I'm not quite sure, I was hoping others would help me come up with some reasoning. Power wise, he would experience body part substtution (not major. Could reform a leg, however it could take several weeks or months), bone manipulation, increased durability and would freeze his body in the age he was when the gas attacked

Well, I was planning on him being a no-nonsense hero. Issue is he doesn't give bad guys second chances. Originally, when he escape German experimentation, he would've fought for the British during WW2, being placed in specialist units and going on high risk raids due to his superhuman abilities. He would've been present for the discovery of the concentration camps. It was there he decided against giving villains second chances

Personality: Pragmatic to a fault, Paragon is a realist who wastes no time in ending his fights, leaving little mercy for his opponents. Though good, he walks a thin line that dips back and forth before dark and light. Paragon will scale his punishments, he's not going to crush common thieves under his heel, but at the same time, they may walk away with a few broken ribs completely by accident. He sees no danger in what he does, no fear of falling to evil, making him a stoic guardian of justice, even the nasty, unwanted side, fueled by vengeance and malice for wrongdoers.

Biography:

He was born of nobility, the seventh son of Pytor Paragon, and an outcast at birth due to his mother being a commoner housemaid. Petraeus was separated from his mother as an infant and raised in the Royal Academy's, without love or respect from his fellow students due to his mixed blood status. This had a profound effect on Petraeus, who developed a nihilistic outlook on life in general and the people he called his peers. At one particular case of bullying, Paragon unleashed his rage and powers at once, forcing a classmate against a wall and breaking his spine in the process. For his outburst, he was kept close to the throne by Pytor, and to be taught by a single tutor and kept in solitude.

His teacher, though, was a man of many talents and passions, one of the best private instructors on Thule. Much of Paragon's good nature can be attributed to Fel Zant, as he hammered home the virtues of good men and how good must triumph over evil, always. Not only that, but Zant kept Petraeus aware of events conspiring within the God-King's court, letting the youth decide what actions he would take if in the same position. Through Fel's influence, Petraeus was becoming a viable candidate for succeeding his father, marking him as a threat to his brothers and sister who also eyed the throne.

As his brethren quarreled, Paragon became third in line for succession, at which point Fel began to actively encourage Petraeus to claim his birthright. At this point, Petraeus realized that his teacher and friend had been pushing him into the position in order to accomplish his own agenda, and intended to act as a Shadow Ruler. Betrayed and hurt, and feeling a sense of loneliness once more, Petraeus did as he was told and killed two of his brothers in secret, becoming Crown Prince in the process. His father, Pytor, had known of Fel Zant's schemes, and had him executed to deprive Petraeus of a valuable ally. Though he was a manipulator, Petraeus felt rage and anger at Fel's death, and vowed to kill his father in revenge.

Paragon intended to surprise his father and crush his skull in, but the day he had chosen to do so, a young man entered the God-King's Court, and slaughtered Pytor and the Royal Guard sent to defend him. Petraeus was the first to arrive on the scene, and noticed the youth had the same anger and rage in his eyes. At that point, Paragon was twenty-four, and the youngster standing before him was fifteen, and it clicked in his mind who the boy reminded him of: Fel. Though he had spoken little of him, Fel Zant's son had committed the murders. Faced with the reality of his crime of passion, Fel's son wept in front of Petraeus, who comforted him.

As more Royal Guard arrived, Paragon took command of the scene, taking credit for the murder, and proclaiming himself God-King of Thule. Pressing the Royal Guards firmly against the bloodstained walls, he dared any to contest his birthright. None did, and with support from Fel's son, Van, the new God-King reigned with his Royal Knight at his side. Though Paragon was seen as a God, Van was more powerful than a god, he was a Titan.

Powers/Abilities:

• Gravity Manipulation: The ability to manipulate gravity, an easily identifiable force of nature. Paragon has thought his powers through and trained them acutely, granting him many applications and uses of the power beyond making things heavy and lifting them up into the skies. He's able to mentally create gravity wells, armor, bend light, and at higher ends, bend space-time and create micro-black holes.
• Gryokinetic Combat: A gifted and trained fighter, Petraeus combines his learned fighting styles and techniques with his immense powers over gravitation, producing a fighter capable of shooting up his physical abilities tenfold at a moments notice, and throwing his opponents around like ragdolls if needed.
• Peak Human Intelligence: Exceptionally smart and cunning, Paragon is a brilliant man in the highest tiers of parahuman intellect. His mind cannot run at lightspeed, but a mile a minute is able to get the job done just as easily.

Weaknesses

• Fundamental Forces: Gravity is the weakest of all fundamental forces. To give an example, a common fridge magnet is able to hold up against the entire mass of Earth pulling it down. Above the molecular level, gravity reigns, but anything below it and it's hopelessly outclassed and underpowered. Exceptionally strong electromagnets can successfully fight against his gravity techniques.
• Stamina: Bound by his human condition, Paragon only has an Olympic athletes' level of physical and mental stamina.

Faction Biography/Lore: The Warhounds are a group of mercenaries, all of them of a young age, usually beneath the age of 22. The team of mercenaries was started by the notorious killer Floyd Martin, known in shady circles as "Shadow". Martin was sent to prison after attempting to kill the members of the Justice Queens, however he escaped during an opportune moment during the Xanthian invasion. After escaping he hatched a new plan, one that would make him money and hopefully give him the revenge he was looking for.
