This list should include everybody who has scorinated games in Season 11 or has posted a roster and at least 1 RP in both Season 10 and Season 11.
Members of the Committee will have around 72 hours to send their votes, via TG, to NSCF regarding which 2 schools should receive the final spots in the playoffs and whom the host of the NSCF Final shall be. Only schools with an OSPI of .450 or higher are eligible. You may vote for your own school(s) and/or your own host bid.

The remainder of the bowl-eligible schools are eligible for invitation to any bowl game.

Army accepts the invite.
Since St. Augustinus is in the playoffs, I can't accept a bowl invite for them.
