Nothing should be defaulted to yes. People need permission to RP ICly everywhere on the net. Imagine if you could just pick a country and write what you want without their permission. If for some reason it is defaulted to yes, we need to make that change. The only reason things get defaulted to yes on sports RPs is because people just need to RP so badly for that bonus. No, he didn't give us permission to make up reasons for his disqualification.

Just wondering: What does it mean when "all ties are played to the best-of-three"? Do you mean "all games are played to the best-of-three"?

The three in "Best-of-three" refers to the maximum number of games against your rival in the playoffs (with the minimum number of those being two), and the games between those two teams make up the tie.

I do know that I'm the president of IBC, thank you very much. It's not as if this is my first job at being a federation president either: WCoH Federation I've handled that for, what, last 5 cycles.

Rankings....give me a couple of days. I have an exam to write in 4 days and would have to study for that at some point.

Due to mental health issues with the user behind this account, Royal Kingdom of Quebec, effective now, resigns from the IBC Presidency.

Any user on the IBO may nominate one other user for the position of IBO President, to serve his/her/one's term from World Cup of Hockey 20 to 22. Any user receiving at least two nominations will become a candidate. Any user can decline to receive nominations.
