Basically, DCAU rules. An anti-magic, highly resistant to damage metal, Nth metal is also hyper-conductive and, when utilized by a person with years of experience and knowledge, is able to invert the effects of various universal substances, such as gravitons. The Shadow does not have that much experience.

He is vengeance. He is the night. He is BATMAN!!! (Sorry, I had to.)

After watching his parent's grisly murder, a young Bruce Wayne swore to eradicate crime in Gotham so that no one would ever suffer the same way he did on that night. Traveling the world, he honed his body and mind to become the pinnacle of what a human could ever achieve. He also used his vast fortune to help fund his crusade, arming himself with a variety of gadgets that can get him out of nearly any situation, as well as a fleet of top-of-the-line vehicles.

Batman has been around for several years now in Gotham, and has established several relationships with both his allies and his enemies. At this point, the GCPD and Commissioner James Gordon are his friend, and as Bruce Wayne he's been making sure the GCPD is well equipped and ready to take on the cities many criminal elements. Thugs fear him, no longer viewing him as an urban legend but as an all too real force of nature. The super villains have all faced the Bat before, and have opinions ranging from a grudging respect to a deep hatred. He trusts his allies to help, but still retains his isolationist roots, sometimes finding it hard to call in back up.

Side (Hero, Villain, Anti-Hero, Government, etc.): He often switches sides from hero to villain. He can easily be hired, too. Kinda like Two-Face, but he chooses whether to switch. Alleigances have no meaning to him.

He has a sword, and he is a very good swordsman.

Biography (4-5 Line Minimum, unique characters should have backstories, Marvel Characters should have an explanation): Christen Wolff was born in the far north in Norway. One day, when he was 2 years old, he fell into a frozen lake. Spirits of his ancestors, the Vikings, came to him, and granted him all the powers he had today.
His parents, with all of their money, rushed Christen to a hospital in Gotham City. Christen was saved.
Christen and his family continued to live in Gotham, but Christen noticed the crime in the city. He resolved to make it better. At age 18, when Christen became an adult, he adopted the guise of Viking and began fighting crime. But at age 19, the government took him in and tested him. This enraged him, and after he was let go, he joined the villians' side.
However, he had conflicted emotions over who to join, so Christen often swapped sides. He has been doing so until this very day.

Because a) we are allowed to have up to three characters and b) it's the villains who are really going to push the plot along. If the villains don't have a plan, my Batman posts boil down to beating up NPC's. By making another villain, it allows me to make some story lines if the other villains are still scheming.

Excuse me, but can anybody accept me. Please...

A few things to change before I do. Could you go into a bit more detail on what made you turn evil? We only get one line of explanation, but I feel like this is a pivotal part of Wolff's backstory. Also, add in some detail like why he swaps sides so much (is a psychological thing due to the government testing, or is it whoever is doing right by him?) and also his relationship with some of the key members of Gotham. Wolff is a custom character, which means if you don't tell us, we won't know if he's meeting us for the first time in the RP or if he has a history with us.

Finally, the RP sample should be a link, so that we can look at your past writing.

Personality: David's time spent inside of his robotic form has changed his personality immensely, now believing that he is his Alias and he has forgotten who he was. Rumble is a cold, calculating and ruthless criminal, and is well known for his well placed witty lines during his many heists.
Abilities and Weapons (Recommended to be as descriptive as Possible): Rumble is equipped with his life support suit, which doubles as his armour. With his armour, is his super-sized pistol, the barrel of which is actually the barrel of a Tank's Gun. Rumble's armour gives him the ability of limited flight, as well as this, Rumble's arms can change into piledrivers, which when used against the ground can cause foes to lose their balance.
Weakness(es) (Required but could be as simple as "Human", "Poor Fighter", or more complex like "Leaves Riddles at Crime Scene"): Rumble, while on the outside a robot, is on the inside just a human, and must stay in the suit to live. The Armour on the bottom of his feet and at the bottom are the weakest parts of the armour. Rumble's flight ability consumes extra energy, so cannot use it too much without refueling. Rumble requires refuelling, on average, about once every 3 days.
Biography (4-5 Line Minimum, unique characters should have backstories, Marvel Characters should have an explanation): Ten years ago, David Arnid was an engineer who was extremely skilled and had a bright future ahead of him. On contract from the military, he had been working on a metal suit that the army could use to break enemy lines, and had built a prototype that had limited flight abilities, a pair of piledrivers on each arm that could be retracted in favour of arms and hands at will and a super-sized pistol with the barrel of a tank gun. Driving his car on his way home one day, a truck crashed into his car, causing David to be paralyzed. Realizing that this could be his opportunity to see if disabled people could be used in the military in these vehicles, David got his co-workers to build a life-support system tailored for him inside the suit. When David finally entered the suit, he felt incredible power and was changed. He went to the military showing them what he had done and asking them for support on it, but they declined. Infuriated and running out of money and favours to keep his suit running and him alive, David turned to crime to keep himself alive, stealing fuel from oil refineries and even sometimes military bases, he adopted the Alias 'Rumble', in reference to the signature ability of his suit, to cause tremors. Over time, with less and less people referring to him as David, he twisted his personality to become his alias and leave behind his old life. Now, Rumble continues his quest for survival.

Here is a question for everyone: is your character someone Batman can defeat? They can be very difficult to defeat and Batman doesn't have to be guaranteed to win, but if Batman has no hope at defeating them then they are too overpowered.

That being said, Rumble is accepted though I will watch closely.

Yes batman could defeat my guy it would take him a couple tries probably. of course this applies to almost any villain batman has faced.

Appearance and Personality: Archangel is the perfect soldier, willing to do whatever his commanding officer commands.

Abilities and Weapons (Recommended to be as descriptive as Possible): He is able to fly, has superhuman strength, durability, stamina, agility, hearing and vision, and is an expert swordsman, gunman, and hand-to-hand fighter. He can also fire razor-sharp "feathers" from his metallic wings.
Weakness(es) (Required but could be as simple as "Human", "Poor Fighter", or more complex like "Leaves Riddles at Crime Scene"): While more durable and agile, he can still be killed with common weapons.
Biography (4-5 Line Minimum, unique characters should have backstories, Marvel Characters should have an explanation): Elias Campbell was an accomplished soldier with three tours under his belt. He always followed orders and did what had to be done to complete a mission, which is why he was chosen for Project Archangel, funded by the Military Budget of Wayne Tech and headed by Project CADMUS. Using a new techno-organic technique, they slowly turned Elias into an android of sorts. They allowed him to keep his memories, as they thought that it would be of use to him. They decided to release Archangel into Gotham as a test run of sorts.

1. The government caused him a lot of pain when they "tested him".
2. He is a mercenary, and if he's not getting paid to join either side, then whoever is doing right by him is who he's going to join.
3. He doesn't know many key figures of Gotham, as he's more of a street level hero/villian.

That being said, Rumble is accepted though I will watch closely.

Batman could defeat Viking. Especially if it was a summer day. It might be a little tougher in the winter, though...

Yes, it won't be easy but it's possible. A very skilled martial-artist will be able to tell she sometimes leaves her guard open in combat, which could be what he needs to take her down.
