We help coordinate government-to-government trade, as well as facilitate private shipping and trade. We will maintain an active directory of nations willing to trade, and hold regular summits to help member nations prosper through mutually beneficial judgement-free trade! If we have sufficient interest, we will also establish an anti-piracy military alliance to secure our trade routes.

Anyone is welcome to join as long as they're open to trading with other members, but the primary purpose is to develop trade relations that allow member nations to thrive despite sanctions from "civilized" nations. A possible secondary purpose is to develop an anti-piracy naval alliance to patrol and protect our shipping networks from attacks by "civilized" nations and other elements.

Mostly, yes. Anyone is welcome to join as long as they're open to trading with other members, but the primary purpose is to develop trade relations that allow member nations to thrive despite sanctions from "civilized" nations. A possible secondary purpose is to develop an anti-piracy naval alliance to patrol and protect our shipping networks from attacks by "civilized" nations and other elements.

So then, assuming I understand this correctly, members is this RNTO are not automatically trading with eachother. The RNTO pretty much works as a database so when a rogue nation is faced with a trade embargo, they can simply look up a directory of nations willing to trade with them. The anti-piracy part, although understandable in a trade organization, acts more as a deterrent to those who failed in their embargo. Very interesting, assuming I am correct in my understanding.

National currency: None, predominately bitcoin, though gold and other precious metals are usually accepted for larger payments. Over twenty alternative currencies are used nationwide. Willingness to use competing currencies is high, as third-party exchange organizations are common and very efficient.
Interest in anti-piracy alliance (Y/N): The citizens of the Coalition are open to the idea of recognizing piracy of foreign ships a crime if it occurs near our territorial waters, if it would aid in acquiring trade partners (which we currently have none)

There is no requirement to trade with each other, but of course cultivating trade to start with helps minimize disruption during any embargoes. However, we don't mandate any free-trade policies; it is up to every nation to decide how to conduct its own trade affairs as it sees fit to grow its economy. And yes, the anti-piracy force will allow us to continue trading with each other in the face of attempted attacks by nations attempting to go beyond simple embargoes.
