Task: To build kinship with infantrymen from around the world.

Standard: Conduct a 4 day mission starting with basic marksmanship and culminating in a platoon live fire exercise.

Greetings,

Infantry Camp 2015 is my personal brainchild for a way to build camaraderie between the world's infantrymen. As we know, exercises like this end up in memories. Memories end up as stories. Stories help influence opinion. We need to build a sense of unity today more than ever.

At the same time, Infantry Camp will be a great way for us to celebrate the infantry from the weaponry and tactics to barracks life.

Allow us to welcome you to Vangaziland's largest training center, Fort Emerazi. These are some of our best ranges, surrounded by the local taiga's forests and meadows. Ride in Vannish MOWAG APCs through mock-up towns as part of an international platoon. Experience the Vangazi cuisine in MRE and Mermite form.

I hope you will sign up for the course.

Harold Vanerrsen
Command Sergeant Major

Accepted - So my idea for the platoon exercise is that each unit will have a different task based on their specialty. Mech units might set off a cordon or move fast to an area. Other units might be in overwatch or be tasked as weapons squad. Let's keep it fluid, see who signs up and then tailor the RP around each other.

My idea is that this is character based, but includes the element of squad strategy. It's character based in that the interactions between members of the same and different squads should be one of the main focuses. But we don't have to take this too seriously, I hope for a fun relaxed writing style. More like hanging out in the field and less like a competition.
