A photo of General Lance H. S. Hoover- The General who ordered troops to open fire on foreign prospectors.

tl;dr The Forsworn Government has opened fire on, and killed a ship of surrendering illegal Bigtopian immigrants, killing the entire crew, as well as the passengers, as per protocol when any foreign vessals approach TFK. Forsworn propaganda networks have claimed that the Bigtopian Government itself dispatched the miners to set up unauthorized gold mining operations in the Elradi Mountains to boost the struggling Bigtopian economy.

Rules, just to keep things fun.
1. Toxicity- Just dont.
2. Abide by NS Site rules.
3. As the OP I am the god of this RP. If I tell you to knock it off, knock it off.
4. This aint a war RP. My factbooks arent good right now, and I dont have the time to constantly get on to post troop movements.
5. Have fun!

NDSA investigates weather the forsworn statement was true. The send 25 to look. At the mine and find numerous safety violations temporally shutting it down. Soon more bureaus get involved in the conflict more investigators invest agate the ship wreck as well. Soon the investigation takes a turn for the worst as the debates and questions gets heated the lead investigator was killed. Making Dogeian troops be rolled out to ensure maximum peace.

(In role-playing it is generally considered rude to waltz in and type out an entire thread worth of story in one dumbed down post, then mobilize your army without talking to the OP first. Especially when said OP has already specified that their Military Factbooks are not ready for any kind of conflict at the moment.)

Third-Person-View
As the Dogeian government had not first contacted the Forsworn Government before imperialistically moving forces in to shut down a government-controlled mine, dredge a sunken vessel in Forsworn waters, and mobilize armed forces, they would now encounter an armed militia of local garrisons and miners fueled by nationalist tendencies. The militia would openly prepare their AK-47 Assault Rifles. In addition, local businesses would refuse to serve the Dogian occupiers as a matter of principle.
The Forsworn government would also dispatch a letter to the Dogian government which would read as follows.
From: Supreme General Ronald Hexton Sr.
To: The Dogian Government
Subject: Cease and Desist
It has come to the attention of my office that your country has dispatched armed agents into my home to force your imperialistic beliefs down our throats, as well as sending spies to commit espionage against TFK, while depriving miners of their livelihood and dredging a vessel before we could investigate the ship to see if it had contained any weapons or contraband.
I must ask that you cease these activities and find some method of appeasing my people, lest I be forced to call a state of emergency and request the aid of our allies you assist us in taking every step necessary to ensure that your government never launches such an attack again.
With the most sincere of contempt ~Ronald Hexton Sr.

To The Union of African Socialist Republics,

We thank you for your support on the matter of this attempted breach of TFK's sovereign right to its own natural resources, and we fully intend to open fire on any unauthorized non-coalition vessels that enter Forsworn waters.

Once again, we offer our thanks for your support in our sinking of the Bigtopian ship, and are interested in potentially negotiating a trade agreement from one Socialist nation to another.

Regarding this clear violation of the territory of a country, Cesopium wishes to send "peacekeepers" to help impede immigrants from moving onto the territory of the Forsworn

In return we ask that a Legion Chapter House may be constructed in Friginia, we hope that this may not to be too much to ask of a nation such as the mighty Forsworn.

Goldenground, Elredan

A small ferry arrives at the ports of the city, carrying some of the very few immigrants who had passed the applications to enter the country legally. Among them was one of the very lucky foreigners who was approved by the Forsworn Government to recieve citizenship. While most of these people wanted to start a new life on a new land their only hope was to work hard at the mines long enought to prove themselves worthy for citizenship.
This, however, was not the case with four of the legal immigrants that were on this ship. One of these 4 exceptional men was starting the engine of a white van as his turn to leave the ferry was close. The other 3 were loading a large crate at the back of the vehicle.

Immigrant: "Alright, the last one is in !"

Driver: "Did you make sure all six of the crates are there, Larry ?"

Larry: "Yes, all six are in, Dex."

Dex: "Good, have Johnny and Miver sit at the back with the cargo, you come in here with me and lets go."

Larry waited for Miver and Johnny to enter the back compartment of the van and closed the doors. Then he walked up front and entered the cabin while Dex was packing his immigration permit needed to varify his legal departure. The white van finally left the Goldenground ports and headed west to reach the gold mines with the rest of the legal immigrants on the way. After less than an hour they left the city where the van took a left turn and headed north towards Farmers Folly.

Larry: "Hey Dex, are you sure this is a good idea ?"

Dex: "What ?"

Larry: "I mean, changing direction so early. We've just left the city and I think we are the only vehicle from this immigrant wave that isn't going to the mines."

Dex: "Nope, we're not. Remember that guy who had the citizenship permit ?"

Larry: "Yea, what about him ?"

Dex: "He is in that red car past the green one in front of us, so calm down."

Larry: "Yes, but you said it yourself, he has a citizenship permit. We are just immigrants and this is a little suspicious, you know."

Dex: "Larry, not all immigrants seek fortune in the mines. Just relax."

Larry: "Relax ? How am I supposed to relax after that Bigtopian ship ? You saw the smoke, right ?"

Dex: "Yes, I saw it, but these bigtopians were ILLEGAL immigrants, remember ? Otherwise our ship would've suffered the same fate. Instead they just changed our course a bit and now we're here, so don't worry."

After some more time the van was already midway on the road to the regional border of Farmers Folly. Though the weather in Elredan was usually cold the approach to Farmers Folly could be felt by the four immigrants as the frozen wastleland was now closer and closer with every minute or so. It was unusual for these four human beings to spend so much time in the cold, unlike the place they came from. Fortunately they were carrying more clothes with them and were prepared for the wintry weather.

RE: Official Communique
After much deliberation, our leadership has elected to accept the most gracious offer of Naval support from your fine nation.
We have free space at the docks in Agua that your vessels are now authorized to dock in while not patrolling the islands. We once again thank you for your commitment to protecting the sovereignty as an individual nation, as well as our basic right to our own land and natural resources.

OOC: Good to hear!

After much deliberation, our leadership has elected to accept your offer of 'Peacekeeper' support to our nation.
Concerning the condition of the construction of a 'Legion Chapter House', our government has elected to allow this on the condition that members of the TFK Armed Enforcers have permission to monitor the comings and goings of all persons who enter this structure.

Farmers folly was relatively cleared of security forces, with the majority of the Fort Icefall garrison having moved to Goldenground and Friginia for the duration of the state of emergency. What remained of the local garrison kept to themselves, playing cards in the base headquarters.
Meanwhile, a group of men appeared to be openly auctioning drugs to a group of villagers, giving evidence to the legality of most drugs in TFK. The villagers would mostly pay no attention to the foreigners, mostly going about their business.

NPC_Bigtopian Event:
At approximately 8:10 PM, A fleet of small wooden rowboats have left the Bigtopian sea begun to sail towards Forsworn waters in The Eastern Forsworn Sea. Many of the vessels appear to be unmanned, however there were clearly several Bigtopian civilians on the vessals, as indicated by a handful of bodies that were found on the beach in Farmers Folly. The Forsworn Government has declined demands by the families of the deceased that the bodies be returned, instead announcing that, as with all corpses in TFK, will be harvested for Organs and Compost to support the nation. This has increased tensions between TFK and Bigtopia, and may result in further escalation of the situation.

Forsworn Waters,
The Forsworn Knights

The cruisers followed by the aircraft carrier entered Forsworn waters. "This is the La Prolétaires to Forsworn command. We'll be going to the docks in Agua to refuel and we'll be off to patrol Forsworn waters from those Bigtopians. Permission to enter Forsworn waters and proceed to Agua?" The captain of the La Prolétaires.

Sailors milled about and cleaned the large guns found on the big ships. The harriers waited on the top deck in case they were mobilized. Pilots waited for a call, wanting to test the Harrier's weaponry against helpless immigrant boats if they were authorized to fire on them. Though it would be barbaric to do that, who knows what the Forsworn government would authorize them to do?

Fort Icefall, Farmers Folly

The van, having travelled unmolested by any security forces on the way, was now entering the regional capital. The sun was already setting down slowly and it was getting even colder. The white van stopped on a lay-by and the four men hurried to put their winter clothes after unpacking them at the back of the vehicle.

Dex: "We need to find shelter for the night, I don't think the heating system of the van will be good enough, besides, our engine might die if we leave it for long."

Miver: "Why did we have to go with this piece of crap anyway ?"

Dex: "I didn't have an option, this was the only suitable thing I was offered to get the job done. Don't worry, I'm sure we'll make it somehow. Just think about the money and you'll be fine."

Miver: "Yeah, the money is everything, man...but I don't think it is capable of keeping us warm, ye ?"

Dex: "That depends, but enough talk. Lets not waste more time out in the cold and find a place to stay during the night."

Larry: "How are we gonna' find such a place, we don't know a thing about the city."

Dex: "Well...I suggest that we stop by in the first neighborhood and ask some locals about a place to stay."

Larry: "But this will review our identity..."

Dex: "Larry, do you honestly think that the locals will make trouble just because of a few immigrants asking for a place to stay ? We'll let Johnny talk to them, right Johnny ?"

Johnny: "Wha...er...right, yeah." - he said with an innocent voice "Okay, I'll do it, guys."

Not long after Dex parked the van on the side of a road in one of the intersections in the first neighbourhood of Fort Icefall and Johnny went out of the vehicle to ask the first spotted person about a hotel, motel or something else of the kind that is capable to fit six large crates of cargo.

SOE Control Centre,
Friginia,
The Forsworn Knights

General David Davis Jr. was sitting in the State-Of-Emergency Control Centre, having just hung up the phone on a Bigtopian ambassador who had been demanding to be released from the oubliette.
It was 10:31 AM when one of David's advisers motioned for his attention.
"Sir, we have just received a message from an ASR vessel known as 'La Prolétaires' requesting permission to begin operations in our waters and refuel in Agua, please advise."
David nodded to the adviser, checking his schedule.
"Yeah, tell them to go right on ahead, we have a spot in Agua for them to dock in relative privacy while they are on our shore. Just make sure they wear their uniforms so that we can identify them while they are on our shore."
At this, the adviser began to relay the General's response, pressing the button to begin radio transmission.
"You have permission to dock in the designated private Harbour in Agua, our men will direct you to it. Make sure all of your men are clearly identifiable as ASR troops to prevent confusion while in Agua. Our file says you are to be given permission to use any force you see fit short of any action that would potentially endanger TFK, such as the use of chemical weapons in our waters. Welcome to The Forsworn Knights."

Johnny would encounter a man in an Italian suit with a red tie. He had a Hammer and Sickle pin on his jacket and appeared to be a businessman. After listening to Johnny's request, the man would chuckle, before speaking.
"I see you are a smuggler travelling to the black market in Industiopolis, yes? I can give you room unmolested in one of my warehouses for the night, for a price..."
The man would slick back his hair as he said this, with an RPG-7 slung over his shoulder, which seemed rather out of place with the man's otherwise professional look.

The man would slick back his hair as he said this, with an RPG-7 slung over his shoulder, which seemed rather out of place with the man's otherwise professional look.

Johnny was surprised of how fast his identity was discovered by a random person on the streets, but more shockingly for him was the fact that this man had an RPG-7 and was freely walking just like everyday business. A few seconds passed before Johnny finally answerred the man: "Well, that would be excellent, kind sir. We are on the edge of life, but I'm sure me and my mates will be able to gather some Denars and pay up for the warehouse. Let me see them for a minute, please."

He fastly walked back to the white van and knocked on the window on the cabin door. Larry opened the door...

Larry: "What happened ?"

Johnny: "This guy looks like some big deal around here and he immidiately mentioned the black market and told me that I'm a smuggler."

Larry: "What ? Oh shit, we're really screwed this time..."

Dex: "Larry, shut up ! We're not screwed, relax damn it...So what else, Johnny ?"

Johnny: "Um...he offered us a place to stay for the night...for a right price. We need to gather some money."

Larry: "How do we know this guy isn't going to play us out ?"

Dex: "We can't know. We'll risk it, better than dying from freezing out here." - he pulled out a few Denars and handed them to Johnny "Here !"

Larry: "Ahhhh...I hate it when you say that..." - he handed money to Johnny "And those are from me..."

Johnny went to the back of the van where we collected a few more Denars from Miver and then returned to the businessman: "I'm sorry I made you wait, sir. Here, this is all that we could gather, I hope it will be enough just for a simple night. We won't cause you any trouble at all, sir."
The total amount that the four of them could gather was 4000 Denars.

The man smirked, pocketing the money. He then led Johnny to a battered warehouse near where he had been loitering.
Outside the warehouse sat a little old man in a security uniform on a bench. He had a cane across his lap and a massive silver revolver hung at his side, with a name tag on his coat that simply read 'Nikolai'. The old man had a long, bushy beard, and was glaring at Johnny.

As they approached the warehouse, the Suited man turned to face Johnny, clearing his throat to speak.
"You may rest here for the night. The guard is not here to make sure you dont screw with me and my crew, the guard is here to make sure you dont screw with his family. And if you screw with Nikolai, you screw with some of the very powerful people. Anyway, try not to break anything, if you need anything talk to Nikolai. We savvy?"

As he finished speaking, the suited man opened the warehouse to reveal a large, dark room. Stacked to the ceiling were empty cages and sealed wooden crates, with several vehicles covered in sheets. There was a busted security camera above the door, and a trail of small dry blood stains led to a back room. It was evident that the man in the suit was involved in multiple forms of organized crime, and clearly had no intention of giving the Denars back.

There was a busted security camera above the door, and a trail of small dry blood stains led to a back room. It was evident that the man in the suit was involved in multiple forms of organized crime, and clearly had no intention of giving the Denars back.

Johnny and the rest of the crew thanked the man after parking their van near the warehouse and waited for him to go on his business. They started unloading the crates and after a few minutes of struggle all of the six crates were fitted inside the dark room.

Miver: 'So what now, do we open these ?"

Dex: "Yes, we have to open them, it has been far too long since our arrival."

Larry: "Guys, wait ! What about the camera up there...And...oh my...what is that blood ?!"

Dex: "Larry, can't you jut stay calm and think logically ? Take a close look at the camera - its broken, damn it ! And don't worry about the blood, whoever was the victim he, or they, clearly didn't have the power to overcome the potential murderers. Unlike us, after we open those crates..."

Dex turned around and started opening one of the crates with a crowbar that he had taken from the white van. After half a minute he managed to break one of the sides and it appeared that someone from inside the crate pushed the cracked side. Dex pulled back a bit and a sulky looking shaved-head petz with dark clothes exited the crate while taking a deep breath.

Petz: "Aaaaaah...fresh air, finally !"

Dex: "You ok ?"

Petz: "What ? Ah, yes, yes, I'm fine. Well, actually the air is not so FRESH in this shithole, but still better than inside the other shithole."

The 4 humans, now with the help of the petz, opened the rest of the crates and 5 more petz appeared. They were all dressed in dark clothes and had unshaven beards, both stubble or purposely left a bit grown. All of them gathered around the first petz.

Petz: "Hm...I don't believe you had proper introduction with my men. These are Chor, Crabus, Navero, Pripek and Ormega. And guys, these are Dex, Larry, Miver and Johnny."

Dex: "Thanks for the introduction, Kimer and nice to know you all, buds."

Kimer: "AlRight, so far so good. We have a place to stay for the shitty night, but we still got a long way to go. Remember, we must reach Industriopolis in the next 24 hours."

Pripek: "That means we must REST, NOW !"

Kimer: "Ye, it does, but before that...FAN OUT and search the room. And what the hell is that blood ?"

Larry: "I don't know, I spotted it once we arrived here, but we didn't have time to check it."

Kimer: "Oooright...this place doesn't look hospitable. Grab your weapons and give these guys some, too."

All 6 of the petz reached for their pistols and knives that were stored in their crates. Four of the petz gave their knives to the 4 humans and all 10 of them started checking the room in groups by two. Some checked the cages and sealed crates while others removed the sheets of the vehicles to check them up. The petz group leader, Kimer, and Larry followed the trail of blood to the back door and Kimer tried to slowly open the door while turning the safety of his gun off.

The cages were all empty, many having clearly been scrubbed clean very recently. There were scratches and dents in some of them, and the keys were in the padlocks hanging loosely from the cage doors.
The crates however, contained a variety items. Some contained explosives, some contained guns, drugs, and even an entire crate filled with Denars.
The cars all appeared to be military-issued, with white patterns to blend in with the snowy landscape. Some of them had mounted guns, making it evident that the warehouse owner had powerful contacts in the military.
Upon opening the door, Kimer would encounter a fenced-in yard filled with shipping containers. In the distance, a group of men in blue jumpsuits were thoroughly cleaning a collection of metal baseball bats while a fire burned next to them.

Upon opening the door, Kimer would encounter a fenced-in yard filled with shipping containers. In the distance, a group of men in blue jumpsuits were thoroughly cleaning a collection of metal baseball bats while a fire burned next to them.

Kimer opened the door almost entirely, ready to go outisde, but Larry grabbed his arm and tried to pull him back. Kimer closed the door and turned around, staring at Larry clearly annoyed.

Larry: "Look, sorry man, but I had to. We don't know these guys and I'm sure they don't know about you either. Whatever is happening here I don't think it is a good idea to encounter anyone but the man in the suit, though I don't trust him so much too."

Kimer: "...OKey, you made your point, but Nnever.Grab.Me...AGain, understand ?" - he exhaled like a bull while looking Larry directly at the eyes

Larry: "Ops, eh..sorry,sorry...please, forgive me...ah...Kimer ?"

Kimer looked around to find something to shut that back door from opening. In the mean time the others were fascinated by the items and vehicles in this dark room.

Miver: "Whoa...check this shit out, man ! They can arm an entire army down here, god damn..."

Dex: "These cars are perfectly suited for combat in this region. I think by coincidence we are now dealing with some big deal around here."

Miver: "Look ! There's money inside, too. Lets get some to refund our losses."

Kimer: "NO ! We are not touching anything around here. I don't want you to make things even worse. Once your job is done you will be rewarded, so back off !"

Miver: "O...kay, as you wish, man."

The group covered the vehicles with their sheets again and left everything untouched. The 6 petz took their possessions from the crates and then they dismantled them, leaving a few dozen wooden planks on the ground. The 4 humans started taking the planks to load them in the back of the van that was parked outside. After a few minutes they were outside, now loading the last of the pieces.

Dex: "I don't know what you think guys, but I have a feeling that we are going to make a good profit if we stick to this "businessman" after our job with the petz is done."

Miver: "Yeah, man. I'm totally with you."

Johnny: "He mentioned that if we need anything we should talk to Nikolai."

Miver: "Who's that ?"

Johnny: "The guard right next to the warehouse over there." - he nodded with his head in the direction of the old man with the security uniform

Dex: "Perhaps we can do that in the morning, because Kimer doesn't like to wait much. Lets go inside."

The four men locked the white van and went back inside the dark room with the petz. The room now looked the same as it was before their arrival in the warehouse. The only exception was the back door, which was blocked from opening with a few metal and wooden pieces stuck in the corners of the door and the small gaps between the door and the doorframe.

Kimer: "Alright, listen up now. I'm giving you 6 hours to sleep here, but we must leave a few men to guard the rest."

Pripek: "YeZ, finally, we are going to SLEEP ! I say we let the four humEns on guard."

Kimer: "No, we're not gonna let them guard us...uh...They need to rest now, they've done some hard work today. Look, we are six guys here, or actually, there's five of you guys here. We are going to do three shifts by two men for the six hours of sleep. Unfortunately you are five so one of you will be the unlucky guy to sleep less. I'll leave this to you to decide."

The 5 petz started talking to each other while trying to come up with a plan for the shifts. The chat escalated to a quarrel and the noise was getting bigger and bigger. Finally one of the petz stepped out of the small circle.

Ormega: "HEY ! Quiet ! The chief is not going to wait for us forever and I don't intend to do so, too. I suggest we take the final hour together. This way everything will be equally divided between us. Any objections ?"

The group waited a bit and one by one all of them agreed with the plan. Ormega then turned around and told Kimer about it. Everything was settled and the group went to sleep while leaving Chor to guard them for the next 60 minutes.

About fifteen minutes into Chor's shift a solitary gunshot would go off in the yard. Two minutes after that a truck could be heard speeding away from the warehouse, accompanied by a man shouting. After this, the sounds would stop entirely, aside from an old man muttering loudly out front.
Despite all the noise that had halted as abruptly as it started, nothing attempted to enter the warehouse, causing an eerie silence to surround the group.

The night passed without any more interruptions and it was now early in the morning. Chor, Crabus, Navero, Pripek and Ormega were all sharing the last shift together, though all of them felt sleepy. Ormega went to wake Kimer, Dex, Larry, Miver and Johnny. After the usual yawns and dizzy rising the group fastly gathered up and was ready to move out. Dex opened the front door to check outside. Only the security guard was present. The streets were still silent. Dex went to the van and moved it as close to the warehouse as possible while Johnny went to speak with the guard:

"Good morning, mister...Nikolai ? Me and my friends here were curious if we could obtain the number of the kind sir who let us sleep here for the night, or at least some kind of communication form with him. Currently we have an urgent job to do, but after it is done I think we could be of use..."

In the mean time Larry and Miver went outside to open the back doors of the white van. A moment later the 6 petz rushed outside and quickly entered the van, after which the two humans went inside, at the back of the vehicle with the petz, and closed the doors. The van was now full and everyone was waiting for Johnny.

"When you want the job, go to Melben and visit the general store. When there say 'I heard you had a position in the sanitation department?' When you do that, the clerk will know what to do."

He could but they don't keep for very long. A week, ten days if you keep them in the fridge, which is never convenient.

The Forsworn Knights wrote:The old guard nodded, leaning in to Johnny's ear.
"When you want the job, go to Melben and visit the general store. When there say 'I heard you had a position in the sanitation department?' When you do that, the clerk will know what to do."

Johnny replied to the guard: "Thank you, mister Nikolai. It was nice seeing you. I'm afraid my friends are waiting for me so I have to go. Have a wonderful day, sir." - he politely smiled at the guard
A moment later he entered the van next to the driver's seat and the vehicle drove away from the neighbourhood. The group left Fort Icefall and headed towards Industriopolis on the main road. After a while they were now nearing the regional border with Steamston and were soon about to pass it.

Industriopolis, Steamston

The van passed the regional borders between Farmers Folly and Steamston and yet again managed to travel unmolested on the way. Both humans and petz felt the physical difference between the two regions. The extreme coldness was now gone and the regular freezing temperatures of the islands felt like a hot summer in contrast to the frozen wasteland of Farmers Folly. As the group entered the city they immediately spotted the polluted air of the industrial zone.
The white van headed to the northern outskirts of Industriopolis where the petz were supposed to meet with representatives from the local black market. The vehicle stopped by an old factory complex.

Kimer: "Alright, we're Rright on time. Now, all of you humans will stay in the bus and you will . not . move..., understand ?"

Dex: "Got it." - Larry, Miver and Johnny replied soon after

Kimer: "So..., I want Pripek, Chor and Crabus with me. Navero and Ormega, you will be staying here. If we need your assistance we are going to call you using these hands-free devices, you got it ?"

Ormega: "Yes, chief."

Kimer: "Good. Let'z hope everything will go smoothly."

Kimer, Pripek, Chor and Crabus exited the van and looked around. It was getting dark and the streets around them were almost empty, but it wasn't quiet. Constant sounds of vehicles and machines could be still heard from distant directions. Kimer looked back at the van and said: "Dex !...And be ready to start the bus at any time. We don't know what could happen, so stay focused."
Dex nodded while looking at Kimer in the eyes and the 4 petz that were outisde closed the back doors of the vehicle and went inside the old building.
Once inside they turned on their flashlights and carefully looked around on the first floor while waiting for the others from the Forsworn black market to show up.
