Wow, how long has it been since there was a raid-free night for reasons other than raiders not raiding that night? Congrats on a pretty remarkable achievement.

And on a personal note, as a former Warden, I'm really glad to see this going so well the second time around!

The Defender Forces arrive to the rescue of Atlas Deep

Twas the night before Raidermas, when all through the land
The invaders were stirring, lining up hand in hand
The triggers were set by the pointmen with care
In hopes that Thomas wouldn’t be there

Tim and Olevsky, Altmoras and crew
The battle lines the brave Wardens drew
With TITO and Dyr, and Bodobol ready
Even Brihimia was holding quite steady

When the orders were given to Darkspawn about
The information did somehow slip out
And so did the Wardens and TITO and Dyr
They saved Island of Atlas quite nicely this year

As the battle hardened Grey Wardens and their allies prepared for battle on the opening night of Raidercon, the darkspawn horde was spotted and it was massive. Over forty of their number had risen from the earth, ready to spread the blight upon the earth. Fortunately the ever-vigilant Grey Wardens and their stalwart allies TITO and Dyr Nasad were online as well with more than fifteen brave warriors lined up and ready for battle.

As the darkspawn battle horns blew and their numbers bayed for blood, the brave defenders deployed to Island of Atlas keeping hope in their hearts that another region would be able to hold strong and repel the blight. With fate on side of the Wardens and their allies, they did exactly that, ensuring the safety of the region from at least this blight. After that, some minor skirmishes were against darkspawn in New Anglia, Empire of Tamriel, and Ouroboros, ensuring that yet another update was kept clean of successful darkspawn occupation. The Grey Wardens would like to really thank everyone that showed up. We were all part of this great victory together, and much like the fantastic Welsh National Team we are #TogetherStronger.

I really, honestly do wish it was as an epic and fair battle as you're making it sound. That would have been sick, seeing raider and defender clash together in a region, dozens strong, seeing who came out on top after the smoke clears.

But you guys just got a leak and moved in before we did. Super lame.

While that would be rather great too, always makes for a solid story when you get a good spot and jump, and I should note that my award-winning poem in the report does indeed imply that information was received by us. You've got to do what you can to defend regions. Obviously if we receive said information it wouldn't make sense to not end up acting on it, as there's no point risking any chance of the region being taken when we know we can stop it with 100% certainty. I would say it's a rather major achievement within itself to end up having a successful reception of vital intelligence from one of the biggest raid operations we've seen organized on a long time. Obviously it's a shame for your side that it ended the way it did, but we'll take the victory and still be more than content about the way it came about.

Wardens kill Dream Killers' Dreams

Another eventful night for The Grey Wardens and their stalwart allies. The patrols started early, with many darkspawn staging all around and being quickly noticed by the defenders of the world. However, the true purpose of tonight was the liberation of Ultima Thule from the blightwolves of Lone Wolves United. Once the other darkspawn realized the Wardens' battle plans, they deployed to support their lupine allies, but ultimately just made the job easier by putting all their bodies into one place to be wiped out by liberating forces. With the help of our good friends TITO, SPSF, SDF, and Dyr Nasad, the Wardens smashed through the darkspawn lines leaving none standing, resulting in the liberation of Ultima Thule.

After the liberation, Wardens and allies went back on patrol watching darkspawn stage yet again, but instead watched them attempt to attack a fellow darkspawn hive of a more right-wing brand, finding amusement as they missed and fell into a pit instead.

All in all, a solid night of patrols from the Wardens, and a big thanks to our good friends from TITO, SPSF, SDF, and the one-man party that is Dyr Nasad for helping with the work.
