Jonathan had a nervous look on his face. How am I supposed to compete with all of these big kids, Jonathan thought to himself. He knew he was physically weaker than everyone here and he thought his powers were too dark to have a use in an academy such as this. I'm gonna fail this course, Jonathan though to himself as dread filled him, what would the other classes be like, would they be harder or easier. Jonathan got so panicked he accidentally conjured a shadowy version of himself. The shadowy version put its transparent hands on his shoulders and began to whisper insults and called him a fool and weakling who didn't belong here.

Johnathan Carver
Johnathan Carver, had listened to the Headmasters speech like everyone else. He didnt know anyone here. Mainly right now he was worried about the staff finding out about his connection to Chesterfield, The records would show that he had left days before the attack, but he was still worried, He didnt want to have to relive what was done to him. From what Johnathan could tell he was one of the Larger individuals there, only a couple came close or exceeded his height and size, In high school he was a successful linebacker and it showed. He was 6'8" and heavily muscled, his size alone drew attention, his scars added to that. He Had gotten himself a massive platter of food, and was about to Head to a secluded table, when he say this one kid start to panic and then some ghost like thing showed up. He walked over there, arriving just after another student. He asked the Kid in his deep Rumbling voice, " Do you need help with that kid, I can take care of it if you want."

"It's fine," mumbled Wesley, staggering a bit as he was bumped into.
"Watch where you're going next time," said Lily, speaking through the speakers of Wesley's phone.
"Uh, I'm Wesley... But you can just call me Wes," Wesley said, looking up at Trent. "That voice you hear is my friend Lily."

Being unable to solve your own problems is a major sign of extreme weakness." Jonathan was quiet and before the clone could spew another insult it dissolved into the air.
"It's fine sir," began Jonathan, this time uninterpreted, "I can create illusions of fears but I can't control my 'condition' very well so I have a habit of creating illusions by mistake."
Caught up in the confusion of explaining what the shadow clone was that he had accidentally ignored the other person who was talking to him. "It's all under control," Jonathan hastily replied, "it's not a ghost or anything, just... erm... one's fear incarnate." Jonathan looks away after admitting he was afraid of what people thought of him.

Dagon
As the ghost kept talking, Dagon began reaching for his Sword of Sin. He always did want to try a little ghostbusting, and now seemed to be his chance. But before he could respond, the ghost disappeared, disappearing into thin air. Dagon began scanning for it, but to know avail. Before he asked anything, the kid started to speak. He explained how it wasn't a ghost at all, just an illusion. But that's when Dagon realized what the kid had said. It was his fear incarnate.
Dagon patted the kid on the back. "Look kid. Don't worry about whether or not you belong here. I've got a connection with the OP-"
Dagon! They don't have the same connection as you!
"What do I say then?"
…admissions officer?
Dagon turned his attention back to the kid. "Sorry about that. Anyway, I've got a connection with the admissions officer. You wouldn't be here if you didn't have the potential to be a badass. I mean, look around. We're all pretty bad people to piss off. But you can make people see their greatest fears and you haven't even hit puberty! Trust me, you'll fit in fine."
Wow. That was actually pretty heartfelt. I'm impressed.
"What can I say? I've got a soft spot for kids." Dagon then turned to the kid, the tattooed girl, and the large guy who also offered to help the kid. "So, with that out of the way, let's start with introductions. After all, it'll save my narrator some time. No one wants to write out descriptions every post."
Dagon, again, connection.
"Right sorry. I'm Dagon, and as I said before, I'm a veteran of the school. You all are?"

Jonathan
"I'm Jonathan," he barely muttered, "it's a pleasure to meet you sir..." He felt a ting of fear because this man was clearly one of the strongest of the students present. "I can't do much in combat besides create illusions as you saw, and the only useful thing I can do is throw orbs of magic which allow me to learn of your greatest fears," Jonathan said in a manner so quiet it was hard for people to hear without trying with great strain, "I can show you my powers... if you want."

Leaning on the end of the table with an audible creak, he gestured with the cigar and spoke with an easygoing smile in a booming voice.

Dagon, Dining Hall
Dagon looked Emilia over. "You use fire to fight dragons? That's like trying to fight a shark by biting it to death. I'm impressed. If you want to test your abilities against me, let me know after class. I wouldn't mind getting to know my teammate's powers better. Though, I should warn you, I have a bit of experience using fire." As he spoke, he gestured to his pants, where his Sword of Sin was clipped to his holster in pistol form.
Turning his attention to Jonathan, he once again was struck by how mild-mannered the kid was for someone in a school of badasses. "You've got to give yourself more credit kid. The ability to find out people's greatest fears, then project them as illusions, forcing the attacker to face what might be the only thing that can fill them with dread? Sounds like quite the power." As the kid began to whisper softer, Dagon had the suit amplify Jonathan's voice. When he mentioned showing his powers, Dagon shook his head. "As curious as I am, the dining hall isn't the place for it. You don't wanna cause a food fight."
Really? Ex-supersoldier, destroyer of monsters and bane of Marauders Dagon doesn't want to start a food fight?
"You weren't there Doc. You didn't see it! Crawling from cover to cover, panicking as you realized you'd thrown your last drumstick. Te moment when you're covered in condiments, and you don't know if it's yours, or your buddies. And the tatter tots! They were so numerous they blotted out the sky!" Dagon shuddered. It took forever to clean up afterward, and even longer to get the smell out of his Suit.
…oookay then.

She had a psychotic smile on her face as she takes a lighter into her right hand and ignites it. Using her left hand, she moves the flame onto the man's cigar. "Anything else you need," she asked, "like a house or forest fire," she chimed in.Doughertania wrote:Dagon, Dining Hall

"Well it's simple," she said, "Dragon's spew fire like how someone exhales air," demonstrating by using her lighter to blow stream of fire into the air. "Now what would happen if the fire was forced to build up," she uses the lighter in a similar manner but she uses her free hand to stop the flames from spewing, "it would build pressure in the dragon's throat until BOOM, the throat is a gaping hole."
Jonathan
"I guess," said Jonah, looking slightly happier, but still kinda shy. "I don't think supernaturals have any fear though, since they are a scary monster."
