The United Republic of Mount Bordeaux, does in fact have one.

Our government isn't authoritarian or a dictatorship, so we don't force our citizens to pledge to anything. Government works for the people, not the other way around. So in short, no we do not have a pledge of allegiance people are free to think what they want and if they choose to peacefully descent then so be it.

That's the first part. Of course, the government doesn't use it and only a small portion of people do it. In all, there is not much of a pledge of allegiance. It is just the consitution, and it is like this:

Will aknowledge the consitution in the bottom:
The protection of civil rights, force and fraud from individuals and businesses alike and the right to political freedoms is protected by law. No law can violate this. But the previous two sentences only mean that laws for those that do not violate them can pass through. No other law, other than the ones that complies with the first two sentences, can be passed.

I will also anowledge that this pledge of allegiance is not something to brainwash myself, but instead to remember the constitution.

OOC: Last two sentences are acting as a paradox, no?

Edit: Of course, since the number of public schools decline and after the passage of a law stating that no one should be forced, only about 5% of the population does it. Odd, no?

My nation does not have a specific pledge of allegiance that it forces on the people however several quotes and motto's are often said before large events (on top of the official government order)

Repeated everyday at one's home, school or work from the age they are able to speak it. It it an imprisonable offense to deliberately not pledge allegiance. Normally it is performed next to/below a flag or standing by a photo of the emperor. However simply performing it in a quiet place is acceptable.

We only have a pledge of allegiance should someone happen to be appointed Senator (either by vote, as a Civil Senator, or by Imperial grant, as Imperial Senator). The pledge itself is the same for both:

No. Allegiance is freely given or not. There is no requirement.

People do sometimes pledge allegiance to their favourite ice cream but that isn't considered to be legally binding.
