While there are sumptuary laws on the books, most of them will not be enforced upon visitors who are here for the Baptism of Fire. However, women will be required to wear a head covering while in public. Exceptions will be made for athletes, during games, should the head covering interfere with their ability to compete to the best of their ability. Visitors who are not following the sumptuary laws should keep their IDs with them at all times and be ready to show them to any soldier or police officer upon request. This exemption will apply to nationals from nations that are participating in the World Baseball Classic and will remain in effect until up to 72 hours after the final game of the WBC. Any foreign nationals that remain in Saintland 3 days after the conclusion of the WBC will automatically obtain visitor status, with their 90 day clock to either apply for foreign resident status, apply for immigrant status or leave starting retroactively at the moment they arrived in Saintland.

Whatever Saintland said. I just copy/pasted, which is common for rosters.
The problem is, Saintland was a little ambiguous about that. He never mentioned what events the stdiums would be hosting. From my memory, that is usually included. However, that is not the main reason I am confused.Saintland wrote:The format for this WBC will be 7 groups of 6, with each team playing a total of 30 games against their groupmates (a 3 game home series and a 3 game away series against each opponent). He never mentions wether the group stage will be held at Saintland, or at the home stadium of said home team. If he could clarify tis when he gets on, I'd appreciate that. The thing that makes me think the latter is when he says Opening Round of Sixteen. That makes me think that the group play will be hosted at a non-nuetral location.
Also, for future refernce, I personally find it pointless to put your home stadium in a roster unless it has a significant reason, such as games being played there, to be placed there. However, that is just my opinion. I do not force anyone to believe what I believe, I will just state my opinions. Thank you for reading this semi-tangent.

Indeed, this is an error, which has been corrected.Frenline Delpha wrote:Hold on... after reading Greg's RP, I am now confused. Will the group games be at Saintland, or will they be held at the home stadium of the home team?
As is the norm in the WBC (and in double round-robin tournaments), the group stage is home-and-away. Only the playoffs will be held in the host nation.Frenline Delpha wrote:The problem is, Saintland was a little ambiguous about that. He never mentioned what events the stdiums would be hosting. Is it fine with you if, for each series, I only RP the last game with reference to the first two. The way I plan to RP will be too time consuming if I RP three games.
Thanks.

It's not chronological, but an order of 1-25 can be found here. I believe in this thread Qazox also referenced each tournament at times to be able to re-create the complete list.
Still no one else at four yet I see!

My pleasure. Every now and then I lurk the forum still to see what goes on, but am far too busy now to ever participate again. Great to see this tournament still in great hands.
