and the dormant Darweld. The fae looked out upon the universe and saw a universe out of balance, where primordial chaos wreaked havoc on those few ancient races around. So the Fae began to put things right. Since the Fae have been working to put the worlds of the universe in balance fueled by the desire for stability, growth and peace, however with the advent of more and more sentient races, new wishes began to grow. Wishes for chaos to upset the order. For change to the stagnation. For the selfish desires. The fae feared this would corrupt their purity, so funneled these psychic wishes to the Darweld, thinking it completely empty. However soon the were faced with enemies which spang from dark nightmares and insanity. They were faced with the Jabberwocks, irrational and illogical beings which a variety of chaotic motivations, ranging from innocent enough yet potential harmful all the way to omnicidal. Four queens of madness rule the nonsense land of Dar, where insanity is the reality for the Jabberwocks.

Inherent Powers/Abilities:

• Sub race powers The Faierien can change their size and fly, the Svarts can resist any cold and the Bluumen can resist any fire. The Widen can heal others and the Falleen have psychic powers.
• Faespeak: An omni language which is understood by all. This language is also spoken by those in the Darweld ironically enough and is said to be the language of your dreams.
• Faesdrift: All fae can teleport themselves between the faeweld and the real world.

Weaknesses

• Sub race weaknesses: Faeiren are weak to silver, Svarts are weak to high temperature and Bluumen to lower temperatures. The Widen have a weakness to salt and the Faleen are weak to water.
• Fae promise A fae oath can never be broken, and Bluumen and Svarts may never intentionally lie. Some fae have found ways around both.

Faction Name: Knights of the Four Courts (Knights of the Winter/Summer/Spring/Autumn(Fall) Court)

Location: Faeweld

Level of Technology: High Magic: They have considerable control over the magical arts, able to teleport between dimensions, forge weapons able to cut through near anything and training in advanced magic like cosmic or astral magic.

Faction Biography/Lore: They mainly share the lore of the fae. This is an elite ground of the various knights of the ruling courts of the fae which serve to protect from jabberwocks and ensure the balance is kept through various methods. The summer and winter courts are dedicated to the removal of threats to the balance, giant monsters, chaotic criminals and so forth, the main difference between them being their methods are targets, the summer court being very obvious and agressive while the winter court often plays the long game from the shadows, trying to remove threats subtly. The Spring court is dedicated to the creation of new things and making sure new life and methods can be introduced to balance the system. The Autumn court is dedicated to protecting certain areas in order to secure certain key elements of the universal balance.

All races can become knights of any court.

Population Size: 100,000 formal knights, with many other squires and such.

Personality: Arcaena is a dedicated and principled young woman. She is very loyal to her people, and longs to end their suffering. She sees their exile not as the act of a cruel malevolent deity, but as a chance to prove themselves to a caring father figure. Arcaena can easily be seen as cold(teehee) and detached, this is because she has been trained by her father to be so. He taught her that strength required the suppressing of emotions. Arcaena is not cruel though, and only will cause harm when it is necessary.

Biography:
Arcaena is of the new generations of Glacians that were in fact born on Earth. She has never seen her home world and knows only what the stories from her elders can tell her. Arcaena longs to see it one, day and has often drawn images of what she imagines it looks like. Araena is the youngest child of the current king Rocaln and was raised as a warrior. She has proven to have incredible natural skills, and was even granted a visit from Urubak himself when she was 9 years old. The god told her she would be the savior of her people, and granted her two powerful swords to aide her. King Rocaln took this very seriously and put the nine year old's training under his personal direction. Arcaena was thus made a soldier of the crown, a lethal weapon for the Glacians to use in their quest to conquer the world.

However Rocaln had more subtle plans for his daughter. He sees the superhumans now appearing across the world as they best chance for conquering. Because of this, he is now sending his youngest daughter to infiltrate the human world, so that they can find these so called "heroes" and use them to bring on the eternal winter and allow the Glacians to finally return home.

Powers/Abilities:

• Longevity: The Glacians live longer lives than human beings and stay in their peak form for much longer, gaining their peak physical condition earlier and keeping it longer.
• Ice Magic: They have the elemental control over ice and can use it in various ways including ice creation, the ability to make living creatures out of ice, such as ice giants or ice trolls.
• Freezing Heart: The Glacians can freeze(both literally and metaphorically) the hearts of mortal creatures, enslaving them to their will.
• Swords of Urubak: A gift from their warlord deity himself, these two one handed blades are powerful weapons that Arcaena can summon at will. They are of pure ice and spread ice onto anything they touch.
• The Heart of the Bear: Arceana has a great affinity to bears, and can create animated ice versions of them, and call upon wild bears when she needs aid.

Weaknesses

• Heat: Fire and heat are dangerous for the Glacians, not only can it mitigate their powers, it can kill them.
• Love: When someone is possessed by the Glacians, strong emotional triggers can break the magical hold.
• Body Temperature: Glacians struggle to control their body temp, which means pretending to be human can be difficult and they have to be careful about physical contact.

So, if we assume the life-harboring meteor is the approximate size of the Chelyabinsk meteor (which exploded with a force about 25 times larger than the Hiroshima bomb), that would mean it weighs around 11,000 tons (more than the Eiffel Tower) and is moving at several hundred miles an hour. This is gonna be a bitch to stop with some wind.

Having a JQ member running into her would make me able to take part in it, and way more easily than just naturally noticing something wrong and going to help out.
I mean, she could help with the meteor, given that she had Vortex trail and could redirect it.
