In Tersanctus proper, the universal age of majority and the rights and responsibilities of a full citizen is Sixteen.

They can drink, smoke, get married, and own property.

Sex is not considered a dangerous or dirty activity in Tersanctus, it is simply considered an enjoyable activity that is a part of life. However, the age of consent is still set at fourteen, with felony level set for anyone over the age of twenty one attempting to seduce a person under the age of majority.
That means a nineteen year old could sleep with a fourteen year old, but a twenty one year old cannot sleep with anyone under sixteen.

We have no "Age of Majority". You have rights and legal abilities when you are born, its just an issue of practicality of, persay, an 11-month old driving.

The child can challenge this practicality when its practical, and usually 12 is a popular ruling, although its been known to be reduced. All people are listened to.

Basically, it's 14-21. Politicians debate whether to set it at 16 or 18, with some arguing for it as young as 14 and as old as 21, but its really up to how somebody views it.
